Μετὰ δὲ ταῦτα ἀνέδειξεν ὁ Κύριος καὶ ἑτέρους ἑβδομήκοντα, καὶ ἀπέστειλεν αὐτοὺς ἀνὰ δύο πρὸ προσώπου αὐτοῦ εἰς πᾶσαν πόλιν καὶ τόπον οὗ ἤμελλεν αὐτὸς ἔρχεσθαι.

Post haec autem designavit Dominus alios septuaginta duos et misit illos binos ante faciem suam in omnem civitatem et locum, quo erat ipse venturus.

1 და ამისა შემდგომად გამოირჩინა უფალმან სხუანი სამეოც და ათნი და წარავლინნა იგინი ორ-ორნი წინაშე მისსა ყოველსა ქალაქებსა და დაბნებსა, ვიდრეცა ეგულებოდა მას მისლვად.

1 After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

ἔλεγεν οὖν πρὸς αὐτούς· ὁ μὲν θερισμὸς πολύς, οἱ δὲ ἐργάται ὀλίγοι· δεήθητε οὖν τοῦ κυρίου τοῦ θερισμοῦ ὅπως ἐκβάλῃ ἐργάτας εἰς τὸν θερισμὸν αὐτοῦ.

Et dicebat illis: “Messis quidem multa, operarii autem pauci; rogate ergo Dominum messis, ut mittat operarios in messem suam.

2 და ეტყოდა მათ: სამკალი ფრიად არს, ხოლო მუშაკნი მცირედ. ევედრენით უკუე უფალსა სამკალისასა, რაჲთა მოავლინნეს მუშაკნი სამკალსა თჳსსა.

2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

ὑπάγετε· ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἀποστέλλω ὑμᾶς ὡς ἄρνας ἐν μέσῳ λύκων.

Ite; ecce ego mitto vos sicut agnos inter lupos.

3 წარვედით! აჰა ესერა მიგავლინებ თქუენ, ვითარცა კრავთა შორის მგელთა.

3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.

μὴ βαστάζετε βαλάντιον, μὴ πήραν, μηδὲ ὑποδήματα, καὶ μηδένα κατὰ τὴν ὁδὸν ἀσπάσησθε.

Nolite portare sacculum neque peram neque calceamenta et neminem per viam salutaveritis.

4 ნუ წარგაქუნ ბალანტი, ნუცა ვაშკარანი, ნუცა შესასხმელი ფერჴთაჲ და ნუცა ვის გზასა ზედა მოიკითხავთ.

4 Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.

εἰς ἣν δ᾿ ἂν οἰκίαν εἰσέρχησθε, πρῶτον λέγετε· εἰρήνη τῷ οἴκῳ τούτῳ.

In quamcumque domum intraveritis, primum dicite: “Pax huic domui”.

5 და რომელსაცა სახლსა შეხჳდეთ, პირველად თქუთ: მშჳდობაჲ სახლსა ამას!

5 And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.

καὶ ἐὰν ᾖ ἐκεῖ υἱὸς εἰρήνης, ἐπαναπαύσεται ἐπ᾿ αὐτὸν ἡ εἰρήνη ὑμῶν· εἰ δὲ μήγε, ἐφ᾿ ὑμᾶς ἐπανακάμψει.

Et si ibi fuerit filius pacis, requiescet super illam pax vestra; sin autem, ad vos revertetur.

6 და უკუეთუ იყოს მუნ ძჱ მშჳიდობისაჲ, განისუენოს მის ზედა მშჳდობამან თქუენმან, უკუეთუ არა − თქუენდავე მოიქცეს.

6 And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

ἐν αὐτῇ δὲ τῇ οἰκίᾳ μένετε ἐσθίοντες καὶ πίνοντες τὰ παρ᾿ αὐτῶν· ἄξιος γὰρ ὁ ἐργάτης τοῦ μισθοῦ αὐτοῦ ἐστι· μὴ μεταβαίνετε ἐξ οἰκίας εἰς οἰκίαν.

In eadem autem domo manete edentes et bibentes, quae apud illos sunt: dignus enim est operarius mercede sua. Nolite transire de domo in domum.

7 მასვე სახლსა შინა იყვენით, ჭამდით და სუემდით მათ თანა, რამეთუ ღირს არს მუშაკი სასყიდლისა თჳსისა, ნუ მიხუალთ სახლითი სახლად.

