Og jeg regalerer jo slettes ikke på det heller; for du blev jo så inderlig bra’ en mand, straks du havde fåt hus og hjem. – Og nu havde vi fåt det så hyggeligt og koseligt hos os; og nu skulde Hedvig og jeg også snart begynde at koste lidt på os både med mad og med klæ’r.

GINA.
Nee, nee, kann schon sein. Und ich regaliere ja auch gar nicht darauf, denn Du bist ja so ein herzensguter Mann geworden, wie Du Haus und Herd hattest. – Und nun war es gerade so gemütlich und mollig bei uns, und Hedwig und ich, wir wollten nun auch so nach und nach ein bißchen was auf unser Essen und unsere Kleider verwenden.

GINA.
