22 
Ἤγγιζε δὲ ἡ ἑορτὴ τῶν ἀζύμων ἡ λεγομένη πάσχα. 
Appropinquabat autem dies festus Azymorum, qui dici tur Pascha. 
1 და მოახლებულ იყო დღესასწაული იგი უცომოებისაჲ, რომელსა ჰრქჳან პასქაჲ. 
1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover. 
καὶ ἐζήτουν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ γραμματεῖς τὸ πῶς ἀνέλωσιν αὐτόν· ἐφοβοῦντο γὰρ τὸν λαόν. 
Et quaerebant principes sacerdotum et scribae quomodo eum interficerent; timebant vero plebem. 
2 და ეძიებდეს მას მღდელთ-მოძღუარნი იგი და მწიგნობარნი, რაჲთამცა მოკლეს იგი, ხოლო ეშინოდა ერისა მას. 
2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people. 
εἰσῆλθε δὲ ὁ σατανᾶς εἰς Ἰούδαν τὸν ἐπικαλούμενον Ἰσκαριώτην, ὄντα ἐκ τοῦ ἀριθμοῦ τῶν δώδεκα, 
Intravit autem Satanas in Iudam, qui cognominabatur Iscarioth, unum de Duodecim; 
3 და შეუჴდა ეშმაკი იუდას, რომელსა ერქუა ისკარიოტელ და იყო იგი რიცხჳსაგან ათორმეტთაჲსა. 
3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. 
καὶ ἀπελθὼν συνελάλησε τοῖς ἀρχιερεῦσι καὶ γραμματεῦσι καὶ στρατηγοῖς τὸ πῶς αὐτὸν παραδῶ αὐτοῖς. 
et abiit et locutus est cum principibus sacerdotum et magistratibus, quemadmodum illum traderet eis. 
4 და მივიდა, ეზრახა მღდელთ-მოძღუართა და მწიგნობართა და ერისა წინამძღუართა, ვითარმცა იგი მისცა მათ. 
4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them. 
καὶ ἐχάρησαν, καὶ συνέθεντο αὐτῷ ἀργύρια δοῦναι· 
Et gavisi sunt et pacti sunt pecuniam illi dare. 
5 ხოლო მათ განიხარეს და აღუთქუეს მას ვეცხლი მიცემად. 
5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money. 
καὶ ἐξωμολόγησε, καὶ ἐζήτει εὐκαιρίαν τοῦ παραδοῦναι αὐτὸν αὐτοῖς ἄτερ ὄχλου. 
Et spopondit et quaerebat opportunitatem, ut eis traderet illum sine turba. 
6 და აღუვარა მათ და ეძიებდა ჟამსა მარჯუესა, რაჲთა მისცეს იგი მათ თჳნიერ ერისა. 
6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude. 
Ἦλθε δὲ ἡ ἡμέρα τῶν ἀζύμων, ἐν ᾗ ἔδει θύεσθαι τὸ πάσχα, 
Venit autem dies Azymorum, in qua necesse erat occidi Pascha. 
7 მოიწინეს დღენი იგი უცომოებისანი, ოდეს ღირდა პასქაჲ იგი დაკლვად. 
7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed. 
καὶ ἀπέστειλε Πέτρον καὶ Ἰωάννην εἰπών· πορευθέντες ἑτοιμάσατε ἡμῖν τὸ πάσχα ἵνα φάγωμεν. 
Et misit Petrum et Ioannem dicens: “Euntes parate nobis Pascha, ut manducemus”. 
8 და წარავლინნა პეტრე და იოვანე და ჰრქუა მათ: წარვედით და მომიმზადეთ ჩუენ პასქაჲ, რაჲთა ვჭამოთ. 
8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat. 
οἱ δὲ εἶπον αὐτῷ· ποῦ θέλεις ἑτοιμάσωμεν; 
At illi dixerunt ei: “Ubi vis paremus?”. 
9 ხოლო მათ ჰრქუეს: სადა გნებავს, და მოგიმზადოთ? 
9 And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare? 
ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· ἰδοὺ εἰσελθόντων ὑμῶν εἰς τὴν πόλιν συναντήσει ὑμῖν ἄνθρωπος κεράμιον ὕδατος βαστάζων· ἀκολουθήσατε αὐτῷ εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν οὗ εἰσπορεύεται, 
Et dixit ad eos: “Ecce, introeuntibus vobis in civitatem, occurret vobis homo amphoram aquae portans; sequimini eum in domum, in quam intrat. 
10 ხოლო თავადმან ჰრქუა მათ: აჰა ეგერა შესლვასა ოდენ თქუენსა ქალაქად შეგემთხჳოს თქუენ კაცი, რომელსა ლაგჳნი წყლითა ზე ედგას; შეუდეგით მას სახიდ, ვიდრეცა შევიდეს. 
