tebhyo ha prāptebhyaḥ pṛthag arhāṇi kārayāṃ cakāra |
sa ha prātaḥ saṃjihāna uvāca |
na me steno janapade na kadaryo na madyapaḥ |
nānāhitāgnir nāvidvān na svairī svairiṇī kutaḥ |
yakṣyamāṇo vai bhagavanto ’ham asmi |
yāvad ekaikasmā ṛtvije dhanaṃ dāsyāmi tāvad bhagavadbhyo dāsyāmi |
vasantu bhagavanta iti ||
