Ὁ οὖν Ἰησοῦς πρὸ ἓξ ἡμερῶν τοῦ πάσχα ἦλθεν εἰς Βηθανίαν, ὅπου ἦν Λάζαρος, ὃν ἤγειρεν ἐκ νεκρῶν Ἰησοῦς. 
... in Beþanijin, þarei was Lazarus sa dauþa, þanei urraisida us dauþaim Iesus. 
Iesus ergo ante sex dies Paschae venit Bethaniam, ubi erat Lazarus, quem suscitavit a mortuis Iesus. 
Ꙇ҃҅с же прѣжде шести денъ пасхꙑ. приде вь витаниѭ. ꙇдеже бѣ лазаръ оумерои. егоже въскрѣси отъ мрътвꙑихъ. 
1 Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead. 
ἐποίησαν οὖν αὐτῷ δεῖπνον ἐκεῖ, καὶ ἡ Μάρθα διηκόνει, ὁ δὲ Λάζαρος εἷς ἦν ἐκ τῶν ἀνακειμένων σὺν αὐτῷ: 
þaruh gawaurhtedun imma nahtamat jainar, jah Marþa andbahtida; iþ Lazarus was sums þize anakumbjandane miþ imma. 
Fecerunt ergo ei cenam ibi, et Martha ministrabat, Lazarus vero unus erat ex discumbentibus cum eo. 
сътворишѧ же емоу вечерѭ тоу. ꙇ маръта слоужааше. лазаръ же единъ бѣ отъ възлежѧштиихъ съ нимъ. 
2 There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him. 
ἡ οὖν Μαριὰμ λαβοῦσα λίτραν μύρου νάρδου πιστικῆς πολυτίμου ἤλειψεν τοὺς πόδας [τοῦ] Ἰησοῦ καὶ ἐξέμαξεν ταῖς θριξὶν αὐτῆς τοὺς πόδας αὐτοῦ: ἡ δὲ οἰκία ἐπληρώθη ἐκ τῆς ὀσμῆς τοῦ μύρου. 
iþ Marja nam pund balsanis nardaus pistikeinis filugalaubis jah gasalboda fotuns Iesua jah biswarb fotuns is skufta seinamma; iþ sa gards fulls warþ daunais þizos salbonais. 
Maria ergo accepit libram unguenti nardi puri, pretiosi, et unxit pedes Iesu et extersit capillis suis pedes eius; domus autem impleta est ex odore unguenti. 
мариѣ же приемъши литрѫ хризмꙑ. нарда пистикиѩ мъногоцѣнънꙑ. помаза ноѕѣ и҃свѣ.ꙇ отръ власꙑ своими ноѕѣ его.Храмина же исплъни сѧ отъ вонѧ хризмънꙑѩ ⁘ 
3 Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment. 
λέγει [δὲ] Ἰούδας ὁ Ἰσκαριώτης εἷς τῶν μαθητῶν αὐτοῦ, ὁ μέλλων αὐτὸν παραδιδόναι 
qaþ þan ains þize siponje is, Judas Seimonis sa Iskariotes, izei skaftida sik du galewjan ina: 
Dicit autem Iudas Iscariotes, unus ex discipulis eius, qui erat eum traditurus: 
Г҃ла же единъ отъ оученикъ его. июда симонь и҅скариотъскꙑ. ꙇже и хотѣаше прѣдати. 
4 Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, which should betray him, 
Διὰ τί τοῦτο τὸ μύρον οὐκ ἐπράθη τριακοσίων δηναρίων καὶ ἐδόθη πτωχοῖς; 
duƕe þata balsan ni frabauht was in ·t· skatte jah fradailiþ wesi þarbam? 
“Quare hoc unguentum non veniit trecentis denariis et datum est egenis?”. 
чесо ради мѵро се не продано бꙑстъ. на т҃ пѣнѧѕъ. ꙇ дано нищиимъ. 
5 Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor? 
εἶπεν δὲ τοῦτο οὐχ ὅτι περὶ τῶν πτωχῶν ἔμελεν αὐτῷ ἀλλ᾽ ὅτι κλέπτης ἦν καὶ τὸ γλωσσόκομον ἔχων τὰ βαλλόμενα ἐβάσταζεν. 
þat-uþ-þan qaþ, ni þeei ina þize þarbane kara wesi, ak unte þiubs was jah arka habaida jah þata innwaurpano bar. 
Dixit autem hoc, non quia de egenis pertinebat ad eum, sed quia fur erat et, loculos habens, ea, quae mittebantur, portabat. 