10 And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in. 
καὶ ἐρεῖτε τῷ οἰκοδεσπότῃ τῆς οἰκίας· λέγει σοι ὁ διδάσκαλος, ποῦ ἐστι τὸ κατάλυμα ὅπου τὸ πάσχα μετὰ τῶν μαθητῶν μου φάγω; 
Et dicetis patri familias domus: “Dicit tibi Magister: Ubi est deversorium, ubi Pascha cum discipulis meis manducem?”. 
11 და არქუთ სახლისა უფალსა მას: გეტყჳს შენ მოძღუარი: სადა არს სავანე, რომელსა პასქაჲ ესე მოწაფეთა ჩემთა თანა ვჭამო? 
11 And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples? 
κἀκεῖνος ὑμῖν δείξει ἀνώγαιον μέγα ἐστρωμένον· ἐκεῖ ἑτοιμάσατε. 
Ipse vobis ostendet cenaculum magnum stratum; ibi parate”. 
12 და მან გიჩუენოს თქუენ ქორი დაგებული დიდი; მუნ მზა-მიყავთ ჩუენ. 
12 And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready. 
ἀπελθόντες δὲ εὗρον καθὼς εἴρηκεν αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἡτοίμασαν τὸ πάσχα. 
Euntes autem invenerunt, sicut dixit illis, et paraverunt Pascha. 
13 და წარვიდეს და პოვეს ეგრე, ვითარცა-იგი ჰრქუა მათ, და მოუმზადეს პასქაჲ იგი. 
13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover. 
Καὶ ὅτε ἐγένετο ἡ ὥρα, ἀνέπεσε, καὶ οἱ δώδεκα ἀπόστολοι σὺν αὐτῷ. 
Et cum facta esset hora, discubuit, et apostoli cum eo. 
14 და ოდეს იყო ჟამი, დაჯდა, და ათორმეტნი მოციქულნი მის თანა. 
14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. 
καὶ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτούς· ἐπιθυμίᾳ ἐπεθύμησα τοῦτο τὸ πάσχα φαγεῖν μεθ᾿ ὑμῶν πρὸ τοῦ με παθεῖν· 
Et ait illis: “Desiderio desideravi hoc Pascha manducare vobiscum, antequam patiar. 
15 და ჰრქუა მათ: გულის-სიტყჳთ გული-მითქუმიდა პასექსა ამას ჭამად თქუენ თანა ვიდრე ვნებადმდე ჩემდა. 
15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: 
λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐκέτι οὐ μὴ φάγω ἐξ αὐτοῦ ἕως ὅτου πληρωθῇ ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ τοῦ Θεοῦ. 
Dico enim vobis: Non manducabo illud, donec impleatur in regno Dei”. 
16 ხოლო გეტყჳ თქუენ: არღარა ვჭამო ამიერითგან, ვიდრემდე აღესრულოს სასუფეველსა შინა ღმრთისასა. 
16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. 
καὶ δεξάμενος τὸ ποτήριον εὐχαριστήσας εἶπε· λάβετε τοῦτο καὶ διαμερίσατε ἑαυτοῖς· 
Et accepto calice, gratias egit et dixit: “Accipite hoc et dividite inter vos. 
17 და მოიღო სასუმელი და ჰმადლობდა და თქუა: მიიღეთ და განიყავთ თავისა თქუენისა. 
17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: 
λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐ μὴ πίω ἀπὸ τοῦ γενήματος τῆς ἀμπέλου ἕως ὅτου ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ Θεοῦ ἔλθῃ. 
Dico enim vobis: Non bibam amodo de generatione vitis, donec regnum Dei veniat”. 
18 ხოლო გეტყჳ თქუენ: ამიერითგან არღარა ვსუა ნაყოფისაგან ვენაჴისა, ვიდრემდე სასუფეველი ღმრთისაჲ მოვიდეს. 
18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. 
καὶ λαβὼν ἄρτον εὐχαριστήσας ἔκλασε καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς λέγων· τοῦτό ἐστι τὸ σῶμά μου τὸ ὑπὲρ ὑμῶν διδόμενον· τοῦτο ποιεῖτε εἰς τὴν ἐμὴν ἀνάμνησιν. 
Et accepto pane, gratias egit et fregit et dedit eis dicens: “Hoc est corpus meum, quod pro vobis datur. Hoc facite in meam commemorationem”. 
19 და მოიღო პური, ჰმადლობდა და განტეხა და მისცა მათ და თქუა: ესე არს ჴორცი ჩემი, თქუენთჳს მიცემული; ამას ჰყოფდით მოსაჴსენებლად ჩემდა. 
19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. 
ὡσαύτως καὶ τὸ ποτήριον μετὰ τὸ δειπνῆσαι λέγων· τοῦτο τὸ ποτήριον ἡ καινὴ διαθήκη ἐν τῷ αἵματί μου, τὸ ὑπὲρ ὑμῶν ἐκχυνόμενον. 
