ἐπεὶ οὖν (13) ἀγαθὸν λέγομεν τό τε αὐτὸ αὑτοῦ ἕνεκα καὶ μὴ ἄλλου (14) αἱρετόν, καὶ οὗ πάντ’ ἐφίεται,

فقد نقول في الخير انّه الذي يختار من اجل نفسه لا من أجل شيء اَخر والذي يشتاق اليه كلّ شيء

Now we are applying the term ‘good’ to what is desirable for its own sake and not for the sake of something else; to that at which all things aim;