7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

καὶ εἰς ἣν ἂν πόλιν εἰσέρχησθε καὶ δέχωνται ὑμᾶς, ἐσθίετε τὰ παρατιθέμενα ὑμῖν,

Et in quamcumque civitatem intraveritis, et susceperint vos, manducate, quae apponuntur vobis,

8 და რომელსა ქალაქსა შეხჳდეთ, და შეგიწყნარნენ თქუენ, ჭამდით წინა-დაგებულსა თქუენსა

8 And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:

καὶ θεραπεύετε τοὺς ἐν αὐτῇ ἀσθενεῖς, καὶ λέγετε αὐτοῖς· ἤγγικεν ἐφ᾿ ὑμᾶς ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ Θεοῦ.

et curate infirmos, qui in illa sunt, et dicite illis: “Appropinquavit in vos regnum Dei”.

9 და განჰკურნებდით მას შინა უძლურთა და ეტყოდეთ მათ: მოახლებულ არს თქუენ ზედა სასუფეველი ღმრთისაჲ.

9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

εἰς ἣν δ᾿ ἂν πόλιν εἰσέρχησθε καὶ μὴ δέχωνται ὑμᾶς, ἐξελθόντες εἰς τὰς πλατείας αὐτῆς εἴπατε·

In quamcumque civitatem intraveritis, et non receperint vos, exeuntes in plateas eius dicite:

10 და რომელსა ქალაქსა შეხჳდეთ, და არა შეგიწყნარნენ თქუენ, გამო-რაჲ-ხჳდოდით უბანთა მისთა, არქუთ მათ:

10 But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,

καὶ τὸν κονιορτὸν τὸν κολληθέντα ἡμῖν ἀπὸ τῆς πόλεως ὑμῶν εἰς τοὺς πόδας ἡμῶν ἀπομασσόμεθα ὑμῖν· πλὴν τοῦτο γινώσκετε, ὅτι ἤγγικεν ἐφ᾿ ὑμᾶς ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ Θεοῦ.

“Etiam pulverem, qui adhaesit nobis ad pedes de civitate vestra, extergimus in vos; tamen hoc scitote, quia appropinquavit regnum Dei”.

11 აჰა ესერა მტუერი რომელ აღეკრა ფერჴთა ჩუენთა ქალაქისაგან თქუენისა, განვიყრით თქუენ ზედა; გარნა ესემცა უწყით, რამეთუ მოახლებულ არს სასუფეველი ღმრთისაჲ.

11 Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

λέγω δὲ ὑμῖν ὅτι Σοδόμοις ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ἀνεκτότερον ἔσται ἢ τῇ πόλει ἐκείνῃ.

Dico vobis quia Sodomis in die illa remissius erit quam illi civitati.

12 გეტყჳ თქუენ: სოდომელთა უმოლხინეს იყოს მას დღესა შინა, ვიდრე ქალაქისა მის.

12 But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.

οὐαί σοι, Χοραζίν, οὐαί σοι, Βηθσαϊδά· ὅτι εἰ ἐν Τύρῳ καὶ Σιδῶνι ἐγένοντο αἱ δυνάμεις αἱ γενόμεναι ἐν ὑμῖν, πάλαι ἂν ἐν σάκκῳ καὶ σποδῷ καθήμενοι μετενόησαν.

Vae tibi, Chorazin! Vae tibi, Bethsaida! Quia si in Tyro et Sidone factae fuissent virtutes, quae in vobis factae sunt, olim in cilicio et cinere sedentes paeniterent.

13 ვაჲ შენდა, ქორაზინ, და ვაჲ შენდა, ბეთსაიდა, რამეთუ ტჳროსს და სიდონს თუმცა იქმნნეს ძალნი, რომელ იქმნნეს თქუენ შორის, პირველვემცა ძაძითა და ნაცარსა ზედა მსხდომარეთა შეინანეს.

13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

πλὴν Τύρῳ καὶ Σιδῶνι ἀνεκτότερον ἔσται ἐν τῇ κρίσει ἢ ὑμῖν.

Verumtamen Tyro et Sidoni remissius erit in iudicio quam vobis.

14 ხოლო ტჳროსი და სიდონი უმოლხინეს იყოს სასჯელსა მას, ვიდრე თქუენ.

14 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.

καὶ σύ, Καπερναούμ, ἡ ἕως τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὑψωθεῖσα, ἕως ᾅδου καταβιβασθήσῃ.

Et tu, Capharnaum, numquid usque in caelum exaltaberis? Usque ad infernum demergeris!