Similiter et calicem, postquam cenavit, dicens: “Hic calix novum testamentum est in sanguine meo, qui pro vobis funditur. 
20 ეგრეთვე სასუმელი შემდგომად სერობისა და თქუა: ესე სასუმელი ­ ახალი სჯული სისხლისა ჩემისაჲ თქუენთჳს დათხეული. 
20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. 
πλὴν ἰδοὺ ἡ χεὶρ τοῦ παραδιδόντος με μετ᾿ ἐμοῦ ἐπὶ τῆς τραπέζης. 
Verumtamen ecce manus tradentis me mecum est in mensa; 
21 ხოლო აჰა ჴელი განმცემელისა ჩემისაჲ ჩემ თანა ტაბლასა ზედა. 
21 But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table. 
καὶ ὁ μὲν υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου πορεύεται κατὰ τὸ ὡρισμένον· πλὴν οὐαὶ τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ ἐκείνῳ δι᾿ οὗ παραδίδοται. 
et quidem Filius hominis, secundum quod definitum est, vadit; verumtamen vae illi homini, per quem traditur!”. 
22 ძე სამე კაცისაჲ, მსგავსად განჩინებულისა მისისა, წარვალს, ხოლო ვაჲ არს კაცისა მის, ვის მიერ მიეცემის იგი! 
22 And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed! 
καὶ αὐτοὶ ἤρξαντο συζητεῖν πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς τὸ τίς ἄρα εἴη ἐξ αὐτῶν ὁ τοῦτο μέλλων πράσσειν. 
Et ipsi coeperunt quaerere inter se, quis esset ex eis, qui hoc facturus esset. 
23 და მათ იწყეს გამოძიებად ურთიერთას: ვინ-მე არს მათგანი, რომელსა ეგულების ესე ყოფად? 
23 And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing. 
Ἐγένετο δὲ καὶ φιλονεικία ἐν αὐτοῖς, τὸ τίς αὐτῶν δοκεῖ εἶναι μείζων. 
Facta est autem et contentio inter eos, quis eorum videretur esse maior. 
24 და იყო ცილობაჲცა მათ შორის, ვითარმედ: ვინ-მე იყოს დიდ მათ შორის? 
24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. 
ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· οἱ βασιλεῖς τῶν ἐθνῶν κυριεύουσιν αὐτῶν, καὶ οἱ ἐξουσιάζοντες αὐτῶν εὐεργέται καλοῦνται· 
Dixit autem eis: “Reges gentium dominantur eorum; et, qui potestatem habent super eos, benefici vocantur. 
25 ხოლო თავადმან ჰრქუა მათ: მეფენი წარმართთანი უფლებენ მათ ზედა, და რომელთა ჴელმწიფებაჲ აქუნ მათ ზედა, ქველის-მოქმედ ჰრქჳან. 
25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. 
ὑμεῖς δὲ οὐχ οὕτως, ἀλλ᾿ ὁ μείζων ἐν ὑμῖν γινέσθω ὡς ὁ νεώτερος, καὶ ὁ ἡγούμενος ὡς ὁ διακονῶν. 
Vos autem non sic, sed qui maior est in vobis, fiat sicut iunior; et, qui praecessor est, sicut ministrator. 
26 ხოლო თქუენ არა ეგრე იყვნეთ, არამედ უდიდესი იგი თქუენ შორის იყავნ მრწემ, და წინამძღუარი იგი ­ ვითარცა მსახური. 
26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. 
τίς γὰρ μείζων, ὁ ἀνακείμενος ἢ ὁ διακονῶν; οὐχὶ ὁ ἀνακείμενος; ἐγὼ δέ εἰμι ἐν μέσῳ ὑμῶν ὡς ὁ διακονῶν. 
Nam quis maior est: qui recumbit, an qui ministrat? Nonne qui recumbit? Ego autem in medio vestrum sum, sicut qui ministrat. 
27 ვინ არს უფროჲსი: რომელი ინაჴით-ზის ანუ რომელი ჰმსახურებს? ანუ არა რომელ-იგი ინაჴით-ზის? ხოლო მე ვარ შორის თქუენსა ვითარცა მსახური. 
27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth. 
ὑμεῖς δέ ἐστε οἱ διαμεμενηκότες μετ᾿ ἐμοῦ ἐν τοῖς πειρασμοῖς μου· 
Vos autem estis, qui permansistis mecum in tentationibus meis; 
28 და თქუენ ხართ, რომელნი დაადგერით ჩემ თანა განსაცდელთა შინა ჩემთა. 
28 Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations. 