се рече не ѣко о ништиихъ печааше сѧ. нъ ѣко тать бѣ. ꙇ скриницѫ имꙑ. ꙇ вьмѣтаема ношааше. 
6 This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein. 
εἶπεν οὖν ὁ Ἰησοῦς Ἄφες αὐτήν, ἵνα εἰς τὴν ἡμέραν τοῦ ἐνταφιασμοῦ μου τηρήσῃ αὐτό: 
qaþ þan Iesus: let ija; in dag gafilhis meinis fastaida þata. 
Dixit ergo Iesus: “Sine illam, ut in diem sepulturae meae servet illud. 
рече же и҃сне дѣи ѩвъ день погребениѣ моего съблю҄де ѭ. 
7 Then said Jesus, Let her alone: against the day of my burying hath she kept this. 
τοὺς πτωχοὺς γὰρ πάντοτε ἔχετε μεθ᾽ ἑαυτῶν, ἐμὲ δὲ οὐ πάντοτε ἔχετε. 
iþ þans unledans sinteino habaiþ miþ izwis, iþ mik ni sinteino habaiþ. 
Pauperes enim semper habetis vobiscum, me autem non semper habetis”. 
ништѧѩ бо съ собоѭ въсегда имате. а мене не въсегда имате. 
8 For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always. 
Ἔγνω οὖν ὁ ὄχλος πολὺς ἐκ τῶν Ἰουδαίων ὅτι ἐκεῖ ἐστίν, καὶ ἦλθαν οὐ διὰ τὸν Ἰησοῦν μόνον ἀλλ᾽ ἵνα καὶ τὸν Λάζαρον ἴδωσιν ὃν ἤγειρεν ἐκ νεκρῶν. 
fanþ þan manageins filu Iudaie þatei Iesus jainar ist, jah qemun, ni in Iesuis ainis, ak ei jah Lazaru seƕeina, þanei urraisida us dauþaim. 
Cognovit ergo turba multa ex Iudaeis quia illic est, et venerunt non propter Iesum tantum, sed ut et Lazarum viderent, quem suscitavit a mortuis. 
разоумѣ же народъ мъногъ отъ июдеи. ѣко тоу естъ. ꙇ придѫ не и҃са ради тъкъмо. нъ да и лазара видѧтъ. егоже въскрѣси отъ мрътвꙑхъ. 
9 Much people of the Jews therefore knew that he was there: and they came not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead. 
ἐβουλεύσαντο δὲ οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς ἵνα καὶ τὸν Λάζαρον ἀποκτείνωσιν, 
munaidedun-uþ-þan auk þai auhumistans gudjans, ei jah Lazarau usqemeina, 
Cogitaverunt autem principes sacerdotum, ut et Lazarum interficerent, 
съвѣшташѧ же архиереи. до и лазара оубиѭтъ. 
10 But the chief priests consulted that they might put Lazarus also to death; 
ὅτι πολλοὶ δι᾽ αὐτὸν ὑπῆγον τῶν Ἰουδαίων καὶ ἐπίστευον εἰς τὸν Ἰησοῦν. 
unte managai in þis garunnun Iudaiei jah galaubidedun Iesua. 
quia multi propter illum abibant ex Iudaeis et credebant in Iesum. 
ѣко мъноѕи его ради идѣахѫ июдеи. ꙇ вѣровахѫ въ и҃са. 
11 Because that by reason of him many of the Jews went away, and believed on Jesus. 
Τῇ ἐπαύριον ὁ ὄχλος πολὺς ὁ ἐλθὼν εἰς τὴν ἑορτήν, ἀκούσαντες ὅτι ἔρχεται Ἰησοῦς εἰς Ἰεροσόλυμα, 
iftumin daga manageins filu sei qam at dulþai, gahausjandans þatei qimiþ Iesus in Iairausaulwmai, 
In crastinum turba multa, quae venerat ad diem festum, cum audissent quia venit Iesus Hierosolymam, 
въ оутрѣи же день народъ мъногъ. пришедꙑ въ праздьникъ. слꙑшавъше ѣко и҃с грѧдетъ въ и҃мъ. 
12 On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, 
ἔλαβον τὰ βαΐα τῶν φοινίκων καὶ ἐξῆλθον εἰς ὑπάντησιν αὐτῷ, καὶ ἐκραύγαζον ‘ Ὡσαννά, “εὐλογημένος ὁ ἐρχόμενος ἐν ὀνόματι Κυρίου,” καὶ ὁ βασιλεὺς τοῦ Ἰσραήλ. ’ 
nemun astans peikabagme jah urrunnun wiþragamotjan imma jah hropidedun: osanna, þiuþida sa qimanda in namin fraujins, þiudans Israelis. 
acceperunt ramos palmarum et processerunt obviam ei et clamabant: “Hosanna! Benedictus, qui venit in nomine Domini, et rex Israel!”. 
