305 (21.16) ekāsanaṃ ekaseyyaṃ eko caramatandito
eko damayamattānaṃ vanante ramito siyā.
(3) 一坐一處臥 一行無放恣
(4) 守一以正身 心樂居樹間
305 He alone who, without ceasing, practises the duty of sitting alone and sleeping alone, he, subduing himself, will rejoice in the destruction of all desires alone, as if living in a forest.