κἀγὼ διατίθεμαι ὑμῖν καθὼς διέθετό μοι ὁ πατήρ μου βασιλείαν, 
et ego dispono vobis, sicut disposuit mihi Pater meus regnum, 
29 და მე აღგითქუამ თქუენ, ვითარცა მე აღმითქუა მამამან ჩემმან, სასუფეველსა, 
29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me; 
ἵνα ἐσθίητε καὶ πίνητε ἐπὶ τῆς τραπέζης μου ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ μου, καὶ καθίσεσθε ἐπὶ θρόνων κρίνοντες τὰς δώδεκα φυλὰς τοῦ Ἰσραήλ. 
ut edatis et bibatis super mensam meam in regno meo et sedeatis super thronos iudicantes duodecim tribus Israel. 
30 რაჲთა სჭამდეთ და სუმიდეთ ტაბლასა ზედა ჩემსა და სასუფეველსა შინა ჩემსა დასხდეთ ათორმეტთა საყდართა და სჯიდეთ ათორმეტთა ტომთა ისრაელისათა. 
30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 
Εἶπε δὲ ὁ Κύριος· Σίμων Σίμων, ἰδοὺ ὁ σατανᾶς ἐξῃτήσατο ὑμᾶς τοῦ σινιάσαι ὡς τὸν σῖτον· 
Simon, Simon, ecce Satanas expetivit vos, ut cribraret sicut triticum; 
31 და თქუა უფალმან: სიმონ, სიმონ, აჰა ესერა ეშმაკმან გამოგითხოვნა თქუენ აღცრად, ვითარცა იფქლი. 
31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: 
ἐγὼ δὲ ἐδεήθην περὶ σοῦ ἵνα μὴ ἐκλίπῃ ἡ πίστις σου· καὶ σύ ποτε ἐπιστρέψας στήριξον τοὺς ἀδελφούς σου. 
ego autem rogavi pro te, ut non deficiat fides tua. Et tu, aliquando conversus, confirma fratres tuos”. 
32 ხოლო მე ვევედრე მამასა ჩემსა შენთჳს, რაჲთა არა მოგაკლდეს სარწმუნოებაჲ შენი, და შენ ოდესმე მიიქეც და განამტკიცენ ძმანი შენნი. 
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. 
ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτῷ· Κύριε, μετὰ σοῦ ἕτοιμός εἰμι καὶ εἰς φυλακὴν καὶ εἰς θάνατον πορεύεσθαι. 
Qui dixit ei: “Domine, tecum paratus sum et in carcerem et in mortem ire”. 
33 ხოლო მან თქუა: უფალო, მე შენ თანა მზა ვარ საპყრობილედ და სიკუდილად მისლვად. 
33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. 
ὁ δὲ εἶπε· λέγω σοι, Πέτρε, οὐ φωνήσει σήμερον ἀλέκτωρ πρὶν ἢ τρὶς ἀπαρνήσῃ μὴ εἰδέναι με. 
Et ille dixit: “Dico tibi, Petre, non cantabit hodie gallus, donec ter abneges nosse me”. 
34 ხოლო თავადმან თქუა: გეტყჳ შენ, პეტრე: არღა ეყივლოს ქათამსა დღეს, ვიდრემდე სამ-გზის უვარ-მყო, ვითარმედ არა მიცი მე. 
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me. 
Καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· ὅτε ἀπέστειλα ὑμᾶς ἄτερ βαλλαντίου καὶ πήρας καὶ ὑποδημάτων, μή τινος ὑστερήθητε; οἱ δὲ εἶπον· οὐθενός. 
Et dixit eis: “Quando misi vos sine sacculo et pera et calceamentis, numquid aliquid defuit vobis?”. At illi dixerunt: “Nihil”. 
35 და ჰრქუა მათ: ოდეს-იგი წარგავლინენ თქუენ თჳნიერ ბალანტისა და ვაშკარანისა და ფერჴთა-შესასხმელთა, ნუ გაკლდა რაჲა თქუენ? ხოლო მათ ჰრქუეს: არარაჲ გუაკლდა. 
35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. 
εἶπεν οὖν αὐτοῖς· ἀλλὰ νῦν ὁ ἔχων βαλλάντιον ἀράτω, ὁμοίως καὶ πήραν, καὶ ὁ μὴ ἔχων πωλήσει τὸ ἱμάτιον αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀγοράσει μάχαιραν. 
Dixit ergo eis: “Sed nunc, qui habet sacculum, tollat, similiter et peram; et, qui non habet, vendat tunicam suam et emat gladium. 
36 და მერმე ჰრქუა მათ: არამედ აწ რომელსა აქუნდეს საქუფთე, აღიღენ; ეგრეთვე მსგავსად ვაშკარანიცა; და რომელსა არა აქუნდეს, განყიდენ სამოსელი თჳსი და იყიდენ მახჳლი. 
36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. 
λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι ἔτι τοῦτο τὸ γεγραμμένον δεῖ τελεσθῆναι ἐν ἐμοί, τὸ καὶ μετὰ ἀνόμων ἐλογίσθη· καὶ γὰρ τὰ περὶ ἐμοῦ τέλος ἔχει. 
