En hrímþursar kalla hann Aurgelmi, ok eru þaðan komnar ættir hrímþursa, svá sem segir í Vǫluspá hinni skǫmmu:

but the Rime-Giants call him Aurgelimir; (18,1) and thence are come the races of the Rime-Giants, as it says in Völuspá the Less:
Norwegian, tr. Holtsmark, p. 12,1
Men rimtussene kaller ham Aurgelme, og fra ham er rimtusseættene kommet, slik som det er sagt i Voluspå korte:
