وذلك أن الحذق في العلم والتفنن فيه والاستيلاء عليه، إنما هم بحصول ملكة في الإحاطة بمبادئه وقواعده والوقوف على مسائله واستنباط فروعه من أصوله. وما لم تحصل هذه الملكة لم يكن الحذق في ذلك الفن المتناول حاصلاً.