Dico enim vobis: Hoc, quod scriptum est, oportet impleri in me, illud: “Cum iniustis deputatus est”. Etenim ea, quae sunt de me, adimpletionem habent”. 
37 გეტყჳ თქუენ: ესე ხოლოღა წერილი ჯერ-არს ჩემ ზედა აღსრულებად, ვითარმედ: უსჯულოთა თანა შეირაცხა, და რამეთუ ჩემთჳს აღსასრული იყოს. 
37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end. 
οἱ δὲ εἶπον· Κύριε, ἰδοὺ μάχαιραι ὧδε δύο. ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· ἱκανόν ἐστι. 
At illi dixerunt: “Domine, ecce gladii duo hic”. At ille dixit eis: “Satis est”. 
38 ხოლო მათ ჰრქუეს: უფალო, აჰა ესერა არიან აქა ორ დანაკ. ხოლო თავადმან ჰრქუა მათ: კმა არს. 
38 And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough. 
Καὶ ἐξελθὼν ἐπορεύθη κατὰ τὸ ἔθος εἰς τὸ ὄρος τῶν ἐλαιῶν· ἠκολούθησαν δὲ αὐτῷ καὶ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ. 
Et egressus ibat secundum consuetudinem in montem Olivarum; secuti sunt autem illum et discipuli. 
39 და გამოვიდა მიერ და წარვიდა, ვითარცა ჩუეულებაჲ აქუნდა, მთასა მას ზეთისხილთასა, და მისდევდეს მას მოწაფენიცა მისნი. 
39 And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him. 
γενόμενος δὲ ἐπὶ τοῦ τόπου εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· προσεύχεσθε μὴ εἰσελθεῖν εἰς πειρασμόν. 
Et cum pervenisset ad locum, dixit illis: “Orate, ne intretis in tentationem”. 
40 და მი-რაჲ-ვიდა ადგილსა მას, ჰრქუა მათ: ილოცევდით, რაჲთა არა შეხჳდეთ განსაცდელსა. 
40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation. 
καὶ αὐτὸς ἀπεσπάσθη ἀπ᾿ αὐτῶν ὡσεὶ λίθου βολήν, καὶ θεὶς τὰ γόνατα προσηύχετο 
Et ipse avulsus est ab eis, quantum iactus est lapidis, et, positis genibus, orabat 
41 და თავადი განეშორა მათგან ვითარ ქვის-სატყორცებელ ოდენ და დაიდგა მუჴლნი, ილოცვიდა 
41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, 
λέγων· πάτερ, εἰ βούλει παρενεγκεῖν τοῦτο τὸ ποτήριον ἀπ᾿ ἐμοῦ· πλὴν μὴ τὸ θέλημά μου, ἀλλὰ τὸ σὸν γινέσθω. 
dicens: “Pater, si vis, transfer calicem istum a me; verumtamen non mea voluntas sed tua fiat”. 
42 და იტყოდა: მამაო, უკუეთუ გნებავს თანა-წარსლვად სასუმელი ესე ჩემგან, ხოლო ნუ ნებაჲ ჩემი, არამედ ნებაჲ შენი იყავნ! 
42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. 
ὤφθη δὲ αὐτῷ ἄγγελος ἀπ᾿ οὐρανοῦ ἐνισχύων αὐτόν. 
Apparuit autem illi angelus de caelo confortans eum. Et factus in agonia prolixius orabat. 
43 და ეჩუენა მას ანგელოზი ზეცით, განაძლიერებდა მას. 
43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. 
καὶ γενόμενος ἐν ἀγωνίᾳ ἐκτενέστερον προσηύχετο. ἐγένετο δὲ ὁ ἱδρὼς αὐτοῦ ὡσεὶ θρόμβοι αἵματος καταβαίνοντες ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν. 
Et factus est sudor eius sicut guttae sanguinis decurrentis in terram. 
44 და იყო იგი ღუაწლსა შინა, უმეტესღა ილოცვიდა და იქმნა ოფლი მისი, ვითარცა ცუარი სისხლისაჲ გარდამომავალი ქუეყანასა ზედა. 
44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. 
καὶ ἀναστὰς ἀπὸ τῆς προσευχῆς, ἐλθὼν πρὸς τοὺς μαθητὰς εὗρεν αὐτοὺς κοιμωμένους ἀπὸ τῆς λύπης, 
Et cum surrexisset ab oratione et venisset ad discipulos, invenit eos dormientes prae tristitia 
45 და აღდგა მიერ ლოცვისაგან და მოვიდა მოწაფეთა თჳსთა და პოვნა იგინი მძინარენი მწუხარებისა მისგან 
45 And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow, 
καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· τί καθεύδετε; ἀναστάντες προσεύχεσθε, ἵνα μὴ εἰσέλθητε εἰς πειρασμόν. 
et ait illis: “Quid dormitis? Surgite; orate, ne intretis in tentationem”. 
