(H) dhamma-caraṇe pi na [bha]vati asīlasa

(H) And the practice of morality is not (possible) for (a person) devoid of good conduct.

(H) dhrama-[ca]ra[ṇe] pi [ca] na hoti aśi[la]sa

(H) dha:ṃma-calane pi cu 7 no hoti asīlasa

(H) 7 dhaṃma-calane pi cu no ho[t]i .....

(H) But the practice of morality also is not (possible) for (a person) devoid of good conduct.
