Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

yadi pañca vijñānakāyāḥ savitarkāḥ savicārāḥ katham avikalpakā ity ucyante | 
若五識聚有覺觀。云何説(29)無分別。 
若五識身有尋有伺。如何得説無(28)分別耶。

nirūpaṇānusmaraṇavikalpenāvikalpakāḥ | 
偈曰。顯示及憶念。由二無分別。 
頌曰
(29)説五無分別 由計度隨念
(8b1)以意地散慧 意諸念爲體 
ṅes par rtog daṅ rjes dran pa’i | | rnam par rtog pa rnams mi rtog | 
 
trividhaḥ kila vikalpaḥ | svabhāvābhinirūpaṇānusmaraṇavikalpaḥ |  tad eṣāṃ svabhāvavikalpo ’sti |  netarau | tasmād avikalpakā ity ucyante |  yathā ekapādako ’śvo ’pādaka iti |  tatra svabhāvavikalpo vitarkaḥ | sa caitteṣu paścān nirdekṣyate |  itarau punaḥ kiṃsvabhāvau |  yathākramaṃ 
釋(168b1)曰。彼説分別有三。一自性分別。二顯示分(2)別。三憶念分別。  五識唯有自性分別。  無餘二(3)分別。故説無分別。  如馬一足説言無足。  此中(4)自性分別。即是覺觀。此後明心法中當説。  後(5)二分別。其相云何  次第。 
(2)論曰。傳説。分別略有三種。一自性分別。二(3)計度分別。三隨念分別。  由五識身雖有自(4)性  而無餘二。説無分別。  如一足馬名爲無(5)足。  自性分別體唯是尋。後心所中自當辯釋。  (6)餘二分別  如其次第。

tau prajñā mānasī vyagrā smṛtiḥ sarvaiva mānasī || 1.33 || 
偈曰。二是散心智。(6)諸念唯心地。

釋曰。此智與意識相應。故名心(7)智。非寂定故名散。  此智即是顯示分別。  一切(8)憶念與意識相應。若定若散。名憶念分別。 
意地散慧諸念爲體。散(7)謂非定。  意識相應散慧。名爲計度分別。  若(8)定若散意識相應諸念。名爲隨念分別。
