ثم شب ذلك وقواه ما اصاب من الظفر والغلبة والقهر حتى استطال على الناس واحتقرهم وقهرهم
13 Puis cette ivresse s'enflamma [4] et se fortifia des succès, des triomphes et des victoires qu'il remporta, au point qu'il accabla les hommes de son arrogance, de son mépris et de sa tyrannie.
11 (იყო იგი) შეყოფილი გონებითა მე[ბატა] და საშუებელთა იმას სოპლისათა და ყოვლადვე წერ წინააღმდგომელ მიმართ განმხრწმელტა სულისათა.
13=11 He was utterly immersed in the pursuit of the pleasures and delights of this world and enslaved by his own passions, and quite unable to exercise any restraint in respect of indulgences which are so pernicious to the soul.