46 და ჰრქუა მათ: რაჲსა გძინავს? აღდეგით, ილოცევდით, რაჲთა არა შეხჳდეთ განსაცდელსა. 
46 And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. 
Ἔτι δὲ αὐτοῦ λαλοῦντος ἰδοὺ ὄχλος, καὶ ὁ λεγόμενος Ἰούδας, εἷς τῶν δώδεκα, προῆγεν αὐτούς, καὶ ἤγγισε τῷ Ἰησοῦ φιλῆσαι αὐτόν· τοῦτο γὰρ σημεῖον δεδώκει αὐτοῖς· ὃν ἂν φιλήσω, αὐτός ἐστιν. 
Adhuc eo loquente, ecce turba; et, qui vocabatur Iudas, unus de Duodecim, antecedebat eos et appropinquavit Iesu, ut oscularetur eum. 
47 და ვიდრე იგი ამას იტყოდაღა, აჰა ერი და, რომელსა ერქუა იუდა ისკარიოტელი, ერთი ათორმეტთაგანი, წინა-უძღოდა მათ და მიეახლა იესუს ამბორის-ყოფად მისა, რამეთუ ესე სასწაული მიეცა მათა და ჰრქუა: რომელსა მე ამბორს-უყო, იგი არს. 
47 And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him. 
ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτῷ· Ἰούδα, φιλήματι τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου παραδίδως; 
Iesus autem dixit ei: “Iuda, osculo Filium hominis tradis?”. 
48 ხოლო იესუ ჰრქუა მას: იუდა, ამბორის-ყოფითა მისცემა ძესა კაცისასა? 
48 But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss? 
ἰδόντες δὲ οἱ περὶ αὐτὸν τὸ ἐσόμενον εἶπον αὐτῷ· Κύριε, εἰ πατάξομεν ἐν μαχαίρᾳ; 
Videntes autem hi, qui circa ipsum erant, quod futurum erat, dixerunt: “Domine, si percutimus in gladio?”. 
49 იხილეს რაჲ მისთანათა მათ საქმე ესე, ჰრქუეს მას: უფალო, უკუეთუ მოვსრნეთ ესენი მახჳლითა? 
49 When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword? 
καὶ ἐπάταξεν εἷς τις ἐξ αὐτῶν τὸν δοῦλον τοῦ ἀρχιερέως καὶ ἀφεῖλεν αὐτοῦ τὸ οὖς τὸ δεξιόν. 
Et percussit unus ex illis servum principis sacerdotum et amputavit auriculam eius dextram. 
50 და სცა ვინმე მათგანმან ერთმან მონასა მღდელთ-მოძღურისასა და წარჰკუეთა ყური მისი მარჯუენე. 
50 And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear. 
ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν· ἐᾶτε ἕως τούτου· καὶ ἁψάμενος τοῦ ὠτίου αὐτοῦ ἰάσατο αὐτόν. 
Respondens autem Iesus ait: “Sinite usque huc!”. Et cum tetigisset auriculam eius, sanavit eum. 
51 მიუგო იესუ და ჰრქუა მათ: აცადეთ აქამომდე, და შეახო ჴელი ყურსა მისსა და განკურნა იგი. 
51 And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him. 
εἶπε δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς πρὸς τοὺς παραγενομένους ἐπ᾿ αὐτὸν ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ στρατηγοὺς τοῦ ἱεροῦ καὶ πρεσβυτέρους· ὡς ἐπὶ λῃστὴν ἐξεληλύθατε μετὰ μαχαιρῶν καὶ ξύλων. 
Dixit autem Iesus ad eos, qui venerant ad se principes sacerdotum et magistratus templi et seniores: “Quasi ad latronem existis cum gladiis et fustibus? 
52 ჰრქუა იესუ მოსრულთა მათ მის ზედა მღდელთ-მოძღუართა და ერისთავთა ტაძრისათა და ხუცესთა: ვითარცა ავაზაკსა ზედა გამოსრულ ხართ მახჳლითა და წათებითა. 
52 Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves? 
καθ᾿ ἡμέραν ὄντος μου μεθ᾿ ὑμῶν ἐν τῷ ἱερῷ οὐκ ἐξετείνατε τὰς χεῖρας ἐπ᾿ ἐμέ. ἀλλ᾿ αὕτη ἐστὶν ὑμῶν ἡ ὥρα καὶ ἡ ἐξουσία τοῦ σκότους. 
Cum cotidie vobiscum fuerim in templo, non extendistis manus in me; sed haec est hora vestra et potestas tenebrarum”. 
53 დღითი-დღე ვიყავ მე თქუენ თანა ტაძარსა მას შინა, და არა განჰყავთ ჴელი ჩემ ზედა; არამედ ესე არს ჟამი თქუენი და ჴელმწიფებაჲ ბნელისაჲ. 
