Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

(11)佛在憍閃毘國瞿師羅園。(12)時闡陀苾芻既犯罪已。諸苾芻勸令改悔。便說異言惱亂。(13)於眾苾芻應正教誨作白四羯磨呵責。(14)若默而惱者。亦秉法呵責。雖得眾法仍不改者。(15)若語若默。或兩俱為由違惱事輕毀煩惱。(16)制斯學處。若復苾芻違惱言教者。波逸底迦。(17)言違惱言教者。謂諸苾芻如法教時。(18)此是應作此不應作。既聞語已遂便違教。出不忍言。(19)或時默然而不應答。如有苾芻問苾芻言。(20)爾見如是相貌苾芻及俗男女不。便作惱心。而答之曰。(21)如此之人我不曾見。但見兩腳從此而去。(22)或時默惱。皆得墮罪。如是乃至片有惱心。(23)詭誑異說。或時默然。(24)若對僧伽及清淨苾芻違惱教時。咸得墮罪。或他問時先語後默者。(25)得惡作罪。若於僧伽及尊重類。稱理之教。(26)垢心違惱亦得墮罪。非稱理教作違惱言。得惡作罪。(27)僧伽教敕遣作此事為彼事者。亦得墮罪。(28)於稱理教稱理想疑。違皆墮罪。(29)不稱理教作稱理想疑。得惡作。若稱理教作不稱理想。(578a1)雖違無犯。若對不解語人而違惱者。亦惡作罪。(2)若違惱賊教者。得惡作罪。(3)如賊遣苾芻於阿蘭若為我作食。佛言。應可為辦。(4)若不能者移處去。若住者得惡作。有教須違。(5)謂非理虛誑所有言說。有教須為捨受。謂彼非理帶瞋而言。(6)有教應反開悟。謂非理不瞋言。(7)有教當如說行。謂有犯令悔言。有教須順從。(8)謂令持戒言。若差知眾事以垢惡心。應作不作。(9)不應作而作。皆得墮罪。若無垢心。得惡作罪。(10)若口雖不語身惱他時。遣去不去不遣去而去。(11)喚來不來。不喚而來。有垢心無垢心。(12)並同前墮罪。及以惡作。不犯者。(13)若苾芻見有獵人逐獐鹿等。從邊走過。彼來問時應作是語。(14)時寒可應向火毒熱可飲冷水。(15)若問不休應自看指甲。而報彼云。諾佉缽奢弭。(16)或看太虛而報彼云。納婆缽奢弭。或於四方周遍觀已。(17)作如是念。一切諸行皆無有我亦無有情。然後報云。(18)我實不見有一有情。此皆無犯。(19)若口有病含藥不言者無犯。
