თავი ოცდამეშვიდე

Πρωίας δὲ γενομένης συμβούλιον ἔλαβον πάντες οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τοῦ λαοῦ κατὰ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ ὥστε θανατῶσαι αὐτόν:

Mane autem facto, consi lium inierunt omnes princi pes sacerdotum et seniores populi adversus Iesum, ut eum morti traderent.

1 და ვითარცა განთენა, ზრახვა-ყვეს ყოველთა მღდელთ-მოძღუართა და მოხუცებულთა ერისათა იესუჲსთჳს, რაჲთა მოკლან იგი.

1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:

καὶ δήσαντες αὐτὸν ἀπήγαγον καὶ παρέδωκαν Πειλάτῳ τῷ ἡγεμόνι.

Et vinctum adduxerunt eum et tradiderunt Pilato praesidi.

2 და შეკრეს იგი და მიიყვანეს და მისცეს იგი პონტიელსა პილატეს მთავარსა.

2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

Τότε ἰδὼν Ἰούδας ὁ παραδοὺς αὐτὸν ὅτι κατεκρίθη μεταμεληθεὶς ἔστρεψεν τὰ τριάκοντα ἀργύρια τοῖς ἀρχιερεῦσιν καὶ πρεσβυτέροις λέγων Ἥμαρτον παραδοὺς αἷμα δίκαιον.

Tunc videns Iudas, qui eum tradidit, quod damnatus esset, paenitentia ductus, rettulit triginta argenteos principibus sacerdotum et senioribus

3 მაშინ ვითარცა იხილა იუდა, რომელმანცა მისცა იგი, რამეთუ დაისაჯა, შეინანა და მიაქცია ოც და ათი იგი ვეცხლი მღდელთ-მოძღუართა მათ მიმართ და მოხუცებულთა

3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,

οἱ δὲ εἶπαν Τί πρὸς ἡμᾶς; σὺ ὄψῃ.

dicens: “Peccavi tradens sanguinem innocentem”. At illi dixerunt: “Quid ad nos? Tu videris!”.

4 და თქუა: ვცოდე, რამეთუ მიგეც სისხლი მართალი. ხოლო მათ ჰრქუეს მას: ჩუენდა რაჲ? შენ იხილე!

4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

καὶ ῥίψας τὰ ἀργύρια εἰς τὸν ναὸν ἀνεχώρησεν, καὶ ἀπελθὼν ἀπήγξατο.

Et proiectis argenteis in templo, recessit et abiens laqueo se suspendit.

5 და დააბნია ვეცხლი იგი ტაძარსა მას შინა და განეშორა და წარვიდა და შიშთვილ-იბა.

5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.

Οἱ δὲ ἀρχιερεῖς λαβόντες τὰ ἀργύρια εἶπαν Οὐκ ἔξεστιν βαλεῖν αὐτὰ εἰς τὸν κορβανᾶν, ἐπεὶ τιμὴ αἵματός ἐστιν:

Principes autem sacerdotum, acceptis argenteis, dixerunt: “Non licet mittere eos in corbanam, quia pretium sanguinis est”.

6 ხოლო მღდელთ-მოძღუართა მათ მოიღეს ვეცხლი იგი და თქუეს: არა ჯერ-არს ესე დადებად სიწმიდესა, რამეთუ სასყიდელი სისხლისაჲ არს.

6 And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.

συμβούλιον δὲ λαβόντες ἠγόρασαν ἐξ αὐτῶν τὸν Ἀγρὸν τοῦ Κεραμέως εἰς ταφὴν τοῖς ξένοις.

Consilio autem inito, emerunt ex illis agrum Figuli in sepulturam peregrinorum.

7 და ზრახვა-ყვეს და მოიყიდეს მითა აგარაკი იგი მეკეცისაჲ საფლავად უცხოთა.

7 And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in.

διὸ ἐκλήθη ὁ ἀγρὸς ἐκεῖνος Ἀγρὸς Αἵματος ἕως τῆς σήμερον.

Propter hoc vocatus est ager ille ager Sanguinis usque in hodiernum diem.

8 ამისთჳს ეწოდა აგარაკსა მას აგარაკი სისხლისაჲ ვიდრე აქა დღედმდე.

8 Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day.

