Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

§21 viṃśativargakaraṇīyaṃ karma pūrṇā viṃśatidharme(5)ṇa kurvanti | dharmakarma ca tad vinayakarma ca |  evaṃ ca tat karaṇīyaṃ | saṃghaś ca tena na sātisāraḥ ||  viṃśativargakaraṇīyaṃ karma nāgārikaviṃśatimāḥ na śrāmaṇeraka‹ḫ› pūrvavad yāvan na pārivāsikaviṃśatimāḥ dharmeṇa kurvanti |  dharmakarma tad vinayakarma ca |  evaṃ (6) ca tat karaṇīyaṃ | saṃghaś ca tena na sātisāraḥ || || 
de ni de lta bur mi bya ste | de ni dge ’dun yaṅ ’gal tshabs can du ’gyur ro ||  ñi śu’i tshogs kyis bya ba ñi śur tshaṅ bas chos kyi las byed na | de ni chos kyi las daṅ (H205a1) ’dul ba’i las yin (2) no ||  de ni de lta bur bya ste || des na dge ’dun yaṅ ’gal tshabs can du mi ’gyur ro ||  ñi śu’i tshogs kyis bya ba’i las ñi śu pa khyim pa ma yin (H205a2) pa daṅ dge tshul ma yin pa daṅ źes bya ba nas | ñi śu pa spo ba ma yin pas chos kyi las byed na źes bya ba’i bar goṅ ma bźin du ste |  de ni (3) chos kyi las daṅ ’dul ba’i las yin no || 
[They] should not do it that way; [and] because of that, the saṃgha becomes guilty of sin.  The legal action performed by a full collegium of the twenty is legal and in accordance with the discipline.  [A saṃgha] should do it this way; [and] because of that, the saṃgha is not guilty of sin.  [If] the twentieth [member] of a collegium of the twenty is not a householder, not a novice, and so mentioned earlier … until a pārivāsika … acts;  that action is legal and in accordance with the discipline.