15 და შენ, კაპერნაუმ, ნუ ცადმდე აჰმაღლდები, არამედ ჯოჯოხეთადმდე შთაჰჴდე.

15 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

Ὁ ἀκούων ὑμῶν ἐμοῦ ἀκούει, καὶ ὁ ἀθετῶν ὑμᾶς ἐμὲ ἀθετεῖ· ὁ δὲ ἐμὲ ἀθετῶν ἀθετεῖ τὸν ἀποστείλαντά με.

Qui vos audit, me audit; et, qui vos spernit, me spernit; qui autem me spernit, spernit eum, qui me misit”.

16 რომელმან თქუენი ისმინოს, ჩემი ისმინა; და რომელმან თქუენ შეურაცხ-გყვნეს, მე შეურაცხ-მყოფს; და რომელმან მე შეურაცხ-მყოს, შეურაცხ-ჰყოფს მომავლინებელსა ჩემსა.

16 He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

Ὑπέστρεψαν δὲ οἱ ἑβδομήκοντα μετὰ χαρᾶς λέγοντες· Κύριε, καὶ τὰ δαιμόνια ὑποτάσσεται ἡμῖν ἐν τῷ ὀνόματί σου.

Reversi sunt autem septuaginta duo cum gaudio dicentes: “Domine, etiam daemonia subiciuntur nobis in nomine tuo!”.

17 და მოიქცეს სამეოც და ათნი იგი სიხარულითა და იტყოდეს: უფალო, ეშმაკნიცა დაგუემორჩილებიან სახელითა შენითა.

17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

εἶπε δὲ αὐτοῖς· ἐθεώρουν τὸν σατανᾶν ὡς ἀστραπὴν ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ πεσόντα.

Et ait illis: “Videbam Satanam sicut fulgur de caelo cadentem.

18 ჰრქუა მათ იესუ: ვხედევდ ეშმაკსა ვითარცა ელვასა, ზეცით გარდამოვრდომილსა.

18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

ἰδοὺ δίδωμι ὑμῖν τὴν ἐξουσίαν τοῦ πατεῖν ἐπάνω ὄφεων καὶ σκορπίων καὶ ἐπὶ πᾶσαν τὴν δύναμιν τοῦ ἐχθροῦ, καὶ οὐδὲν ὑμᾶς οὐ μὴ ἀδικήσῃ.

Ecce dedi vobis potestatem calcandi supra serpentes et scorpiones et supra omnem virtutem inimici; et nihil vobis nocebit.

19 აჰა მიგცემ თქუენ ჴელმწიფებასა დათრგუნვად გუელთა და ღრიაკალთა და ყოველსა ზედა ძალსა მტერისასა, და თქუენ არარაჲ გევნოს.

19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

πλὴν ἐν τούτῳ μὴ χαίρετε, ὅτι τὰ πνεύματα ὑμῖν ὑποτάσσεται· χαίρετε δὲ ὅτι τὰ ὀνόματα ὑμῶν ἐγράφη ἐν τοῖς οὐρανοῖς.

Verumtamen in hoc nolite gaudere, quia spiritus vobis subiciuntur; gaudete autem quod nomina vestra scripta sunt in caelis”.

20 ხოლო ამას ზედა ნუ გიხარინ, რამეთუ სულნი უკეთურნი დაგემორჩილებიან, არამედ გიხაროდენ, რამეთუ სახელები თქუენი დაიწერა ცათა შინა.

20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

Ἐν αὐτῇ τῇ ὥρᾳ ἠγαλλιάσατο τῷ πνεύματι ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν· ἐξομολογοῦμαί σοι, πάτερ, κύριε τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ τῆς γῆς, ὅτι ἀπέκρυψας ταῦτα ἀπὸ σοφῶν καὶ συνετῶν, καὶ ἀπεκάλυψας αὐτὰ νηπίοις· ναί, ὁ πατήρ, ὅτι οὕτως ἐγένετο εὐδοκία ἔμπροσθέν σου.

In ipsa hora exsultavit Spiritu Sancto et dixit: “Confiteor tibi, Pater, Domine caeli et terrae, quod abscondisti haec a sapientibus et prudentibus et revelasti ea parvulis; etiam, Pater, quia sic placuit ante te.

21 მას ჟამსა შინა იხარებდა იესუ სულითა და თქუა: აღგიარებ შენ, მამაო, უფალო ცისა და ქუეყანისო, რამეთუ დაჰფარე ესე ბრძენთაგან და მეცნიერთა და გამოუცხადე ესე ჩჩჳლთა. ჰე, მამაო, რამეთუ ესრეთ სათნო-იყო შენ წინაშე.