Τότε ἐπληρώθη τὸ ῥηθὲν διὰ Ἰερεμίου τοῦ προφήτου λέγοντος “Καὶ ἔλαβον τὰ τριάκοντα ἀργύρια, τὴν τιμὴν τοῦ τετιμημένου ὃν ἐτιμήσαντο ἀπὸ υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ,

Tunc impletum est quod dictum est per Ieremiam prophetam di centem: “Et acceperunt triginta argenteos, pretium appretiati quem appretiaverunt a filiis Israel,

9 მაშინ აღესრულა თქუმული იგი იერემია წინაწარმეტყუელისაჲ, რომელსა იტყჳს: და მოვიღე ოც და ათი იგი ვეცხლი, სასყიდელი განსყიდულისაჲ მის, რომელი მოიყიდეს ძეთაგან ისრაჱლისათა,

9 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;

καὶ” “ἔδωκαν αὐτὰ εἰς τὸν ἀγρὸν τοῦ κεραμέως, καθὰ συνέταξέν μοι Κύριος.”

et dederunt eos in agrum Figuli, sicut constituit mihi Dominus”.

10 და მისცეს იგი აგარაკისათჳს მეკეცისა, ვითარცა მიბრძანა მე უფალმან.

10 And gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.

Ὁ δὲ Ἰησοὺς ἐστάθη ἔμπροσθεν τοῦ ἡγεμόνος: καὶ ἐπηρώτησεν αὐτὸν ὁ ἡγεμὼν λέγων Σὺ εἶ ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν Ἰουδαίων; ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς

Iesus autem stetit ante praesidem; et interrogavit eum praeses dicens: “Tu es Rex Iudaeorum?”. Dixit autem Iesus: “Tu dicis”.

11 ხოლო იესუ დადგა წინაშე მთავრისა მის. და ჰკითხა მას მთავარმან მან და ჰრქუა: შენ ხარა მეუფჱ ჰურიათაჲ? ხოლო იესუ ჰრქუა მას: შენ იტყჳ.

11 And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.

ἔφη Σὺ λέγεις. καὶ ἐν τῷ κατηγορεῖσθαι αὐτὸν ὑπὸ τῶν ἀρχιερέων καὶ πρεσβυτέρων οὐδὲν ἀπεκρίνατο.

Et cum accusaretur a principibus sacerdotum et senioribus, nihil respondit.

12 და შესმენასა მას მღდელთ-მოძღუართასა და მოხუცებულთასა არარაჲ მიუგო.

12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.

τότε λέγει αὐτῷ ὁ Πειλᾶτος Οὐκ ἀκούεις πόσα σου καταμαρτυροῦσιν;

Tunc dicit illi Pilatus: “Non audis quanta adversum te dicant testimonia?”.

13 მაშინ ჰრქუა მას პილატე: არა გესმისა, რაოდენსა-ესე შეგწამებენ შენ?

13 Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?

καὶ οὐκ ἀπεκρίθη αὐτῷ πρὸς οὐδὲ ἓν ῥῆμα, ὥστε θαυμάζειν τὸν ἡγεμόνα λίαν.

Et non respondit ei ad ullum verbum, ita ut miraretur praeses vehementer.

14 და არარაჲ მიუგო მას არცა ერთისა სიტყჳსათჳს, ვიდრემდე უკჳრდაცა მთავარსა მას ფრიად.

14 And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

Κατὰ δὲ ἑορτὴν εἰώθει ὁ ἡγεμὼν ἀπολύειν ἕνα τῷ ὄχλῳ δέσμιον ὃν ἤθελον.

Per diem autem sollemnem consueverat praeses dimittere turbae unum vinctum, quem voluissent.

15 ხოლო დღესასწაულთა ჩუეულ იყო მთავარი იგი,

15 Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would.

εἶχον δὲ τότε δέσμιον ἐπίσημον λεγόμενον Βαραββᾶν.

Habebant autem tunc vinctum insignem, qui dicebatur Barabbas.

და მიუტევეს ერსა მას ერთი პყრობილი შესწავებული, რომელსა ერქუა ბარაბა. 16 deest

16 And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.

συνηγμένων οὖν αὐτῶν εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ Πειλᾶτος Τίνα θέλετε ἀπολύσω ὑμῖν, τὸν Βαραββᾶν ἢ Ἰησοῦν τὸν λεγόμενον Χριστόν;

Congregatis ergo illis dixit Pilatus: “Quem vultis dimittam vobis: Barabbam an Iesum, qui dicitur Christus?”.

17 და ვითარ შეკრებულ იყვნეს იგინი, ჰრქუა მათ პილატე: ვინ გნებავს ორთა ამათგანი, და მიგიტეო თქუენ: ბარაბა ანუ იესუ, რომელსა ჰრქჳან ქრისტე?

17 Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?

ᾔδει γὰρ ὅτι διὰ φθόνον παρέδωκαν αὐτόν.

Sciebat enim quod per invidiam tradidissent eum.

18 რამეთუ უწყოდა, ვითარმედ შურითა მისცეს იგი.

