Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

(23)佛在廣嚴城。僧訶將軍已見諦理。(24)心生正信常行惠施。所有庫藏遂致空竭。世尊。(25)知時教作白二羯磨。於彼舍內不應受食。(26)若有床座應為受之。時尊者舍利子目乾連。(27)先受彼請於舍內食。六眾見已作是念。(28)此人初見諦時亦請我食。又因食竟。(29)見彼家中有小男女求食而泣。由乞食事煩惱同前。制斯學處。(605b1)若復苾芻。知是學家僧。與作學家羯磨。(2)苾芻先不受請。便詣彼家自手受食食。(3)是苾芻應還村外住處。詣諸苾芻所。各別告言。大德。(4)我犯對說惡法。是不應為。今對說悔。(5)是名對說法。言學家者。謂預流果一來果不還果。(6)唯此學人處在居家非無學位。學家羯磨者。(7)謂眾共許作法成就先不受請者。(8)雖得羯磨受請非犯。若非二五羹菜等類。(9)自手受取及得解法。並皆無犯。言解法者。(10)謂彼貲財還復如故。應作白二捨前遮法。境想六句如上應知。