приѩсѧ вѣие отъ финикъ. ꙇ изидѫ противѫ емоу.ꙇ зъваахѫ г҃лѭште.Ѡ҅санꙿна б҃лгсвнъ грѧдѧи въ імѧ г҃не. ц҃сръ ꙇ҃лвъ. 
13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord. 
εὑρὼν δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς ὀνάριον ἐκάθισεν ἐπ᾽ αὐτό, καθώς ἐστιν γεγραμμένον 
bigat þan Iesus asilu, jah gasat ana ina, swaswe ist gameliþ: 
Invenit autem Iesus asellum et sedit super eum, sicut scriptum est: 
обрѣтъ же и҃с осьлѧ вьсѣде на не. ѣкоже естъ писано. 
14 And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written, 
“Μὴ φοβοῦ, θυγάτηρ Σιών: ἰδοὺ ὁ βασιλεύς σου ἔρχεται, καθήμενος ἐπὶ πῶλον ὄνου.” 
ni ogs þus, dauhtar Sion, sai, þiudans þeins qimiþ sitands ana fulin asilaus. 
“Noli timere, filia Sion. Ecce rex tuus venit sedens super pullum asinae”. 
не бои сѧ дъщи сионова.се ц҃срь твои грѧдетъ. сѣдѧ на жрѣбѧте осъли. 
15 Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt. 
Ταῦτα οὐκ ἔγνωσαν αὐτοῦ οἱ μαθηταὶ τὸ πρῶτον, ἀλλ᾽ ὅτε ἐδοξάσθη Ἰησοῦς τότε ἐμνήσθησαν ὅτι ταῦτα ἦν ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ γεγραμμένα καὶ ταῦτα ἐποίησαν αὐτῷ. 
þat-uþ-þan ni kunþedun siponjos is frumist; ak biþe gasweraiþs was Iesus, þanuh gamundedun þatei þata was du þamma gameliþ, jah þata gatawidedun imma. 
Haec non cognoverunt discipuli eius primum, sed quando glorificatus est Iesus, tunc recordati sunt quia haec erant scripta de eo, et haec fecerunt ei. 
сихъ же не разоумѣшѧ оученици его прѣжде. нъ егда прослави сѧ и҃с. тъгда помѣнѫшѧ. ѣко си бѣшѧ о немь писана. ꙇ си сътворишѧ емоу. 
16 These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things unto him. 
Ἐμαρτύρει οὖν ὁ ὄχλος ὁ ὢν μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ ὅτε τὸν Λάζαρον ἐφώνησεν ἐκ τοῦ μνημείου καὶ ἤγειρεν αὐτὸν ἐκ νεκρῶν. 
weitwodida þan so managei, sei was miþ imma, þan Lazaru wopida us hlaiwa jah urraisida ina us dauþaim. 
Testimonium ergo perhibebat turba, quae erat cum eo, quando Lazarum vocavit de monumento et suscitavit eum a mortuis. 
Съвѣдѣтельствовааше же народъ иже бѣ съ нимь. егда лазара възъва отъ гроба. ꙇ вьскрѣси его отъ мрътвꙑхъ. 
17 The people therefore that was with him when he called Lazarus out of his grave, and raised him from the dead, bare record. 
διὰ τοῦτο καὶ ὑπήντησεν αὐτῷ ὁ ὄχλος ὅτι ἤκουσαν τοῦτο αὐτὸν πεποιηκέναι τὸ σημεῖον. 
duþþe iddjedun gamotjan imma managei, unte hausidedun ei gatawidedi þo taikn. 
Propterea et obviam venit ei turba, quia audierunt eum fecisse hoc signum. 
сего ради и противѫ емоу изиде народъ. ѣко слꙑшашѧ и сътворьшь се знамение ⁘ кⷰ҇. 
18 For this cause the people also met him, for that they heard that he had done this miracle. 
οἱ οὖν Φαρισαῖοι εἶπαν πρὸς ἑαυτούς Θεωρεῖτε ὅτι οὐκ ὠφελεῖτε οὐδέν: ἴδε ὁ κόσμος ὀπίσω αὐτοῦ ἀπῆλθεν. 