21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

καὶ στραφεὶς πρὸς τοὺς μαθητὰς εἶπε· πάντα μοι παρεδόθη ὑπὸ τοῦ πατρός μου· καὶ οὐδεὶς ἐπιγινώσκει τίς ἐστιν ὁ υἱός, εἰ μὴ ὁ πατήρ, καὶ τίς ἐστιν ὁ πατήρ, εἰ μὴ ὁ υἱὸς καὶ ᾧ ἐὰν βούληται ὁ υἱὸς ἀποκαλύψαι.

Omnia mihi tradita sunt a Patre meo; et nemo scit qui sit Filius, nisi Pater, et qui sit Pater, nisi Filius et cui voluerit Filius revelare”.

22 და მიექცა მოწაფეთა და ჰრქუა: ყოველივე მომეცა მე მამისა ჩემისა მიერ, და არავინ იცის, ვინ არს მამაჲ, გარნა ძემან; და არცა ვინ იცის, ვინ არს ძე, გარნა მამამან; და ვისა უნდეს ძესა გამოცხადების, გამოუცხადოს.

22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.

Καὶ στραφεὶς πρὸς τοὺς μαθητὰς κατ᾿ ἰδίαν εἶπε· μακάριοι οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ οἱ βλέποντες ἃ βλέπετε.

Et conversus ad discipulos seorsum dixit: “Beati oculi, qui vident, quae videtis.

23 და მიექცა მოწაფეთა მისთა თჳსაგან და ჰრქუა: ნეტარ არიან თუალნი, რომელნი ხედვენ, რომელსა თქუენ ხედავთ, და ყურნი, რომელთა ესმის რომელი თქუენ გესმის.

23 And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:

λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι πολλοὶ προφῆται καὶ βασιλεῖς ἠθέλησαν ἰδεῖν ἃ ὑμεῖς βλέπετε, καὶ οὐκ εἶδον, καὶ ἀκοῦσαι ἃ ἀκούετε, καὶ οὐκ ἤκουσαν.

Dico enim vobis: Multi prophetae et reges voluerunt videre, quae vos videtis, et non viderunt, et audire, quae auditis, et non audierunt”.

24 ხოლო გეტყჳ თქუენ, რამეთუ: მრავალთა წინაწარმეტყუელთა და მეფეთა უნდა ხილვაჲ, რომელსა თქუენ ხედავთ, და ვერ იხილეს, და სმენად, რომელი თქუენ გესმის, და ვერ ესმა.

24 For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Καὶ ἰδοὺ νομικός τις ἀνέστη ἐκπειράζων αὐτὸν καὶ λέγων· διδάσκαλε, τί ποιήσας ζωὴν αἰώνιον κληρονομήσω;

Et ecce quidam legis peritus surrexit tentans illum dicens: “Magister, quid faciendo vitam aeternam possidebo?”.

25 და აჰა ესერა სჯულის-მეცნიერი ვინმე აღდგა და გამოსცდიდა იესუს და ეტყოდა: მოძღუარ, რაჲ ვქმნე, რაჲთა ცხორებაჲ საუკუნოჲ დავიმკჳდრო?

25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

ὁ δὲ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτόν· ἐν τῷ νόμῳ τί γέγραπται; πῶς ἀναγινώσκεις;

At ille dixit ad eum: “In Lege quid scriptum est? Quomodo legis?”.

26 ხოლო თავადმან ჰრქუა მას: სჯულსა ვითარ წერილ არს? ვითარ აღმოიკითხავ?

26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?

ὁ δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν· ἀγαπήσεις Κύριον τὸν Θεόν σου ἐξ ὅλης τῆς καρδίας σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ψυχῆς σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ἰσχύος σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς διανοίας σου, καὶ τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν·

Ille autem respondens dixit: “Diliges Dominum Deum tuum ex toto corde tuo et ex tota anima tua et ex omnibus viribus tuis et ex omni mente tua et proximum tuum sicut teipsum”.

27 ხოლო მან ჰრქუა: შეიყუარო უფალი ღმერთი შენი ყოვლითა გულითა შენითა და ყოვლითა სულითა შენითა და ყოვლითა ძალითა შენითა და ყოვლითა გონებითა შენითა, და მოყუასი შენი − ვითარცა თავი თჳსი.

