Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

(3)自乞縷使非親織師織作衣學處第二十三
(4)佛在室羅伐城給孤獨園。(5)時鄔波難陀苾芻從撚線家求縷。令[仁-二+達]額織師織一上疊。(6)復依託王臣織一張疊。惱物生譏因求好事。(7)煩惱同前。制斯學處。若復苾芻自乞縷線。(8)使非親織師織作衣。若得衣者泥薩祇波逸底迦。(9)言自乞縷者。或得半兩。或一兩餘。謂劫貝縷。(10)或高世耶縷。或復家絲。或毛或奢搦迦。(11)或芻摩。或野麻。或紵縷。或高詀薄迦。(12)或阿缽闌得迦縷。若乞高世耶使非親織作敷具。(13)便得二墮。一捨由衣體一故。(14)若作餘衣或為偃帶等。使織之時皆得惡作。或從親乞。或非親乞。(15)或自買得。隨以何緣而得其縷。(16)使一非親織師。或復眾多。或令親人助織。(17)或自助織皆犯捨墮。言無犯者。從親而乞。(18)使親而織親為親想等。句法如上。又無犯者。(19)若彼施主自有信心。令他為織。或以價織。(20)若虛誑心陳己勝德。乞得物時惡作。他勝一時俱得。實有德者。(21)得惡作墮罪。雖親織師不知時故。令他生惱。(22)或現異相。皆得惡作。以不淨縷而相和。(23)雜謂駝毛等。或為他織。皆惡作罪。