þanuh þai Fareisaieis qeþun du sis misso: saiƕiþ þatei ni boteiþ waiht; sai, so manaseds afar imma galaiþ. 
Pharisaei ergo dixerunt ad semetipsos: “Videtis quia nihil proficitis? Ecce mundus post eum abiit!”. 
Фарисеи же рѣшѧ къ себѣ.видите ѣко никакоже польѕа естъ.се весь миръ по немь идетъ ⁘ 
19 The Pharisees therefore said among themselves, Perceive ye how ye prevail nothing? behold, the world is gone after him. 
Ἦσαν δὲ Ἕλληνές τινες ἐκ τῶν ἀναβαινόντων ἵνα προσκυνήσωσιν ἐν τῇ ἑορτῇ: 
wesun-uþ-þan sumai þiudo þize urrinnandane, ei inwiteina in þizai dulþai. 
Erant autem Graeci quidam ex his, qui ascenderant, ut adorarent in die festo; 
Бѣахѫ же еⷧ҇лини едини отъ въшедъшиихъ. да поклонѧтъ сѧ въ праздьникъ. 
20 And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast: 
οὗτοι οὖν προσῆλθαν Φιλίππῳ τῷ ἀπὸ Βηθσαιδὰ τῆς Γαλιλαίας, καὶ ἠρώτων αὐτὸν λέγοντες Κύριε, θέλομεν τὸν Ἰησοῦν ἰδεῖν. 
þai atiddjedun du Filippau, þamma fram Beþsaeida Galeilaie, jah bedun ina qiþandans: frauja, wileima Iesu gasaiƕan. 
hi ergo accesserunt ad Philippum, qui erat a Bethsaida Galilaeae, et rogabant eum dicentes: “Domine, volumus Iesum videre”. 
сии же пристѫпишѧ къ филипоу. ꙇже бѣ отъ видъсаидꙑ галѣлѣискꙑѩ҅.ꙇ молѣхѫ и г҃лѭште.г҃и хоштемъ и҃са видѣти. 
21 The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus. 
ἔρχεται ὁ Φίλιππος καὶ λέγει τῷ Ἀνδρέᾳ: ἔρχεται Ἀνδρέας καὶ Φίλιππος καὶ λέγουσιν τῷ Ἰησοῦ. 
gaggiþ Filippus jah qiþiþ du Andraiin, jah aftra Andraias jah Filippus qeþun du Iesua. 
Venit Philippus et dicit Andreae; venit Andreas et Philippus et dicunt Iesu. 
Приде филипъ и҅ г҃ла аньдрѣови. ꙇ пакꙑ аньдрѣа и филипъ гласте и҃сви. 
22 Philip cometh and telleth Andrew: and again Andrew and Philip tell Jesus. 
ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς ἀποκρίνεται αὐτοῖς λέγων Ἐλήλυθεν ἡ ὥρα ἵνα δοξασθῇ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου. 
iþ Iesus andhof im qiþands: qam ƕeila ei sweraidau sunus mans. 
Iesus autem respondet eis dicens: “Venit hora, ut glorificetur Filius hominis. 
ꙇ҃с же отъвѣшта има г҃лѧ.Приде година да прославитъ сѧ с҃нъ ч҃лвскꙑ. 
23 And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. 
ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ἐὰν μὴ ὁ κόκκος τοῦ σίτου πεσὼν εἰς τὴν γῆν ἀποθάνῃ, αὐτὸς μόνος μένει: ἐὰν δὲ ἀποθάνῃ, πολὺν καρπὸν φέρει. 
amen amen qiþa izwis: nibai kaurno ƕaiteis gadriusando in airþa gaswiltiþ, silbo ainata aflifniþ: iþ jabai gaswiltiþ, manag akran bairiþ. 
Amen, amen dico vobis: Nisi granum frumenti cadens in terram mortuum fuerit, ipsum solum manet; si autem mortuum fuerit, multum fructum affert. 
амнь аминъ г҃лѭ вамъ.аште зръно пшеничьно не оумьретъ падъ вь земи. то едино прѣбꙑваатъ.аште ли оумьретъ мъногъ плодъ сътворитъ. 
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. 
ὁ φιλῶν τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ἀπολλύει αὐτήν, καὶ ὁ μισῶν τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ κόσμῳ τούτῳ εἰς ζωὴν αἰώνιον φυλάξει αὐτήν. 
saei frijoþ saiwala seina, fraqisteiþ izai, jah saei fiaiþ saiwala seina in þamma fairƕau, in libainai aiweinon bairgiþ izai. 