18 For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.

Καθημένου δὲ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τοῦ βήματος ἀπέστειλεν πρὸς αὐτὸν ἡ γυνὴ αὐτοῦ λέγουσα Μηδὲν σοὶ καὶ τῷ δικαίῳ ἐκείνῳ, πολλὰ γὰρ ἔπαθον σήμερον κατ᾽ ὄναρ δι᾽ αὐτόν.

Sedente autem illo pro tribunali, misit ad illum uxor eius dicens: “Nihil tibi et iusto illi. Multa enim passa sum hodie per visum propter eum”.

19 და ვითარცა დაჯდა პილატე საყდართა ზედა, მიუვლინა მას ცოლმან მისმან და ჰრქუა მას: არარაჲ ძეს შენი და მართლისა მაგის კაცისაჲ, რამეთუ მრავალი მევნო მე დღეს ჩუენებით მაგისთჳს.

19 When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.

Οἱ δὲ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι ἔπεισαν τοὺς ὄχλους ἵνα αἰτήσωνται τὸν Βαραββᾶν τὸν δὲ Ἰησοῦν ἀπολέσωσιν.

Principes autem sacerdotum et seniores persuaserunt turbis, ut peterent Barabbam, Iesum vero perderent.

20 ხოლო მღდელთ-მოძღუართა მათ და მოხუცებულთა არწმუნეს ერსა მას, რაჲთა გამოითხოონ ბარაბა, ხოლო იესუ წარწყმიდონ.

20 But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.

ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ ὁ ἡγεμὼν εἶπεν αὐτοῖς Τίνα θέλετε ἀπὸ τῶν δύο ἀπολύσω ὑμῖν; οἱ δὲ εἶπαν Τὸν Βαραββᾶν.

Respondens autem praeses ait illis: “Quem vultis vobis de duobus dimittam?”. At illi dixerunt: “Barabbam!”.

21 მიუგო მთავარმან მან და ჰრქუა მათ: ვინ გნებავს ორთა ამათგანი, და მიგიტეო თქუენ? ხოლო მათ ჰრქუეს: ბარაბა.

21 The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.

λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Πειλᾶτος Τί οὖν ποιήσω Ἰησοῦν τὸν λεγόμενον Χριστόν; λέγουσιν πάντες Σταυρωθήτω.

Dicit illis Pilatus: “Quid igitur faciam de Iesu, qui dicitur Christus?”. Dicunt omnes: “Crucifigatur!”.

22 ჰრქუა მათ პილატე: რაჲ უკუე იყო იესუს, რომელსა ჰრქჳან ქრისტე? ჰრქუეს მას ყოველთა: ჯუარს-ეცჳნ.

22 Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.

ὁ δὲ ἔφη Τί γὰρ κακὸν ἐποίησεν; οἱ δὲ περισσῶς ἔκραζον λέγοντες Σταυρωθήτω.

Ait autem: “Quid enim mali fecit?”. At illi magis clamabant dicentes: “Crucifigatur!”.

23 ხოლო მთავარმან ჰრქუა მათ: და რაჲ ბოროტი უქმნიეს? ხოლო იგინი უმეტეს ღაღადებდეს და იტყოდეს: ჯუარს-ეცჳნ.

23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

ἰδὼν δὲ ὁ Πειλᾶτος ὅτι οὐδὲν ὠφελεῖ ἀλλὰ μᾶλλον θόρυβος γίνεται λαβὼν ὕδωρ ἀπενίψατο τὰς χεῖρας κατέναντι τοῦ ὄχλου λέγων Ἀθῷός εἰμι ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τούτου: ὑμεῖς ὄψεσθε.

Videns autem Pilatus quia nihil proficeret, sed magis tumultus fieret, accepta aqua, lavit manus coram turba dicens: “Innocens ego sum a sanguine hoc; vos videritis!”.

24 ვითარცა იხილა პილატე, რამეთუ არარას არგებს, არამედ უფროჲსღა შფოთი იქმნების, მოითხოვა წყალი და დაიბანა ჴელნი წინაშე ერისა მის და თქუა: უბრალო ვარ მე სისხლისაგან მაგისასა, თქუენ იხილეთ.

24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.

καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς πᾶς ὁ λαὸς εἶπεν Τὸ αἷμα αὐτοῦ. ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς καὶ ἐπὶ τὰ τέκνα ἡμῶν.

Et respondens universus populus dixit: “Sanguis eius super nos et super filios nostros”.

25 და მიუგო ყოველმან ერმან და ჰრქუეს: სისხლი მაგისი ჩუენ ზედა და შვილთა ჩუენთა ზედა.