53 When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness. 
Συλλαβόντες δὲ αὐτὸν ἤγαγον καὶ εἰσήγαγον αὐτὸν εἰς τὸν οἶκον τοῦ ἀρχιερέως. ὁ δὲ Πέτρος ἠκολούθει μακρόθεν. 
Comprehendentes autem eum, duxerunt et introduxerunt in domum principis sacerdotum. Petrus vero sequebatur a longe. 
54 და ვითარცა შეიპყრეს იგი, წარიყვანეს და შეიყვანეს სახლსა მღდელთ-მოძღურისასა. ხოლო პეტრე მისდევდა შორით. 
54 Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest's house. And Peter followed afar off. 
ἁψάντων δὲ πυρὰν ἐν μέσῳ τῆς αὐλῆς καὶ συγκαθισάντων αὐτῶν ἐκάθητο ὁ Πέτρος ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν. 
Accenso autem igni in medio atrio et circumsedentibus illis, sedebat Petrus in medio eorum. 
55 და აღაგზნეს ცეცხლი შორის ეზოსა მას და გარე მოასხდეს იგინი; დაჯდა პეტრეცა შორის მათსა. 
55 And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them. 
ἰδοῦσα δὲ αὐτὸν παιδίσκη τις καθήμενον πρὸς τὸ φῶς καὶ ἀτενίσασα αὐτῷ εἶπε· καὶ οὗτος σὺν αὐτῷ ἦν. 
Quem cum vidisset ancilla quaedam sedentem ad lumen et eum fuisset intuita, dixit: 
56 და იხილა იგი მჴევალმან ვინმე მჯდომარე ნათელსა მას, მიჰხედა მას და თქუა: ესეცა მის თანა იყო. 
56 But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him. 
ὁ δὲ ἠρνήσατο λέγων· γύναι, οὐκ οἶδα αὐτόν. 
“Et hic cum illo erat!”. At ille negavit eum dicens: 
57 ხოლო მან უვარ-ყო და თქუა: დედაკაცო, არა ვიცი იგი. 
57 And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not. 
καὶ μετὰ βραχὺ ἕτερος ἰδὼν αὐτὸν ἔφη· καὶ σὺ ἐξ αὐτῶν εἶ. ὁ δὲ Πέτρος εἶπεν· ἄνθρωπε, οὐκ εἰμί. 
“Mulier, non novi illum!”. Et post pusillum alius videns eum dixit: “Et tu de illis es!”. Petrus vero ait: “O homo, non sum!”. 
58 და მცირედრე შემდგომად იხილა იგი სხუამან და თქუა: და შენცა მათთანაჲ ხარ. ხოლო პეტრე თქუა: კაცო, არა ვარ მათთანაჲ. 
58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not. 
καὶ διαστάσης ὡσεὶ ὥρας μιᾶς ἄλλος τις διισχυρίζετο λέγων· ἐπ᾿ ἀληθείας καὶ οὗτος μετ᾿ αὐτοῦ ἦν· καὶ γὰρ Γαλιλαῖός ἐστιν. 
Et intervallo facto quasi horae unius, alius quidam affirmabat dicens: “Vere et hic cum illo erat, nam et Galilaeus est!”. 
59 და ვითარცა წარჴდა ჟამი ერთი, სხუაჲ ვინმე დაამტკიცებდა და იტყოდა: ჭეშმარიტად ესეცა მის თანავე იყო, და რამეთუ გალილეველ არს. 
59 And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean. 
εἶπε δὲ ὁ Πέτρος· ἄνθρωπε, οὐκ οἶδα ὃ λέγεις. καὶ παραχρῆμα, ἔτι λαλοῦντος αὐτοῦ, ἐφώνησεν ἀλέκτωρ. 
Et ait Petrus: “Homo, nescio quid dicis!”. Et continuo adhuc illo loquente cantavit gallus. 
60 ხოლო პეტრე ჰრქუა მას: კაცო, არა ვიცი, რასა იტყჳ. და მეყსეულად, ვიდრე იტყოდაღა იგი ამას, ქათამმან იყივლა. 
60 And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew. 
καὶ στραφεὶς ὁ Κύριος ἐνέβλεψε τῷ Πέτρῳ, καὶ ὑπεμνήσθη ὁ Πέτρος τοῦ λόγου τοῦ Κυρίου, ὡς εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὅτι πρὶν ἀλέκτορα φωνῆσαι ἀπαρνήσῃ με τρίς· 
Et conversus Dominus respexit Petrum; et recordatus est Petrus verbi Domini, sicut dixit ei: “Priusquam gallus cantet hodie, ter me negabis”. 
61 და მოიქცა უფალი და მიხედა პეტრეს. და მოეჴსენა პეტრეს სიტყუაჲ იგი უფლისაჲ, რომელ ჰრქუა მას, ვითარმედ: ვიდრე ქათმისა ჴმობადმდე სამ-გზის უვარ-მყო მე. 
