Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

(15)佛在劫比羅伐窣睹城多根樹園。(16)時六眾苾芻受莫訶男。四月供養。過此已後。(17)更從彼索。由重請事過限廢闕煩惱。制斯學處。(18)若復苾芻有四月請須時應受。(19)若過受者除餘時。波逸底迦。餘時者。(20)謂別請更請慇懃請常請。此是時。(21)此開四月過不應受別請者。(22)謂別別施主請諸苾芻。興其供養。(23)無由尊者畢鄰陀婆蹉開受王請。後更受王妹夫請食。更請者。(24)謂諸苾芻後至王家不敢受食。王問知已重更請食。(25)慇懃請者。或云。王家事多。我當乞食。(26)王更至心請彼受食。常請者。四月既滿世尊受食。(27)諸餘苾芻皆行乞食。(28)王曰不限時節恒常請食四月未竟。請食麤食。更求好者。得惡作罪。(29)食便得墮。請食好食更索麤食。索時惡作。(601a1)食時無犯。