25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

τότε ἀπέλυσεν αὐτοῖς τὸν Βαραββᾶν, τὸν δὲ Ἰησοῦν φραγελλώσας παρέδωκεν ἵνα σταυρωθῇ.

Tunc dimisit illis Barabbam; Iesum autem flagellatum tradidit, ut crucifigeretur.

26 მაშინ მიუტევა მათ ბარაბა, ხოლო იესუს შოლტითა სცა და მისცა მათ, რაჲთა ჯუარს-ეცუას.

26 Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.

Τότε οἱ στρατιῶται τοῦ ἡγεμόνος παραλαβόντες τὸν Ἰησοῦν εἰς τὸ πραιτώριον συνήγαγον ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸν ὅλην τὴν σπεῖραν.

Tunc milites praesidis suscipientes Iesum in praetorio congregaverunt ad eum universam cohortem.

27 მაშინ ერისაგანთა მათ მთავრისათა წარიყვანეს იესუ ტაძრად და შეკრიბეს მის ზედა ნათესავები იგი ყოველი.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.

καὶ ἐκδύσαντες αὐτὸν χλαμύδα κοκκίνην περιέθηκαν αὐτῷ,

Et exuentes eum, clamydem coccineam circumdederunt ei

28 და განძარცუეს იგი და ქლამინდი მეწამული შეჰმოსეს მას.

28 And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.

καὶ πλέξαντες στέφανον ἐξ ἀκανθῶν ἐπέθηκαν ἐπὶ τῆς κεφαλῆς αὐτοῦ καὶ κάλαμον ἐν τῇ δεξιᾷ αὐτοῦ, καὶ γονυπετήσαντες ἔμπροσθεν αὐτοῦ ἐνέπαιξαν αὐτῷ λέγοντες Χαῖρε, βασιλεῦ τῶν Ἰουδαίων,

et plectentes coronam de spinis posuerunt super caput eius et arundinem in dextera eius et, genu flexo ante eum, illudebant ei dicentes: “Ave, rex Iudaeorum!”.

29 და შეთხზეს გჳრგჳნი ეკალთაგან და დაადგეს თავსა მისსა და ლერწამი მისცეს მარჯუენესა ჴელსა მისსა და მუჴლნი დაიდგინეს მის წინაშე, ემღერდეს მას და ეტყოდეს: გიხაროდენ, მეუფეო ჰურიათაო!

29 And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!

καὶ ἐμπτύσαντες εἰς αὐτὸν ἔλαβον τὸν κάλαμον καὶ ἔτυπτον εἰς τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ.

Et exspuentes in eum acceperunt arundinem et percutiebant caput eius.

30 და ჰნერწყუვიდეს მას და მოიღეს ლერწამი და სცემდეს თავსა მისსა.

30 And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head.

καὶ ὅτε ἐνέπαιξαν αὐτῷ, ἐξέδυσαν αὐτὸν τὴν χλαμύδα καὶ ἐνέδυσαν αὐτὸν τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀπήγαγον αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ σταυρῶσαι.

Et postquam illuserunt ei, exuerunt eum clamyde et induerunt eum vestimentis eius et duxerunt eum, ut crucifigerent.

31 და ოდეს განკიცხეს იგი, განსძარცუეს მას ქალმინდი იგი და შეჰმოსეს მას თჳსივე სამოსელი და წარიყვანეს იგი, რაჲთა ჯუარს-აცუან.

31 And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.

Ἐξερχόμενοι δὲ εὗρον ἄνθρωπον Κυρηναῖον ὀνόματι Σίμωνα: τοῦτον ἠγγάρευσαν ἵνα ἄρῃ τὸν σταυρὸν αὐτοῦ.

Exeuntes autem invenerunt hominem Cyrenaeum nomine Simonem; hunc angariaverunt, ut tolleret crucem eius.

32 და ვითარცა გამოვიდეს იგინი მიერ, პოვეს კაცი კჳრინელი, სახელით სიმონ. ესე წარიქციეს პაჰრაკად, რაჲთა აღიღოს ჯუარი მისი.

32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.

Καὶ ἐλθόντες εἰς τόπον λεγόμενον Γολγοθά, ὅ ἐστιν Κρανίου Τόπος λεγόμενος,

Et venerunt in locum, qui dicitur Golgotha, quod est Calvariae locus,

33 და მოვიდეს ადგილსა მას, რომელსა ჰრქჳან გოლგოთა, რომელ არს თხემისა ადგილი.