27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

εἶπε δὲ αὐτῷ· ὀρθῶς ἀπεκρίθης· τοῦτο ποίει καὶ ζήσῃ.

Dixitque illi: “Recte respondisti; hoc fac et vives”.

28 ჰრქუა მას იესუ: მართლ მომიგე, მაგას იქმოდე და სცხონდე.

28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

ὁ δὲ θέλων δικαιοῦν ἑαυτὸν εἶπε πρὸς τὸν Ἰησοῦν· καὶ τίς ἐστί μου πλησίον;

Ille autem, volens iustificare seipsum, dixit ad Iesum: “Et quis est meus proximus?”.

29 ხოლო მას უნდა განმართლებად თავი თჳსი და ჰრქუა იესუს: და ვინ არს მოყუას ჩემდა?

29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?

Ὑπολαβὼν δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν· ἄνθρωπός τις κατέβαινεν ἀπὸ Ἱερουσαλὴμ εἰς Ἱεριχώ, καὶ λῃσταῖς περιέπεσεν· οἳ καὶ ἐκδύσαντες αὐτὸν καὶ πληγὰς ἐπιθέντες ἀπῆλθον ἀφέντες ἡμιθανῆ τυγχάνοντα.

Suscipiens autem Iesus dixit: “Homo quidam descendebat ab Ierusalem in Iericho et incidit in latrones, qui etiam despoliaverunt eum et, plagis impositis, abierunt, semivivo relicto.

30 მიუგო იესუ და ჰრქუა: კაცი ვინმე გარდამოვიდოდა იერუსალჱმით იერიქოდ, და ავაზაკნი დაესხნეს, განძარცუეს იგი, დაწყლეს და წარვიდეს და დაუტევეს მწყდარი.

30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

κατὰ συγκυρίαν δὲ ἱερεύς τις κατέβαινεν ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ ἐκείνῃ, καὶ ἰδὼν αὐτὸν ἀντιπαρῆλθεν.

Accidit autem, ut sacerdos quidam descenderet eadem via et, viso illo, praeterivit;

31 ხოლო დამთხუევით მღდელი ვინმე შთავიდოდა მასვე გზასა და იხილა იგი და თანა-წარჰჴდა.

31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

ὁμοίως δὲ καὶ Λευΐτης γενόμενος κατὰ τὸν τόπον, ἐλθὼν καὶ ἰδὼν ἀντιπαρῆλθε.

similiter et Levita, cum esset secus locum et videret eum, pertransiit.

32 და ეგრეთვე ლევიტელი მასვე ადგილსა მივიდა და იხილა იგი და თანა-წარჰჴდა.

32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.

Σαμαρείτης δέ τις ὁδεύων ἦλθε κατ᾿ αὐτόν, καὶ ἰδὼν αὐτὸν ἐσπλαγχνίσθη,

Samaritanus autem quidam iter faciens, venit secus eum et videns eum misericordia motus est,

33 მერმე სამარიტელი ვინმე წარვიდოდა, მოვიდა მასვე ადგილსა, იხილა იგი და შეეწყალა.

33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

καὶ προσελθὼν κατέδησε τὰ τραύματα αὐτοῦ ἐπιχέων ἔλαιον καὶ οἶνον, ἐπιβιβάσας δὲ αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τὸ ἴδιον κτῆνος ἤγαγεν αὐτὸν εἰς πανδοχεῖον καὶ ἐπεμελήθη αὐτοῦ·

et appropians alligavit vulnera eius infundens oleum et vinum; et imponens illum in iumentum suum duxit in stabulum et curam eius egit.

34 და მოვიდა მისა და შეუხჳა წყლული იგი და დაასხა ზეთი და ღჳნოჲ და აღსუა იგი კარაულსა თჳსსა და მოიყვანა იგი ყოველთასა მას სადგურსა და იღუაწა იგი.

34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν αὔριον ἐξελθών, ἐκβαλὼν δύο δηνάρια ἔδωκε τῷ πανδοχεῖ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ· ἐπιμελήθητι αὐτοῦ, καὶ ὅτι ἂν προσδαπανήσῃς, ἐγὼ ἐν τῷ ἐπανέρχεσθαί με ἀποδώσω σοι.

Et altera die protulit duos denarios et dedit stabulario et ait: “Curam illius habe, et, quodcumque supererogaveris, ego, cum rediero, reddam tibi”.

