Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

(28)佛在憍閃毘國。(29)闡陀苾芻不忍他語違如法教。由其惡性受用法事。求自在不忍煩惱。(548c1)遂生忿恨自損損他。制斯學處。(2)若復苾芻惡性不受人語。(3)諸苾芻於佛所說戒經中。如法如律勸誨之時。不受諫語。(4)言諸大德莫向我說少許若好若惡。(5)我亦不向諸大德說若好若惡。諸大德止莫勸我。(6)莫論說我。諸苾芻語是苾芻言。具壽。(7)汝莫不受諫語。諸苾芻於戒經中。如法如律勸誨之時。(8)應受諫語。具壽。如法諫諸苾芻。(9)諸苾芻亦如法諫。具壽。(10)如是如來應正等覺佛聲聞眾便得增長。共相諫誨。具壽。汝應捨此事。(11)諸苾芻如是諫時。捨者善。(12)若不捨者應可再三慇懃正諫。隨教應詰。令捨是事。捨者善。(13)若不捨者僧伽伐尸沙。(14)惡性者。稟性麤言不用他語。(15)於佛所說者半月所說。言戒經中者。謂佛世尊所制學處。(16)言如法者。謂依實事見聞疑說。言如律者。(17)稱實而說與理相應。出柔軟語。言少許者。(18)假令少言亦不許說。言好惡者。謂利非利。(19)言止者。未說之言。預相遮止。莫論說我者。(20)謂情不忍可。言佛聲聞眾便得增長者。由展轉相教。(21)世尊聖教得久住世。言共相諫誨者。(22)謂欲諫時先求聽許。然後方諫。(23)若他不許不應強詰。然詰問時不以天眼見天耳聞。(24)若他不憶應為作憶念。憶時瞋忿應求聽許。(25)若不許者。棄莫與言。若仗託有力者。不應教授。(26)不共長淨安居隨意。(27)即於此日應一苾芻作如是白。我名某甲遮彼苾芻某甲為長淨等事。(28)若此苾芻在眾中者。(29)不應對之而為長淨及隨意事。若於所犯罪有餘無餘。(549a1)無有定實而遮他者。皆成非法。(2)若天眼天耳及聾盲無識。隨黨非黨在地居空等。(3)或翻此四皆不成遮。於所犯罪事有定實為遮他者。(4)是謂應法。若以不善見聞疑而遮他者。得惡作罪。(5)若一界內有多住處。一處遮時餘皆悉遮。(6)其能詰人雖被眾差應知軌式。有其五法。(7)謂從座起。脫革屣整衣左肩。禮上座已合掌而住。(8)應以五法而自稱量我。是持戒者不。(9)有羞慚不。有追悔不。能攝伏諸根不。是樂戒不。(10)又生五念。謂實不實等。次應告言。(11)汝某甲我今欲詰。能容許不。彼應答曰。(12)由何事故爾詰於我。說罪差別。如律應知。(13)其被詰人應於五部學處。自思忖已。當聽許之。返令憶念。(14)爾於何處知我有犯。當依實說。勿搆虛言。應告彼云。(15)今任汝詰。次能詰者先為安慰。方始出言。(16)然我不以錯誤之語。及私屏語。或造次語。(17)仁所說者我皆三問而詳審之。次應白言。(18)汝某甲聽。僧伽令我為詰責人。(19)問爾實事眾當為汝作羯磨法。應可善思。勿令損己。(20)亦不應調弄清淨之人。并樂戒者耆宿有德。亦不輕慢。(21)違此教者得惡作罪。言共相諫悔者。(22)有所違犯心希清淨說先所犯。此中犯者。(23)謂別人諫時不用語者。得窣吐羅罪。若初白及二羯磨。(24)得窣吐羅罪。第三竟時得僧伽伐尸沙。(25)惡語之人不先詰問。輒便遮止得惡作罪。(26)餘義通塞如前所明。其諫羯磨如百一羯磨中說。
