Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

若苾芻至十五日隨意時。(7)忽被王捉若大臣捉。或被賊捉或怨家捉。彼(8)苾芻衆應遣信報言。暫放此苾芻來。有少事(9)縁。彼若放者善。若不放者。應就小界而爲隨(10)意。彼被捉苾芻。後時得脱。應更隨意。若不爾(11)者。得越法罪。 
yathāpi tat tad eva pravāraṇāyāṃ paṃcadaśyāṃ bhikṣur āpattiṃ smarati. tena bhikṣuṇā sāpattir bhikṣoḥ purastād yathādharmaṃ pratikartavyā : tataḥ paścāt pravārayitavyaṃ. evaṃ hi pravārayitavyaṃ. na tv evāhaṃ pravāraṇāyā antarāyaṃ vadāmi | pūrvavad yāvad yathā poṣadhavastuny evaṃ vistareṇa daśikā kartavyā | 
’di ltar yaṅ dgag dbye bco lṅa pa de ñid la dge sloṅ gis ltuṅ ba dran na | dge sloṅ des ltuṅ ba de dge sloṅ gi mdun du chos bźin du gyis la de’i ’og tu dgag dbye bya’o || dgag dbye ni ’di ltar bya ste | (4) ṅas dgag dbye’i bar chad du ’gyur ba mi smras źes bya ba sṅar gso sbyoṅ gi gźir ji skad bstan pa bźin bcu tshan rgyas par bya’o || 
若苾芻至隨意時。若憶知有罪。(12)應於餘處苾芻所作説悔法。方可作隨意。若(13)不説罪。作隨意者。不成隨意。如長淨法中廣(14)説。於十事中亦廣説。

若至隨意時。苾芻憶知(15)有罪。欲説悔者。 
sacet pārājikāṃ pratijānāti | nāśayitvā pravārayitavyaṃ. 
ci ste phas pam pa byuṅ bar śes na bskrad la dgag dbye bya’o || 
若是波羅市迦罪。衆應擯出(16)然後隨意。 
sacet saṃghāvaśeṣāṃ pratijānāti, adhiṣṭhāya pravārayitavyaṃ. 
(5) gal te dge ’dun lhag ma byuṅ bar śes na byin gyis brlabs nas dgag dbye bya’o || 
有犯僧伽伐尸沙罪者。應且置是(17)罪。先隨意已後當治罪。 
sacet pāyantikāṃ pratideśanīyāṃ (72v = GBM 6.727) duṣkṛtāṃ pratijānāti | deśayitvā pravārayitavyaṃ. 
gal te ltuṅ byed daṅ | so sor bśags pa daṅ | ñes byas dag byuṅ bar śes na bśams nas dgag dbye bya’o || 
若波逸底迦。波羅底(18)提舍尼。及突色訖里多者。先應説悔後作隨(19)意。 
yathāpi tat tad eva pravāraṇāyāṃ pañcadaśyāṃ vastv aviditaṃ bhavati. kecin niravaśeṣasaṃjñinaḥ, kecit sāvaśeṣasaṃjñinaḥ. tatra ye niravaśeṣasaṃjñinas tair nāśayitvā pravārayitavyaṃ. ye sāvaśeṣasaṃjñinas tair adhiṣṭhāya pravārayitavyaṃ | 
’di ltar yaṅ dgag dbye bco lṅa pa de ñid la dṅos po mṅes (6) par gyur nas | kha cig ni lhag ma med par ’du śes la | kha cig ni lhag ma daṅ bcas par ’du śes na de la gaṅ dag lhag ma med par ’du śes pa de dag gis ni bskraṅ nas dgag dbye bya’o || gaṅ dag lhag ma daṅ bcas par ’du śes pa de dag gis ni byin gyis rlob tu (7) bcug nas dgag dbye bya’o || 
若苾芻至隨意時。於他勝罪而生疑惑。或(20)有不是他勝。若犯他勝。不共住者。不成苾芻。(21)若不是不共住等。應且住然後隨意。 
yathāpi tat tad eva pravāraṇāyāṃ paṃcadaśyām āpattir aviniścitā bhavati | kecid deśanākaraṇīyam ity āhuḥ | kecit saṃvaraṇīyam ity āhuḥ | tatra ye deśanākaraṇīyam ity āhuḥ tair deśayitvā pravārayitavyam. ye saṃvaraṇīyam ity āhuḥ tais saṃvaraṇaṃ kṛtvā pravārayitavyaṃ |

若隨意(22)時。有苾芻。或有説罪。若有羯磨1其出説罪(23)者。應先説罪。後當隨意。其有羯磨出者。應先(24)羯磨後方隨意。