61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. 
καὶ ἐξελθὼν ἔξω ὁ Πέτρος ἔκλαυσε πικρῶς. 
Et egressus foras flevit amare. 
62 და განვიდა გარე და ტიროდა მწარედ. 
62 And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. 
Καὶ οἱ ἄνδρες οἱ συνέχοντες τὸν Ἰησοῦν ἐνέπαιζον αὐτῷ δέροντες, 
Et viri, qui tenebant illum, illudebant ei caedentes; 
63 ხოლო კაცთა მათ რომელთა შეეპყრა იესუ, ეკიცხევდეს მას და სცემდეს. 
63 And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him. 
καὶ περικαλύψαντες αὐτὸν ἔτυπτον αὐτοῦ τὸ πρόσωπον καὶ ἐπηρώτων αὐτὸν λέγοντες· προφήτευσον τίς ἐστιν ὁ παίσας σε; 
et velaverunt eum et interrogabant eum dicentes: “Prophetiza: Quis est, qui te percussit?”. 
64 და დაჰბურეს მას თავსა და სცემდეს პირსა და ჰკითხვიდეს და ეტყოდეს: წინაწარმეტყუელებდ, ვინ არს, რომელმან გცა შენ. 
64 And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee? 
καὶ ἕτερα πολλὰ βλασφημοῦντες ἔλεγον εἰς αὐτόν. 
Et alia multa blasphemantes dicebant in eum. 
65 და სხუასა მრავალსა სიტყუასა ჰგმობდეს და იტყოდეს მისთჳს. 
65 And many other things blasphemously spake they against him. 
καὶ ὡς ἐγένετο ἡμέρα, συνήχθη τὸ πρεσβυτέριον τοῦ λαοῦ, ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ γραμματεῖς, καὶ ἀνήγαγον αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ συνέδριον ἑαυτῶν λέγοντες· εἰ σὺ εἶ ὁ Χριστός, εἰπὲ ἡμῖν. 
Et ut factus est dies, convenerunt seniores plebis et principes sacerdotum et scribae et duxerunt illum in concilium suum 
66 და ვითარცა განთენა დღე, შეკრბეს მოხუცებულნი ერისანი, მღდელთ-მოძღუარნი და მწიგნობარნი და აღიყვანეს იგი საკრებულოსა მას მათსა 
66 And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying, 
εἶπε δὲ αὐτοῖς· ἐὰν ὑμῖν εἴπω, οὐ μὴ πιστεύσητε, 
dicentes: “Si tu es Christus, dic nobis”. Et ait illis: “Si vobis dixero, non credetis; 
67 და ეტყოდეს: უკუეთუ შენ ხარ ქრისტე, მითხარ ჩუენ. ჰრქუა მათ იესუ: უკუეთუ გითხრა თქუენ, არა გრწმენეს ჩემი; 
67 Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe: 
ἐὰν δὲ καὶ ἐρωτήσω, οὐ μὴ ἀποκριθῆτέ μοι ἢ ἀπολύσητε· 
si autem interrogavero, non respondebitis mihi. 
68 და უკუეთუ გკითხო თქუენ, ვერაჲვე მომიგოთ მე გინა განმიტეოთ. 
68 And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go. 
ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν ἔσται ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου καθήμενος ἐκ δεξιῶν τῆς δυνάμεως τοῦ Θεοῦ. 
Ex hoc autem erit Filius hominis sedens a dextris virtutis Dei”. 
69 ამიერითგან იყოს ძე კაცისაჲ მჯდომარე მარჯუენით ძლიერებასა ღმრთისასა. 
69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God. 
εἶπον δὲ πάντες· σὺ οὖν εἶ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ Θεοῦ; ὁ δὲ πρὸς αὐτοὺς ἔφη· ὑμεῖς λέγετε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι. 
Dixerunt autem omnes: “Tu ergo es Filius Dei?”. Qui ait ad illos: “Vos dicitis quia ego sum”. 
70 და ჰრქუეს მას ყოველთა: შენ უკუე ხარა ძე ღმრთისაჲ? ჰრქუა მათ იესუ: თქუენ იტყჳთ, ვითარმედ მე ვარ. 
70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am. 
οἱ δὲ εἶπον· τί ἔτι χρείαν ἔχομεν μαρτυρίας; αὐτοὶ γὰρ ἠκούσαμεν ἀπὸ τοῦ στόματος αὐτοῦ. 
At illi dixerunt: “Quid adhuc desideramus testimonium? Ipsi enim audivimus de ore eius!”. 
71 და მათ თქუეს: რაჲსაღა გჳჴმან მოწამენი? რამეთუ ჩუენ თჳთ გუესმის პირისაგან მაგისისა. 
71 And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.
