kati vipākajāḥ dhātavaḥ katy aupacayikāḥ kati naiḥṣyandikāḥ kati dravayuktāḥ kati kṣaṇikāḥ |  āha | 
幾界從果報生。(20)幾界從増長生。幾界從等流生。幾界有實物。(21)幾界唯一刹那生。  偈曰。 
如是已説能所斫等。十八界(17)中幾異熟生。幾所長養。幾等流性。幾有實事。(18)幾一刹那。  頌曰

vipākajaupacayikāḥ pañcādhyātmaṃ | 
果報増長生。五内。 
(19)内五有熟養 聲無異熟生
(20)八無礙等流 亦異熟生性
(21)餘三實唯法 刹那唯後三

adhyātmaṃ tāvat pañca dhātavaḥ cakṣurādayo vipākajāś caupacayikāś ca |  naiḥṣyandikā na santi | tadvyatiriktaniṣyandābhāvāt |  tatra vipākahetor jātāḥ vipākajāḥ |  madhyapadalopāt gorathavat |  phalakālaprāptaṃ vā karma vipāka ity ucyate |  vipacyata iti kṛtvā | tasmāj jātā vipākajāḥ |  phalaṃ tu vipaktir eveti vipākaḥ |  bhavatu phalahetau phalopacāro yathā phale hetūpacāraḥ |  ṣaḍimāni sparśāyatanāni paurāṇaṃ karma veditavyam iti |  āhārasaṃskārasvapnasamādhiviśeṣair upacitā aupacayikāḥ |  brahmacaryeṇa cety eke | anupaghātamātraṃ tu tena syān nopacayaḥ |  vipākasantānasyopacayasantānaḥ pratiprākāra ivārakṣā |  śabda aupacayiko naiḥṣyandikaś cāsti | 
(22)釋曰。五内界。謂眼等五根。從果報及増長(23)生。  不從等流生。離果報増長無別等流故。  此(24)中從果報因生。名果報生。  除中間因名故。譬(25)如牛車。  復次是業至果報熟時。説名果報。  正(26)能熟故。從此生故。  説果報生果者名熟。  復次(27)於因可立果名。如果中立因名。  如經言。此六(28)種觸入。應知是宿業。  飮食將養寢臥。三摩提(29)等勝縁所資益。名増長生。  有餘師説。由梵行(169b1)故増長。此言不然。何以故。梵行但不爲損。(2)無有益義。  於果報相續増長相續。能爲護持。(3)猶如外城防守内城。  聲界或増長生。或等流(4)生。 
(22)論曰。内五即是眼等五界。有異熟生及所(23)長養  無等流者。離異熟生及所長養無(24)別性故。  異熟因所生名異熟生。  如牛所駕(25)車名曰牛車。略去中言故作是説。  或所造(26)業至得果時變而能熟故名異熟。  果從彼(27)生名異熟生。  彼所得果與因別類。而是所熟(28)故名異熟。  或於因土假立果名。如於果(29)上假立因名。  如契經説。今六觸處。應知即(9b1)是昔所造業。  飮食資助眠睡等持勝縁所益(2)名所長養。  有説。梵行亦能長養。此唯無損(3)非別有益。  長養相續常能護持異熟相續。(4)猶如外郭防援内城。  聲有等流及所長養(5)無異熟生。

kiṃ kāraṇam | īhātaḥ pravṛtteḥ |  yat tarhi prajñaptiśāstre uktaṃ pāruṣyavirateḥ subhāvitatvād brahmasvaratā mahāpuruṣalakṣaṇaṃ nirvartta iti |  tṛtīyā ’sau paraṃparety eke |  karmabhyo hi bhūtāni bhūtebhyaḥ śabdaḥ iti | pañcamy asau paraṃparety apare |  karmabhyo hi vipākajāni mahābhūtāni tebhyaś caupacayikāni tebhyo naiḥṣyandikāni tebhyaḥ śabda iti |  evam tarhi śārīriky api vedanā karmajabhūtasaṃbhūtatvān na vipākaḥ prapnoti |  yadi śabdavad yuktivirodhaḥ syāt | 
釋曰。云何不從果報生。隨(5)欲生故。  若爾於假名論中。云何説由永離惡(6)口。善修不惡口戒故。得梵音大人相生。  餘師(7)説。聲屬第三傳。  從業生霜佉四大。從霜佉(8)四大生聲。復有餘師説。  聲屬第五傳。從業生(9)果報四大。從果報四大。生増長四大。從増長(10)四大。生等流四大。從等流四大生聲。  若爾身(11)受從業所生四大生。不應成果報。  若受如聲。(12)則違道理。 
所以者何。隨欲轉故。  若爾不應(6)施設論説善修遠離麁惡語故。感得大士(7)梵音聲相。  有説。聲屬第三傳故。  雖由彼生(8)而非異熟。謂從彼業生諸大種。從諸大種(9)縁撃發聲。有説。聲屬第五傳故。  雖由彼生(10)而非異熟。謂彼業生異熟大種。從此傳生(11)長養大種。此復傳生等流大種。此乃生聲。  (12)若爾身受從業所生大種生故。應非異熟。  (13)若受如聲便違正理。

偈曰。八種無礙界。流生果報生。

(13)釋曰。何者爲八。七識界及法界。是等流所(14)生。從同類因及遍行因所生故。  果報生者。謂(15)從果報因生。此八界無増長生。無礙法無増(16)長故。 
八無礙者。七心法界。(14)此有等流異熟生性。同類遍行因所生者是(15)等流性。  若異熟因所引生者名異熟生。諸(16)無礙法無積集故非所長養。