35 და ხვალისაგან, გამო-რაჲ-ვიდოდა, ორი დრაჰკანი მისცა ყოველთა სადგურისა მოღუაწესა მას და ჰრქუა: იღუაწე ეგე და, სხუაჲ თუ რაჲმე წარაგო უმეტესი, მო-რაჲ-ვიდე, მიგცე შენ.

35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.

τίς οὖν τούτων τῶν τριῶν πλησίον δοκεῖ σοι γεγονέναι τοῦ ἐμπεσόντος εἰς τοὺς λῃστάς;

Quis horum trium videtur tibi proximus fuisse illi, qui incidit in latrones?”.

36 ვინ უკუე ამათ სამთაგანი გგონიეს შენ მოყუას მისა, რომელ იგი შევარდა ავაზაკთა მათ?

36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

ὁ δὲ εἶπεν· ὁ ποιήσας τὸ ἔλεος μετ᾿ αὐτοῦ. εἶπεν οὖν αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς· πορεύου καὶ σὺ ποίει ὁμοίως.

At ille dixit: “Qui fecit misericordiam in illum”. Et ait illi Iesus: “Vade et tu fac similiter”.

37 ხოლო მან ჰრქუა: რომელმან ყო წყალობაჲ მის თანა. ჰრქუა მას იესუ: ვიდოდე და ჰყოფდ შენცა ეგრევე.

37 And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

Ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τῷ πορεύεσθαι αὐτοὺς καὶ αὐτὸς εἰσῆλθεν εἰς κώμην τινά. γυνὴ δέ τις ὀνόματι Μάρθα ὑπεδέξατο αὐτὸν εἰς τὸν οἶκον αὐτῆς.

Cum autem irent, ipse intravit in quoddam castellum, et mulier quaedam Martha nomine excepit illum.

38 და იყო ვითარცა წარვიდეს ესენი, და თავადი შევიდა დაბასა რომელსამე. და იყო ვინმე მუნ დედაკაცი, რომლისა სახელი მართა, და შეიყვანა თავადი სახიდ თჳსა.

38 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

καὶ τῇδε ἦν ἀδελφὴ καλουμένη Μαρία, ἣ καὶ παρακαθίσασα παρὰ τοὺς πόδας τοῦ Ἰησοῦ ἤκουε τὸν λόγον αὐτοῦ.

Et huic erat soror nomine Maria, quae etiam sedens secus pedes Domini audiebat verbum illius.

39 და იყო დაჲ მისი, რომელსა ერქუა მარიამ, რომელი დაჯდა ფერჴთა თანა იესუჲსთა და ისმენდა სიტყუათა მისთა.

39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.

ἡ δὲ Μάρθα περιεσπᾶτο περὶ πολλὴν διακονίαν· ἐπιστᾶσα δὲ εἶπε· Κύριε, οὐ μέλει σοι ὅτι ἡ ἀδελφή μου μόνην με κατέλιπε διακονεῖν; εἰπὲ οὖν αὐτῇ ἵνα μοι συναντιλάβηται.

Martha autem satagebat circa frequens ministerium; quae stetit et ait: “Domine, non est tibi curae quod soror mea reliquit me solam ministrare? Dic ergo illi, ut me adiuvet”.

40 ხოლო მართა მიმოდაზრუნვიდა მრავლისა მსახურებისათჳს, ზედა მიადგა და ჰრქუა: უფალო, არა იღუწი, რამეთუ დამან ჩემმან მარტოჲ დამიტევა მე მსახურებად. არქუ მას, რაჲთა შემეწეოდის მე.

40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.

ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ εἶπεν αὐτῇ ὁ Ἰησοῦς· Μάρθα Μάρθα, μεριμνᾷς καὶ τυρβάζῃ περὶ πολλά·

Et respondens dixit illi Dominus: “Martha, Martha, sollicita es et turbaris erga plurima,

41 მიუგო იესუ და ჰრქუა მას: მართა, მართა! ზრუნავ და შფოთ ხარ მრავლისათჳს, აქა ერთისაჲ არს საჴმარ.

41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:

ἑνὸς δέ ἐστι χρεία· Μαρία δὲ τὴν ἀγαθὴν μερίδα ἐξελέξατο, ἥτις οὐκ ἀφαιρεθήσεται ἀπ᾿ αὐτῆς.

porro unum est necessarium; Maria enim optimam partem elegit, quae non auferetur ab ea”.

42 ხოლო მარიამ კეთილი ნაწილი გამოირჩია, რომელი არასადა მიეღოს მისგან.

42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