Qui amat animam suam, perdit eam; et, qui odit animam suam in hoc mundo, in vitam aeternam custodiet eam. 
любѧи д҃шѫ своѭ погоубитъ ѭ҄. ꙇ ненавидѧи д҃шѧ своеѩ. вь мирѣ семь. въ животѣ вѣчънѣемь съхранитъ ѭ. 
25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. 
ἐὰν ἐμοί τις διακονῇ ἐμοὶ ἀκολουθείτω, καὶ ὅπου εἰμὶ ἐγὼ ἐκεῖ καὶ ὁ διάκονος ὁ ἐμὸς ἔσται: ἐάν τις ἐμοὶ διακονῇ τιμήσει αὐτὸν ὁ πατήρ. 
jabai mis ƕas andbahtjai, mik laistjai: jah þarei im ik, þaruh sa andbahts meins wisan habaiþ; jah jabai ƕas mis andbahtiþ, sweraiþ ina atta. 
Si quis mihi ministrat, me sequatur, et ubi sum ego, illic et minister meus erit; si quis mihi ministraverit, honorificabit eum Pater. 
аште кто мьнѣ слоужитъ. по мьнѣ да ходитъ. ꙇ идеже есмъ азъ тоу и слоуга мои бѫдетъ.ꙇ аште кто мьнѣ слоужитъ. почьтетъ і о҃тцъ. 
26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. 
νῦν “ἡ ψυχή μου τετάρακται,” καὶ τί εἴπω; πάτερ, σῶσόν με ἐκ τῆς ὥρας ταύτης. ἀλλὰ διὰ τοῦτο ἦλθον εἰς τὴν ὥραν ταύτην. πάτερ, δόξασόν σου τὸ ὄνομα. 
nu saiwala meina gadrobnoda, jah ƕa qiþau? atta, nasei mik us þizai ƕeilai. akei duþþe qam in þizai ƕeilai. 
Nunc anima mea turbata est. Et quid dicam? Pater, salvifica me ex hora hac? Sed propterea veni in horam hanc. 
Нꙑнѣ д҃ша моѣ възмѫти сѧ. ꙇ что рекѫ.о҃тче с҃пси мѧ отъ годинꙑ сеѩ.нъ сего ради придъ на годинѫ сиѭ҄. 
27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. 
ἦλθεν οὖν φωνὴ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ Καὶ ἐδόξασα καὶ πάλιν δοξάσω. 
atta, hauhei namo þeinata!qam þan stibna us himina: jah hauhida jah aftra hauhja. 
Pater, glorifica tuum nomen!”. Venit ergo vox de caelo: “Et glorificavi et iterum glorificabo”. 
о҃тче прослави имѧ твое.приде же гласъ съ небесе.ꙇ прославихъ и пакꙑ прославлѭ. 
28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. 
ὁ [οὖν] ὄχλος ὁ ἑστὼς καὶ ἀκούσας ἔλεγεν βροντὴν γεγονέναι: ἄλλοι ἔλεγον Ἄγγελος αὐτῷ λελάληκεν. 
managei þan sei stoþ gahausjandei, qeþun þeiƕon wairþan; sumaih qeþun: aggilus du imma rodida. 
Turba ergo, quae stabat et audierat, dicebat tonitruum factum esse; alii dicebant: “Angelus ei locutus est”. 
народъ же стоѩи ꙇ слꙑшавъ. г҃лаахѫгромъ бꙑстъ.ꙇни г҃лаахѫа҃нꙉлъ г҃ла емоу. 
29 The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him. 
ἀπεκρίθη καὶ εἶπεν Ἰησοῦς Οὐ δι᾽ ἐμὲ ἡ φωνὴ αὕτη γέγονεν ἀλλὰ δι᾽ ὑμᾶς. 
andhof Iesus jah qaþ: ni in meina so stibna warþ, ak in izwara. 
Respondit Iesus et dixit: “Non propter me vox haec facta est sed propter vos.

30 Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes. 
νῦν κρίσις ἐστὶν τοῦ κόσμου τούτου, νῦν ὁ ἄρχων τοῦ κόσμου τούτου ἐκβληθήσεται ἔξω: 
nu staua ist þizai manasedai, nu sa reiks þis fairƕaus uswairpada ut. 
Nunc iudicium est huius mundi, nunc princeps huius mundi eicietur foras; 
нꙑнѣ сѫдъ естъ мироу семоу.Нꙑнѣ кънѧѕъ мира сего изгънанъ бѫдетъ вонъ. 
31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. 