33 And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull,

“ἔδωκαν” αὐτῷ “πιεῖν οἶνον” μετὰ “χολῆς” μεμιγμένον: καὶ γευσάμενος οὐκ ἠθέλησεν πιεῖν.

et dederunt ei vinum bibere cum felle mixtum; et cum gustasset, noluit bibere.

34 და მისცეს მას ძმარი ნავღლითა აღზავებული. და გემოჲ რაჲ იხილა, არა უნდა სუმის.

34 They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.

σταυρώσαντες δὲ αὐτὸν “διεμερίσαντο τὰ ἱμάτια” αὐτοῦ “βάλλοντες κλῆρον,”

Postquam autem crucifixerunt eum, diviserunt vestimenta eius sortem mittentes

35 და ვითარცა ჯუარს-აცუეს იგი, განიყვეს სამოსელი მისი და განიგდეს წილი, რაჲთა აღესრულოს თქუმული იგი წინაჲწარმეტყუელისა მიერ, რომელსა იტყჳს: განიყვეს სამოსელი ჩემი მათ შორის და კუართსა ჩემსა ზედა განიგდეს წილი.

35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

καὶ καθήμενοι ἐτήρουν αὐτὸν ἐκεῖ.

et sedentes servabant eum ibi.

36 და სხდეს მუნ და სცვიდეს მას.

36 And sitting down they watched him there;

καὶ ἐπέθηκαν ἐπάνω τῆς κεφαλῆς αὐτοῦ τὴν αἰτίαν αὐτοῦ γεγραμμένην ΟΥΤΟΣ ΕΣΤΙΝ ΙΗΣΟΥΣ Ο ΒΑΣΙΛΕΥΣ ΤΩΝ ΙΟΥΔΑΙΩΝ.

Et imposuerunt super caput eius causam ipsius scriptam: “Hic est Iesus Rex Iudaeorum”.

37 და დასდვეს თავსა მისსა ზედა ბრალი მისი დაწერილი: ესე არს იესუ, მეუფე ჰურიათაჲ.

37 And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Τότε σταυροῦνται σὺν αὐτῷ δύο λῃσταί, εἷς ἐκ δεξιῶν καὶ εἷς ἐξ εὐωνύμων.

Tunc crucifiguntur cum eo duo latrones: unus a dextris, et unus a sinistris.

38 მაშინ ჯუარს-აცუნეს მის თანა ორნი ავაზაკნი: ერთი მარჯუენით მისა და ერთი მარცხენით.

38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.

Οἱ δὲ παραπορευόμενοι ἐβλασφήμουν αὐτὸν “κινοῦντες τὰς κεφαλὰς αὐτῶν”

Praetereuntes autem blasphemabant eum moventes capita sua

39 ხოლო თანა-წარმავალნი იგი ჰგმობდეს მას, ყრიდეს თავთა მათთა

39 And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads,

καὶ λέγοντες Ὁ καταλύων τὸν ναὸν καὶ ἐν τρισὶν ἡμέραις οἰκοδομῶν, σῶσον σεαυτόν: εἰ υἱὸς εἶ τοῦ θεοῦ, κατάβηθι απὸ τοῦ σταυροῦ.

et dicentes: “Qui destruis templum et in triduo illud reaedificas, salva temetipsum; si Filius Dei es, descende de cruce!”.

40 და იტყოდეს: რომელი დაჰჴსნიდ ტაძარსა ამას და მესამესა დღესა აღაშენებდ, იჴსენ თავი თჳსი; უკუეთუ ძე ხარ ღმრთისაჲ, გარდამოჴედ მაგიერ ჯუარით!

40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.

ὁμοίως καὶ οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς ἐμπαίζοντες μετὰ τῶν γραμματέων καὶ πρεσβυτέρων ἔλεγον

Similiter et principes sacerdotum illudentes cum scribis et senioribus dicebant:

41 ეგრეთვე მღდელთ-მოძღუარნი იგი ემღერდეს მწიგნობართა თანა და მოხუცებულთა და ფარისეველთა და იტყოდეს:

41 Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,

Ἄλλους ἔσωσεν, ἑαυτὸν οὐ δύναται σῶσαι: βασιλεὺς Ἰσραήλ ἐστιν, καταβάτω νῦν ἀπὸ τοῦ σταυροῦ καὶ πιστεύσομεν ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν.

“Alios salvos fecit, seipsum non potest salvum facere. Rex Israel est; descendat nunc de cruce, et credemus in eum.

42 სხუანი აცხოვნა, თავი თჳსი ვერ ძალ-უც ცხოვნებად. უკუეთუ მეუფჱ ისრაჱლისაჲ არს, გარდამოჴედინ აწ მაგიერ ჯუარით, და გურწმენეს იგი.

