yaḥ punar bhikṣur jānan sabhojane kule anupraskandyāsane niṣadyāṃ kalpayet pāyantikā ||

(25)若復苾芻知有食家強安坐者。波逸底迦

42. Whatever monk, knowingly intruding in a family of two having an intention of practicing sexual union¹ , should sit down on a seat, that is a pāyāntika.