κἀγὼ ἂν ὑψωθῶ ἐκ τῆς γῆς, πάντας ἑλκύσω πρὸς ἐμαυτόν. 
jah ik jabai ushauhjada af airþai, alla atþinsa du mis. 
et ego, si exaltatus fuero a terra, omnes traham ad meipsum”. 
ꙇ азъ аште вьзнесенъ бѫдѫ отъ землѧ҄. вьсѧ привлѣкѫ къ себѣ. 
32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. 
τοῦτο δὲ ἔλεγεν σημαίνων ποίῳ θανάτῳ ἤμελλεν ἀποθνήσκειν. 
þat-uþ-þan qaþ bandwjands ƕileikamma dauþau skulda gadauþnan. 
Hoc autem dicebat significans, qua morte esset moriturus. 
се же г҃лаше клеплѧ коеѭ съмрътиѭ хотѣаше оумьрѣти. 
33 This he said, signifying what death he should die. 
ἀπεκρίθη οὖν αὐτῷ ὁ ὄχλος Ἡμεῖς ἠκούσαμεν ἐκ τοῦ νόμου ὅτι ὁ χριστὸς μένει εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα, καὶ πῶς λέγεις σὺ ὅτι δεῖ ὑψωθῆναι τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου; τίς ἐστιν οὗτος ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου; 
andhof imma so managei: weis hausidedum ana witoda þatei Xristus sijai du aiwa; jah ƕaiwa þu qiþis þatei skulds ist ushauhjan sa sunus mans? ƕas ist sa sunus mans? 
Respondit ergo ei turba: “Nos audivimus ex Lege, quia Christus manet in aeternum; et quomodo tu dicis: “Oportet exaltari Filium hominis”? Quis est iste Filius hominis?”. 
отъвѣшта емоу народъ.мꙑ слꙑшахомъ отъ закона. ѣко х҃ъ прѣбꙑваатъ въ вѣкъ. ꙇ како тꙑ г҃лешивьзнести сѧ подобаатъ с҃ноу ч҃лвчскоумоу.кто сь естъ с҃нъ ч҃лвчскъ. 
34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man? 
εἶπεν οὖν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς Ἔτι μικρὸν χρόνον τὸ φῶς ἐν ὑμῖν ἐστίν. περιπατεῖτε ὡς τὸ φῶς ἔχετε, ἵνα μὴ σκοτία ὑμᾶς καταλάβῃ, καὶ ὁ περιπατῶν ἐν τῇ σκοτίᾳ οὐκ οἶδεν ποῦ ὑπάγει. 
qaþ þan du im Iesus: nauh leitil mel liuhaþ in izwis ist. gaggiþ þande liuhaþ habaiþ, ei riqiz izwis ni gafahai; jah saei gaggiþ in riqiza, ni wait ƕaþ gaggiþ. 
Dixit ergo eis Iesus: “Adhuc modicum tempus lumen in vobis est. Ambulate, dum lucem habetis, ut non tenebrae vos comprehendant; et, qui ambulat in tenebris, nescit quo vadat. 
рече же имъ и҃с.еште въ мало врѣмѧ свѣтъ въ васъ естъ.ходите доньдеже свѣтъ имате. да тъма васъ не иметъ.ꙇ ходѧи въ тъмѣ. не вѣстъ камо идетъ. 
35 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. 
ὡς τὸ φῶς ἔχετε, πιστεύετε εἰς τὸ φῶς, ἵνα υἱοὶ φωτὸς γένησθε. Ταῦτα ἐλάλησεν Ἰησοῦς, καὶ ἀπελθὼν ἐκρύβη ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν. 
þande liuhaþ habaiþ, galaubeiþ du liuhada, ei sunjus liuhadis wairþaiþ. þata rodida Iesus, jah galaiþ jah gafalh sik faura im. 
Dum lucem habetis, credite in lucem, ut filii lucis fiatis”. Haec locutus est Iesus et abiit et abscondit se ab eis. 
доньдеже свѣтъ имате. вѣроуите въ свѣта. да с҃нве свѣтоу бѫдете ⁘ кⷰ҇ ⁘Си г҃ла и҃с. ꙇ ошедъ съкрꙑ сѧ отъ нихъ. 
36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. 
Τοσαῦτα δὲ αὐτοῦ σημεῖα πεποιηκότος ἔμπροσθεν αὐτῶν οὐκ ἐπίστευον εἰς αὐτόν, 
swa filu imma taikne gataujandin in andwairþja ize, ni galaubidedun imma, 
Cum autem tanta signa fecisset coram eis, non credebant in eum, 
толика же знамениѣ сътворьшю емоу прѣдь ними. не вѣроваахѫ во нь. 
