Note on the transliteration:
The transliteration system of the BP/TLB is based on the Unicode/UTF-8 system. However, there may be difficulties with some of the letters – particularly on PC/Windows-based systems, but not so much on the Mac. We have chosen the most accepted older and traditional systems of transliteration against, e.g, Wylie for Tibetan, since with Unicode it is possible, in Sanskrit and Tibetan, etc., to represent one sound with one letter in almost all the cases (excepting Sanskrit and Tibetan aspirated letters, and Tibetan tsa, tsha, dza). We thus do not use the Wylie system which widely employs two letters for one sound (ng, ny, sh, zh etc.).
 
Important:
We ask you in particular to note the use of the ’ apostrophe and not the ' representing the avagrāha in Sanskrit, and most important the ’a-chuṅ in Tibetan. On the Mac the ’ is Alt-M.

(25)佛在室羅伐城給孤獨園。(26)時鄔波難陀為行乞食。至於商人處。乞第二缽情貪好故。(27)增長煩惱招物。譏嫌事惱同前。制斯學處。(28)若復苾芻有缽減五綴。堪得受用為好故。(29)更求餘缽。得者泥薩祇波逸底迦。(562b1)彼苾芻當於眾中捨此長缽。取最下缽。與彼苾芻報言。(2)此缽還汝不應守持。不應分別。(3)亦勿施人應自審詳。徐徐受用。乃至破應護持。此是法。(4)言減五綴者。謂未滿五綴時。(5)有苾芻用五片缽綴而乞食。日別料理廢修正業。(6)或但五綴或時過此。聽畜餘缽。(7)有五種鎔濕物不應綴缽。謂黑糖黃蠟鉛錫紫礦有五種綴鐵缽法。(8)一以細釘塞孔。二安小鐵片打入令牢。(9)三如魚齒四邊鉸破內外相夾。(10)四以鐵片掩孔周圓釘之五用屑末。此有二種。一碎鐵末。(11)二磨石末初補鐵缽。次補瓦缽用末綴時。(12)以油和末。於鐵碗中用鐵鎚。熟研方用塞孔。(13)即以微火燒之使[革*更]。若麤澀者更以油塗。(14)依法熏之。若瓦缽有孔隙者。用沙糖和泥塞之。(15)以火乾炙若璺破者刻作鼓腰。(16)以鐵鼓填之上以泥塗火熏應用。汎論缽者有四圓滿。(17)一體圓滿。謂是鐵也。二相圓滿。(18)謂堅牢無穴無綴不受垢膩。三量圓滿。謂是大缽。(19)四得處圓滿。謂眾中分得。或施主處得。或是舊好缽。(20)若苾芻先有此缽。更求好者得時捨墮。(21)於眾中者此缽應於眾中而捨。應先勸請行有犯缽。(22)苾芻具五法者。應差始從敷座。乃至問云。(23)汝某甲能與僧伽行有犯缽不。彼答言能。(24)應一苾芻作白。二羯磨差。大德僧伽聽。(25)此某甲苾芻樂與僧伽行有犯缽。若僧伽時至聽者。(26)僧伽應許。僧伽今差。某甲為行有犯缽。(27)苾芻此某甲今與僧伽行有犯缽。白如是。(28)次作羯磨。大德僧伽聽。乃至我今如是持。准白應作。(29)佛言。汝諸苾芻行有犯缽法。(562c1)我今當制行有犯缽。人眾和合時應告白言。諸具壽。(2)明日我當為僧伽行有犯缽。諸具壽。(3)各各持缽來集。至明日僧伽盡集時。彼苾芻持有犯缽。(4)上座前立。讚美其缽。白上座言。(5)此缽光淨圓滿堪用。若須者應取。若上座取者應與。(6)即持上座缽行與第二上座。第二不用應與第三。(7)正與第三上座時。第一上座更索者。(8)初一索時不應與。第二索時亦不應與。三索應與。(9)上座犯惡作罪。應須說悔。如是乃至行末。(10)若卻索者准此應知。(11)如是行時展轉至終所得之缽。即應授與犯捨。苾芻語言。苾芻。(12)此缽不合守持。亦不應棄徐徐受用。(13)乃至破來行有犯缽。苾芻不依教者得越法罪。(14)持有犯缽苾芻若乞食時。以有犯缽盛好囊中。(15)其守持者置餘袋內。若得好飯安有犯缽。(16)麤者安守持缽中。有犯缽置在一邊。守持者常應用食。(17)若洗暴舉熏。或時涉路有犯缽常好安置。(18)乃至破來彼苾芻所有行法。(19)不依行者得越法罪。此是汝缽不應守持者。(20)謂先有守持缽此缽為行治罰。令其畜用。不應分別者。(21)亦復不合分別作淨而畜。(22)不施餘人者不應持此施與他人。應自審詳受用不應卒爾。(23)生疲怠心故令破壞。若故壞者得越法罪。(24)若求得多缽者。皆捨墮罪。於此缽中取一好者。(25)眾中作法所有餘缽。隨意分施。(26)此中犯者苾芻缽破。始從一綴齊五綴來。堪得受用不作綴法。(27)為好故更求餘缽。覓時惡作。得便捨墮。(28)非好好想。但得墮罪。好與不好作不好想者無犯。(29)或為他求。或兩人共覓。或遣書等。(563a1)或外道邊求得皆得惡作。若以價買得。(2)或不為好從他求得。或轉換得此皆無犯。
