Hvad! – Er du her! 
ROSMER
erblickt den Rektor, bleibt in der Tür stehen.
Was! – Du bist da! 
ROSMER
(stops at the door, as he sees KROLL).
What! you here?

(看见了克罗尔校长就在门口站住)

REBEKKA.
Han vilde helst ikke ha’ mødt dig, Rosmer. 
REBEKKA.
Er wäre Dir am liebsten aus dem Wege gegangen, Rosmer. 
REBECCA.
He wanted to avoid meeting you, John. 
吕贝克
亲爱的，他不想跟你见面。 
KROLL
(uvilkårligt).
Du! 
KROLL
unwillkürlich.
Du! 
KROLL
(involuntarily).
“John?”

(不由自主)
“亲爱的！” 
REBEKKA.
Ja, herr rektor. Rosmer og jeg – vi siger du til hinanden. Forholdet imellem os har ført det med sig. 
REBEKKA.
Ja, Herr Rektor. Rosmer und ich, – wir sagen »Du« zueinander. Unser Verhältnis hat das mit sich gebracht. 
REBECCA.
Yes, Mr. Kroll. John and I call each other by our Christian names. That is a natural consequence of the relations between us.

KROLL.

KROLL.

KROLL.
Jeg vilde endnu en gang prøve på at standse dig og vinde dig tilbage. 
KROLL.
Ich wollte noch einmal versuchen, Dir entgegenzutreten und Dich zur Umkehr zu bewegen. 
KROLL.
I wanted to make one more effort to stop you, and win you back.

ROSMER
(peger på avisen).
Efter det, som står der? 
ROSMER
weist auf die Zeitung.
Nach dem, was da steht? 
ROSMER
(pointing to the newspaper).

(指着报纸)

KROLL.
Jeg har ikke skrevet det. 
KROLL.
