Þá reið Hermóðr heim til hallarinnar ok steig af hesti, gekk inn í hǫllina, sá þar sitja í ǫndugi Baldr bróður sinn, ok dvalðisk Hermóðr þar um nóttina.
Then Hermódr rode home to the hall and dismounted from his steed, went into the hall, and saw sitting there in the high-seat Baldr, his brother; and Hermódr tarried there overnight.
