وهذه الطريقة هي التي يتّخذها كبار كتّاب فرنسا الذين ارتأوا وجوب تصویر الحياة كما هي لا كما يجب أن تكون 
wa-hāḏihī ’l-ṭarīqaẗ hiya ’llatī yattaḫuḏu-hā kubār kuttāb Faransā allaḏīna ’rtaʔaw wuǧūba taṣwīr al-ḥayāẗ ka-mā hiya lā ka-mā yaǧibu ʔan takūn 
This is also the method followed by the big French writers who think that life must be described as it is, not as it should be.
