§30 amūḍhavi(4)nayārhāya tatsvabhāvaiṣīyaṃ dadāti | adharmaka‹rma› ||
evaṃ yadbhūyaiṣīyaṃ yāvat saṃmukhavinayaṃ smṛtivinayaṃ dadāti | adharmakarma ||
‹a›mūḍhavinayārhāya tu amūḍhavinayam eva dadāti tatsvabhāvaiṣīyaṃ na yāvat saṃmukhavinayaṃ smṛtivinayaṃ | dharmakarma |
dran pas ’dul bar ’os pa la dran pas ’dul ba (H206a6) ñid sbyin gyi ma myos pas ’dul ba ma yin | de’i ṅo bo ñid tshol du gźug pa ma yin źes bya ba nas | mṅon sum gyis ’dul ba ma yin pa źes bya ba’i bar ni chos kyi las so ||
ma myos pas (139a1) (H206a7) ’dul bar ’os pa la de’i ṅo bo ñid tshol du gźug pa sbyin pa ni chos ma yin pa’i las so ||
de bźin du gaṅ tshul śiṅ maṅ po sbyin pa źes bya ba nas | mṅon sum gyis ’dul ba daṅ dran (H206b1) pas ’dul ba’i bar sbyin pa ni chos ma yin pa’i las so ||
[If the saṃgha] grants the exact smṛtivinaya to [the monk] who is subject to smṛtivinaya [and] does not grant tatsvabhāvaiṣīya, saṃmukhavinaya and so forth; this action is legal.
[The saṃgha] grants tatsvabhāvaiṣīya to [the monk] who is subject to amūḍhavinaya; this action is illegal.
In this way, [the saṃgha] grants smṛtivinaya, saṃmukhavinaya, yadbhūyaiṣīya and so on; this action is illegal.
