ثم هو معلوم أن الذي يُري أو يُثبت 1 ليس له أكثر من أن يثبت أن الأمر موجود أو غير موجود وأنه كان أو لم يكن
1. يُرى B and MS read. AB : pace L (?) and GlossGA (yarā). The Greek ἀμφισβητέω – here used about opposing parties in a lawsuit – means both to ”argue against“ and ”argue that“ (LSJ), the Arabic is a hendiadys translation of the latter: ”the one which shows or demonstrates“.