37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: 
ἵνα ὁ λόγος Ἠσαίου τοῦ προφήτου πληρωθῇ ὃν εἶπεν “Κύριε, τίς ἐπίστευσεν τῇ ἀκοῇ ἡμῶν; καὶ ὁ βραχίων Κυρίου τίνι ἀπεκαλύφθη;” 
ei þata waurd Esaeiins praufetaus usfullnodedi þatei qaþ: frauja, ƕas galaubida hauseinai unsarai? jah arms fraujins ƕamma andhuliþs warþ? 
ut sermo Isaiae prophetae impleretur, quem dixit: “Domine, quis credidit auditui nostro, et brachium Domini cui revelatum est?”. 
да събѫдетъ сѧ слово исаиѩ п҃рка еже рече.г҃и кто вѣрѫ ѩ слоухоу нашемоу.ꙇ мꙑшъца г҃нѣ комоу отъкрꙑ сѧ. 
38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? 
διὰ τοῦτο οὐκ ἠδύναντο πιστεύειν ὅτι πάλιν εἶπεν Ἠσαίας 
duþþe ni mahtedun galaubjan; unte aftra qaþ Esaeias: 
Propterea non poterant credere, quia iterum dixit Isaias: 
сего ради не можаахѫ вѣровати. ѣко пакꙑ рече исаиѣ. 
39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, 
“Τετύφλωκεν αὐτῶν τοῦς ὀφθαλμοὺς καὶ ἐπώρωσεν αὐτῶν τὴν καρδίαν, ἵνα μὴ ἴδωσιν τοις ὀφθαλμοῖς καὶ νοήσωσιν τῇ καρδίᾳ καὶ στραφῶσιν, καὶ ἰάσομαι αὐτούς.” 
gablindida ize augona jah gadaubida ize hairtona, ei ni gaumidedeina augam jah froþeina hairtin jah gawandidedeina jah ganasidedjau ins. 
“Excaecavit oculos eorum et induravit eorum cor, ut non videant oculis et intellegant corde et convertantur, et sanem eos”. 
ослѣпи очи ихъ. ꙇ окамѣнилъ естъ с҃рдца ихъ. да не видѧтъ очима. ни разоумѣѭтъ с҃рдцемь. ꙇ обратѧтъ сѧ и исцѣлѭ҄ ѩ. 
40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. 
ταῦτα εἶπεν Ἠσαίας ὅτι εἶδεν τὴν δόξαν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἐλάλησεν περὶ αὐτοῦ. 
þata qaþ Esaeias, þan saƕ wulþu is jah rodida bi ina. 
Haec dixit Isaias, quia vidit gloriam eius et locutus est de eo. 
си рече исаиѣ. егда видѣ славѫ его. ꙇ г҃ла о немь. 
41 These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him. 
Ὅμως μέντοι καὶ ἐκ τῶν ἀρχόντων πολλοὶ ἐπίστευσαν εἰς αὐτόν, ἀλλὰ διὰ τοὺς Φαρισαίους οὐχ ὡμολόγουν ἵνα μὴ ἀποσυνάγωγοι γένωνται, 
þanuh þan sweþauh jah us þaim reikam managai galaubidedun du imma, akei faura Fareisaium ni andhaihaitun, ei us swnagogei ni uswaurpanai waurþeina. 
Verumtamen et ex principibus multi crediderunt in eum, sed propter pharisaeos non confitebantur, ut de synagoga non eicerentur; 
обаче оубо и отъ кьнѧзъ мъноѕи вѣровашѧ вь него. нъ фарисѣи ради не исповѣдаахѫ. да не и съньмиштъ изгънани бѫдѫтъ. 
42 Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: 
ἠγάπησαν γὰρ τὴν δόξαν τῶν ἀνθρώπων μᾶλλον ἤπερ τὴν δόξαν τοῦ θεοῦ. 
frijodedun auk mais hauhein manniska þau hauhein gudis. 
dilexerunt enim gloriam hominum magis quam gloriam Dei. 
вьзлюбишѧ бо паче славѫ ч҃лчкѫ неже славѫ б҃жиѭ҄. 
43 For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. 
Ἰησοῦς δὲ ἔκραξεν καὶ εἶπεν Ὁ πιστεύων εἰς ἐμὲ οὐ πιστεύει εἰς ἐμὲ ἀλλὰ εἰς τὸν πέμψαντά με, 
iþ Iesus hropida jah qaþ: saei galaubeiþ du mis ni galaubeiþ du mis, ak du þamma sandjandin mik. 