42 He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.

“πέποιθεν ἐπὶ” “τὸν θεόν, ῥυσάσθω νῦν εἰ θέλει αὐτόν:” εἶπεν γὰρ ὅτι Θεοῦ εἰμὶ υἱός.

Confidit in Deo; liberet nunc, si vult eum. Dixit enim: “Dei Filius sum””.

43 უკუეთუ ესვიდა ღმერთსა, იჴსენინ იგი, უკუეთუ ჰნებავს იგი, რამეთუ თქუა, ვითარმედ: ძე ღმრთისაჲ ვარი მე.

43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.

τὸ δ᾽ αὐτὸ καὶ οἱ λῃσταὶ οἱ συνσταυρωθέντες σὺν αὐτῷ ὠνείδιζον αὐτόν.

Idipsum autem et latrones, qui crucifixi erant cum eo, improperabant ei.

44 ეგრეთვე ავაზაკნი იგი, მის თანა ჯუარ-ცუმულნი, აყუედრებდეს მას.

44 The thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth.

Ἀπὸ δὲ ἕκτης ὥρας σκότος ἐγένετο ἐπὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν ἕως ὥρας ἐνάτης.

A sexta autem hora tenebrae factae sunt super universam terram usque ad horam nonam.

45 ხოლო მეექუსით ჟამითგან დაბნელდა ყოველი ქუეყანაჲ, ვიდრე მეცხრედ ჟამადმდე.

45 Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.

περὶ δὲ τὴν ἐνάτην ὥραν ἐβόησεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς φωνῇ μεγάλῃ λέγων “Ἐλωί ἐλωί λεμὰ σαβαχθανεί;” τοῦτ᾽ ἔστιν “Θεέ μου θεέ μου, ἵνα τί με ἐγκατέλιπες;”

Et circa horam nonam clamavit Iesus voce magna dicens: “Eli, Eli, lema sabacthani?”, hoc est: “Deus meus, Deus meus, ut quid dereliquisti me?”.

46 და მეცხრესა ოდენ ჟამსა ჴმა-ყო იესუ ჴმითა დიდითა და თქუა: ილი, ილი! ლიმა საბაქთანი? ესე არს: ღმერთო ჩემო, ღმერთო ჩემო! რაჲსათჳს დამიტევე მე?

46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

τινὲς δὲ τῶν ἐκεῖ ἑστηκότων ἀκούσαντες ἔλεγον ὅτι Ἠλείαν φωνεῖ οὗτος.

Quidam autem ex illic stantibus audientes dicebant: “Eliam vocat iste”.

47 და რომელთამე მუნ მდგომარეთა ესმა ესე და იტყოდეს, ვითარმედ: ელიას უჴმობს ესე.

47 Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.

καὶ εὐθέως δραμὼν εἷς ἐξ αὐτῶν καὶ λαβὼν σπόγγον πλήσας τε “ὄξους” καὶ περιθεὶς καλάμῳ “ἐπότιζεν” αὐτόν.

Et continuo currens unus ex eis acceptam spongiam implevit aceto et imposuit arundini et dabat ei bibere.

48 და მეყსეულად მირბიოდა ერთი მათგანი და მოიღო ღრუბელი და აღავსო ძმრითა და დაადგა ლერწამსა და ასუმიდა მას.

48 And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.

οἱ δὲ λοιποὶ εἶπαν Ἄφες ἴδωμεν εἰ ἔρχεται Ἠλείας σώσων αὐτόν. ⟦ἄλλος δὲ λαβὼν λόγχην ἔνυξεν αὐτοῦ τὴν πλευράν, καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὕδωρ καὶ αἷμα.⟧

Ceteri vero dicebant: “Sine, videamus an veniat Elias liberans eum”.

49 ხოლო სხუანი იტყოდეს: აცადეთ, და ვიხილოთ, უკუეთუ ელია მოვიდეს ჴსნად მისა.

49 The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.

ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς πάλιν κράξας φωνῇ μεγάλῃ ἀφῆκεν τὸ πνεῦμα.

Iesus autem iterum clamans voce magna emisit spiritum.

50 ხოლო იესუ კუალად ჴმა-ყო ჴმითა დიდითა და განუტევა სული.

