na pātrasaṃdhūnakaṃ piṇḍapātaṃ paribhokṣyāma iti śikṣā karaṇīyā | 
lhuṅ bzed mi (7) bskyom pa daṅ | 
不振鉢。
常看鉢食。(7)應當學1  
67. “We will not eat alms food shaking the bowl,” is a precept which should be observed.
