I (text: he) lead away (as captives) the chariots of the land Appaya and the foreign residents of Takšanaya and I (text: he) took its cattle and its sheep.  Parmanna was the head of these local rulers and proceeded to direct (them), but Parmanna opened its gates before me.  ‹In the following year› The Sun-god took my (text: his) hand.  Alaḫḫa became hostile and I went and destroyed Alaḫḫa.

I beat [the chariots of the land] Appaya and I took away o[x? ... of Tak]sanaia.  I went into Parmanna, but Parmanna was the head of these king[s] and it kept leve[ll]ing the roads for them. But when they faced me, they opened the gates again.  In that matter the Sun-g[od] of Heaven ....  At that time the land Alḫa became hostile against me and I destroyed Alḫa.