50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

Καὶ ἰδοὺ τὸ καταπέτασμα τοῦ ναοῦ ἐσχίσθη ἀπ᾽ ἄνωθεν ἕως κάτω εἰς δύο, καὶ ἡ γῆ ἐσείσθη, καὶ αἱ πέτραι ἐσχίσθησαν,

Et ecce velum templi scissum est a summo usque deorsum in duas partes, et terra mota est, et petrae scissae sunt;

51 და აჰა კრეტსაბმელი იგი ტაძრისაჲ მის განიპო ორად ზეითგან, ვიდრე ქუემდე, და ქუეყანაჲ შეიძრა და კლდენი განსთქდეს,

51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

καὶ τὰ μνημεῖα ἀνεῴχθησαν καὶ πολλὰ σώματα τῶν κεκοιμημένων ἁγίων ἠγέρθησαν,

et monumenta aperta sunt, et multa corpora sanctorum, qui dormierant, surrexerunt

52 და საფლავნი აღეხუნეს, და მრავალნი გუამნი შესუენებულთანი წმიდათანი აღდგეს

52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

καὶ ἐξελθόντες ἐκ τῶν μνημείων μετὰ τὴν ἔγερσιν αὐτοῦ εἰσῆλθον εἰς τὴν ἁγίαν πόλιν καὶ ἐνεφανίσθησαν πολλοῖς.

et exeuntes de monumentis post resurrectionem eius venerunt in sanctam civitatem et apparuerunt multis.

53 და გამოვიდეს საფლავით მათით და, შემდგომად აღდგომისა მისისა, შევიდეს წმიდასა ქალაქსა და გამოეცხადნეს მრავალთა.

53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

Ὁ δὲ ἑκατόνταρχος καὶ οἱ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ τηροῦντες τὸν Ἰησοῦν ἰδόντες τὸν σεισμὸν καὶ τὰ γινόμενα ἐφοβήθησαν σφόδρα, λέγοντες Ἀληθῶς θεοῦ υἱὸς ἦν οὗτος.

Centurio autem et, qui cum eo erant custodientes Iesum, viso terrae motu et his, quae fiebant, timuerunt valde dicentes: “Vere Dei Filius erat iste!”.

54 ხოლო ასისთავმან მან და მისთანათა, რომელნი სცვიდეს იესუს, იხილეს რაჲ ძრვაჲ იგი რაჲ-იგი იქმნა, შეეშინა ფრიად და იტყოდეს: ჭეშმარიტად ძე ღმრთისაჲ იყო ესე.

54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

Ἦσαν δὲ ἐκεῖ γυναῖκες πολλαὶ ἀπὸ μακρόθεν θεωροῦσαι, αἵτινες ἠκολούθησαν τῷ Ἰησοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς Γαλιλαίας διακονοῦσαι αὐτῷ:

Erant autem ibi mulieres multae a longe aspicientes, quae secutae erant Iesum a Galilaea ministrantes ei;

55 იყვნეს მუნ დედანიცა მრავალნი, რომელნი შორით ხედვიდეს, რომელნი შეუდგეს იესუს გალილეაჲთ და ჰმსახურებდეს მას.

55 And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him:

ἐν αἷς ἦν Μαρία ἡ Μαγδαληνὴ καὶ Μαρία ἡ τοῦ Ἰακώβου καὶ Ἰωσὴφ μήτηρ καὶ ἡ μήτηρ τῶν υἱῶν Ζεβεδαίου.

inter quas erat Maria Magdalene et Maria Iacobi et Ioseph mater et mater filiorum Zebedaei.

56 რომელთა თანა იყო მარიამ მაგდალინელი და მარიამ იაკობისი და იოსეს დედაჲ და დედაჲ ძეთა ზებედესთაჲ.

56 Among which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedees children.

Ὀψίας δὲ γενομένης ἦλθεν ἄνθρωπος πλούσιος ἀπὸ Ἁριμαθαίας, τοὔνομα Ἰωσήφ, ὃς καὶ αὐτὸς ἐμαθητεύθη τῷ Ἰησοῦ:

Cum sero autem factum esset, venit homo dives ab Arimathaea nomine Ioseph, qui et ipse discipulus erat Iesu.

57 და ვითარცა შემწუხრდა, მოვიდა კაცი მდიდარი არიმათიაჲთ, სახელით იოსებ, რომელ იგიცა მოწაფე ყოფილ იყო იესუჲსა.

57 When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple:

οὗτος προσελθὼν τῷ Πειλάτῳ ᾐτήσατο τὸ σῶμα τοῦ Ἰησοῦ. τότε ὁ Πειλᾶτος ἐκέλευσεν ἀποδοθῆναι.

Hic accessit ad Pilatum et petiit corpus Iesu. Tunc Pilatus iussit reddi.

58 ესე მოვიდა პილატესა და გამოითხოვა გუამი იესუჲსი. მაშინ პილატე უბრძანა მიცემად გუამი იგი მისი.