Iesus autem clamavit et dixit: “Qui credit in me, non credit in me sed in eum, qui misit me; 
Ꙇ҃с же вьзъва и рече.вѣроуѩи вь мѧ. не вѣроуоутъ въ мѧ нъ въ посълавъшааго мѧ. 
44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. 
καὶ ὁ θεωρῶν ἐμὲ θεωρεῖ τὸν πέμψαντά με. 
jah saei saiƕiþ mik, saiƕiþ þana sandjandan mik. 
et, qui videt me, videt eum, qui misit me. 
ꙇ видѧи мѧ видѣ посълавъшааго мѧ. 
45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. 
ἐγὼ φῶς εἰς τὸν κόσμον ἐλήλυθα, ἵνα πᾶς ὁ πιστεύων εἰς ἐμὲ ἐν τῇ σκοτίᾳ μὴ μείνῃ. 
ik liuhad in þamma fairƕau qam, ei ƕazuh saei galaubjai du mis, in riqiza ni wisai. 
Ego lux in mundum veni, ut omnis, qui credit in me, in tenebris non maneat. 
азъ свѣтъ вь миръ придъ. да вьсѣкъ вѣроуѩи вь мѧ вь тьмѣ не прѣбѫдетъ. 
46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. 
καὶ ἐάν τίς μου ἀκούσῃ τῶν ῥημάτων καὶ μὴ φυλάξῃ, ἐγὼ οὐ κρίνω αὐτόν, οὐ γὰρ ἦλθον ἵνα κρίνω τὸν κόσμον ἀλλ᾽ ἵνα σώσω τὸν κόσμον. 
jah jabai ƕas meinaim hausjai waurdam jah galaubjai, ik ni stoja ina; nih þan qam ei stojau manased, ak ei ganasjau manased. 
Et si quis audierit verba mea et non custodierit, ego non iudico eum; non enim veni, ut iudicem mundum, sed ut salvificem mundum. 
ꙇ аште кто оуслꙑшитъ г҃лꙑ моѩ. ꙇ не съхранитъ ихъ. азъ не сѫждѫ емоу.не придъ бо да сѫждѭ҄ мироу. нъ да с҃псѫ миръ. 
47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. 
ὁ ἀθετῶν ἐμὲ καὶ μὴ λαμβάνων τὰ ῥήματά μου ἔχει τὸν κρίνοντα αὐτόν: ὁ λόγος ὃν ἐλάλησα ἐκεῖνος κρινεῖ αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ ἐσχάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ: 
saei frakann mis jah ni andnimiþ waurda meina, habaid þana stojandan sik. waurd þatei rodida, þata stojiþ ina in spedistin daga. 
Qui spernit me et non accipit verba mea, habet, qui iudicet eum: sermo, quem locutus sum, ille iudicabit eum in novissimo die, 
отъметаѩи сѧ мене и не приемлѧ г҃лъ моихъ. ꙇматъ сѫдѧштааго емоу.слово еже г҃лахъ то сѫдитъ емоу въ послѣдьнии дьнь. 
48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. 
ὅτι ἐγὼ ἐξ ἐμαυτοῦ οὐκ ἐλάλησα, ἀλλ᾽ ὁ πέμψας με πατὴρ αὐτός μοι ἐντολὴν δέδωκεν τί εἴπω καὶ τί λαλήσω. 
unte ik us mis silbin ni rodida, ak saei sandida mik atta, sah mis anabusn atgaf... 
quia ego ex meipso non sum locutus, sed, qui misit me, Pater, ipse mihi mandatum dedit quid dicam et quid loquar. 
ѣко азъ о себѣ не г҃лахъ. нъ посълавꙑ мѧ отъцъ. тъ мьнѣ заповѣдь дастъ. что рекѫ и что в҃ъзглѭ. 
49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 
καὶ οἶδα ὅτι ἡ ἐντολὴ αὐτοῦ ζωὴ αἰώνιός ἐστιν. ἃ οὖν ἐγὼ λαλῶ, καθὼς εἴρηκέν μοι ὁ πατήρ, οὕτως λαλῶ. 
 
Et scio quia mandatum eius vita aeterna est. Quae ergo ego loquor, sicut dixit mihi Pater, sic loquor”. 
и вѣмь ѣко заповѣдь его животъ вѣчънꙑи естъ.ѣже оубо азъ г҃лѭ. ѣкоже рече мънѣ отъцъ тако г҃лѭ ⁘ ⁘ 
50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