58 He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered.

καὶ λαβὼν τὸ σῶμα ὁ Ἰωσὴφ ἐνετύλιξεν αὐτὸ ἐν σινδόνι καθαρᾷ,

Et accepto corpore, Ioseph involvit illud in sindone munda

59 და მოიღო გუამი იგი მისი იოსებ და წარგრაგნა იგი არმენაკსა წმიდასა

59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,

καὶ ἔθηκεν αὐτὸ ἐν τῷ καινῷ αὐτοῦ μνημείῳ ὃ ἐλατόμησεν ἐν τῇ πέτρᾳ, καὶ προσκυλίσας λίθον μέγαν τῇ θύρᾳ τοῦ μνημείου ἀπῆλθεν.

et posuit illud in monumento suo novo, quod exciderat in petra, et advolvit saxum magnum ad ostium monumenti et abiit.

60 და დადვა იგი ახალსა მისსა საფლავსა, რომელი გამოეკუეთა კლდისაგან, და მიაგორვა ლოდი დიდი კარსა მას საფლავისასა და წარვიდა.

60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.

Ἦν δὲ ἐκεῖ Μαριὰμ ἡ Μαγδαληνὴ καὶ ἡ ἄλλη Μαρία καθήμεναι ἀπέναντι τοῦ τάφου.

Erat autem ibi Maria Magdalene et altera Maria sedentes contra sepulcrum.

61 იყო მუნ მარიამ მაგდალინელი და სხუაჲ იგი მარიამ, და სხდეს წინაშე საფლავსა მას.

61 And there was Mary Magdalene, and the other Mary, sitting over against the sepulchre.

Τῇ δὲ ἐπαύριον, ἥτις ἐστὶν μετὰ τὴν παρασκευήν, συνήχθησαν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι πρὸς Πειλᾶτον

Altera autem die, quae est post Parascevem, convenerunt principes sacerdotum et pharisaei ad Pilatum

62 ხოლო ხვალისაგან, რომელ არს შემდგომად პარასკევისა, შეკრბეს მღდელთ-მოძღუარნი იგი და ფარისეველნი პილატესა

62 Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate,

λέγοντες Κύριε, ἐμνήσθημεν ὅτι ἐκεῖνος ὁ πλάνος εἶπεν ἔτι ζῶν Μετὰ τρεῖς ἡμέρας ἐγείρομαι:

dicentes: “Domine, recordati sumus quia seductor ille dixit adhuc vivens: “Post tres dies resurgam”.

63 და ჰრქუეს: უფალო, მოვიჴსენეთ, რამეთუ მან მაცთურმან თქუა, ვიდრე ცოცხალღა იყო, ვითარმედ შემდგომად სამისა დღისა აღვდგეო.

63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again.

κέλευσον οὖν ἀσφαλισθῆναι τὸν τάφον ἕως τῆς τρίτης ἡμέρας, μή ποτε ἐλθόντες οἱ μαθηταὶ κλέψωσιν αὐτὸν καὶ εἴπωσιν τῷ λαῷ Ἠγέρθη ἀπὸ τῶν νεκρῶν, καὶ ἔσται ἡ ἐσχάτη πλάνη χείρων τῆς πρώτης.

Iube ergo custodiri sepulcrum usque in diem tertium, ne forte veniant discipuli eius et furentur eum et dicant plebi: “Surrexit a mortuis”, et erit novissimus error peior priore”.

64 აწ უკუე ბრძანე დაკრძალვად საფლავი იგი, ვიდრე მესამედ დღედმდე, ნუუკუე მოვიდენ მოწაფენი მისნი და წარიპარონ იგი და უთხრან ერსა, ვითარმედ: აღდგა მკუდრეთით. და იყოს უკუანაჲსკნელი საცთური უძჳრეს პირველისა.

64 Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.

ἔφη αὐτοῖς ὁ Πειλᾶτος Ἔχετε κουστωδίαν: ὑπάγετε ἀσφαλίσασθε ὡς οἴδατε.

Ait illis Pilatus: “Habetis custodiam; ite, custodite, sicut scitis”.

65 ჰრქუა მათ პილატე: გაქუს თქუენ დასი; წარვედით და დაჰკრძალეთ, ვითარცა იცით.

65 Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can.

οἱ δὲ πορευθέντες ἠσφαλίσαντο τὸν τάφον σφραγίσαντες τὸν λίθον μετὰ τῆς κουστωδίας.

Illi autem abeuntes munierunt sepulcrum, signantes lapidem, cum custodia.

66 ხოლო იგინი წარვიდეს და დაჰკრძალეს საფლავი იგი და დაჰბეჭდეს ლოდსა მას დასისა თანა.

66 So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.
