سورة القصص 
Sūrat al-Qaṣaṣ (28)
bi-smi llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīmi 
AL-QASAS (THE STORY, STORIES) Total Verses: 88 Revealed At: MAKKA. In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. 0 
28 故 事(改 賽 素) 古 蘭 經 第 二 八 章 這章是麥加的,全章共計八八節。 
طسم 
1 ṭāʾ-sīn-mīm 
Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 
塔,辛,米目。 
تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ 
2 tilka ʾāyātu l-kitābi l-mubīni 
These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 
這些是明白的經典的節文。 
نَتْلُو عَلَيْكَ مِن نَّبَإِ مُوسَىٰ وَفِرْعَوْنَ بِالْحَقِّ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ 
3 natlū ʿalay-ka min nabaʾi mūsā wa-firʿawna bi-l-ḥaqqi li-qawmin
3 R yuʾminūna 
We narrate unto thee (somewhat) of the story of Moses and Pharaoh with truth, for folk who believe. 3 
我本著真理,為信道的民眾而對你敘述穆薩和法老的事蹟。 
إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ عَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلَ أَهْلَهَا شِيَعًا يَسْتَضْعِفُ طَائِفَةً مِّنْهُمْ يُذَبِّحُ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيِي نِسَاءَهُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ 
4a ʾinna firʿawna ʿalā fī l-ʾarḍi
4b wa-ǧaʿala ʾahla-hā šiyaʿan
4c yastaḍʿifu ṭāʾifatan min-hum
4d yuḏabbiḥu ʾabnāʾa-hum
4e wa-yastaḥyī nisāʾa-hum
4f ʾinna-hū kāna mina l-mufsidīna 
Lo! Pharaoh exalted himself in the earth and made its people castes. A tribe among them he oppressed, killing their sons and sparing their women. Lo! he was of those who work corruption. 4 
法老確已在國中傲慢,他把國民分成許多宗派,而欺負其中的一派人;屠殺他們的 
وَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ 
5a wa-nurīdu
5b ʾan namunna ʿalā llaḏīna studʿifū fī l-ʾarḍi
5c wa-naǧʿala-hum ʾaʾimmatan
5d wa-naǧʿala-humu l-wāriṯīna 
And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors, 5 
我要把恩典賞賜給大地上受欺負的人,我要以他們為表率,我要以他們為繼承者, 
وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنُرِيَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَحْذَرُونَ 
6a wa-numakkina la-hum fī l-ʾarḍi
6b wa-nuriya firʿawna wa-hāmāna wa-ǧunūda-humā min-hum mā kānū yaḥḏarūna 
And to establish them in the earth, and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts that which they feared from them. 6 
我要使他們在大地上得勢,我要昭示法老、哈曼和他們倆的軍隊,對於這些被欺負 
وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰ أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ وَلَا تَخَافِي وَلَا تَحْزَنِي إِنَّا رَادُّوهُ إِلَيْكِ وَجَاعِلُوهُ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ 
7a wa-ʾawḥaynā ʾilā ʾummi mūsā
7b ʾan ʾarḍiʿī-hi
7c fa-ʾiḏā ḫifti ʿalay-hi
7d fa-ʾalqī-hi fī l-yammi
7e wa-lā taḫāfī
7f wa-lā taḥzanī
7g ʾin-nā rāddū-hu ʾilay-ki
7h wa-ǧāʿilū-hu mina l-mursalīna 
And We inspired the mother of Moses, saying: Suckle him and, when thou fearest for him, then cast him into the river and fear not nor grieve. Lo! We shall bring him back unto thee and shall make him (one) of Our messengers. 7 
我曾啟示穆薩的母親(說):「你應當哺乳他,當你怕他受害的時候,你把他投在 
فَالْتَقَطَهُ آلُ فِرْعَوْنَ لِيَكُونَ لَهُمْ عَدُوًّا وَحَزَنًا إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا كَانُوا خَاطِئِينَ 
8a fa-ltaqaṭa-hū ʾālu firʿawna
8b li-yakūna la-hum ʿadūwan wa-ḥazanan
8c ʾinna firʿawna wa-hāmāna wa-ǧunūda-humā kānū ḫāṭiʾīna 
And the family of Pharaoh took him up, that he might become for them an enemy and a sorrow, Lo! Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts were ever sinning. 8 
法老的侍從曾拾取了他,以致他成為他們的敵人和憂患。法老、哈曼和他倆的軍隊 
وَقَالَتِ امْرَأَتُ فِرْعَوْنَ قُرَّتُ عَيْنٍ لِّي وَلَكَ لَا تَقْتُلُوهُ عَسَىٰ أَن يَنفَعَنَا أَوْ نَتَّخِذَهُ وَلَدًا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ 
9a wa-qalati mraʾatu firʿawna
9b qurratu ʿaynin l-ī wa-la-ka
9c lā taqtulū-hu
9d ʿasā ʾan yanfaʿa-nā
9e ʾaw nattaḫiḏa-hū waladan
9f wa-hum lā yašʿurūna 
And the wife of Pharaoh said: (He will be) a consolation for me and for thee. Kill him not. Peradventure he may be of use to us, or we may choose him for a son. And they perceived not. 9 
法老的妻子說:「(這)是我和你的慰藉,你們不要殺他,也許他有利於我們,或 
وَأَصْبَحَ فُؤَادُ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰ فَارِغًا إِن كَادَتْ لَتُبْدِي بِهِ لَوْلَا أَن رَّبَطْنَا عَلَىٰ قَلْبِهَا لِتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ 
10a wa-ʾaṣbaḥa fuʾādu ʾummi mūsā fāriġan
10b ʾin kādat la-tubdī bi-hī
10c law-lā ʾan rabaṭnā ʿalā qalbi-hā
10d li-takūna mina l-muʾminīna 
And the heart of the mother of Moses became void, and she would have betrayed him if We had not fortified her heart, that she might be of the believers. 10 
穆薩的母親的心,變成空虛的。若不是我使她安下心來,以便她成為信道的人,她 
وَقَالَتْ لِأُخْتِهِ قُصِّيهِ فَبَصُرَتْ بِهِ عَن جُنُبٍ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ 
11a wa-qālat li-ʾuḫti-hī
11b qussī-hi
11c fa-baṣurat bi-hī ʿan ǧunubin
11d wa-hum lā yašʿurūna 
And she said unto his sister: Trace him. So she observed him from afar, and they perceived not. 11 
她對他的姐姐說:「你追著他去吧。」她就遠遠地窺測他,他們毫不知覺。 
وَحَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَرَاضِعَ مِن قَبْلُ فَقَالَتْ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ يَكْفُلُونَهُ لَكُمْ وَهُمْ لَهُ نَاصِحُونَ 
12a wa-ḥarramnā ʿalay-hi l-marāḍiʿa min qablu
12b fa-qālat
12c hal ʾadullu-kum ʿalā ʾahli baytin
12c R yakfulūna-hū la-kum
12d wa-hum la-hū nāṣiḥūna 
And We had before forbidden foster-mothers for him, so she said: Shall I show you a household who will rear him for you and take care of him? 12 
以前,我禁止他吃任何人的奶,他的姐姐就說:「我介紹你們一家人,替你們養育 
فَرَدَدْنَاهُ إِلَىٰ أُمِّهِ كَيْ تَقَرَّ عَيْنُهَا وَلَا تَحْزَنَ وَلِتَعْلَمَ أَنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 
13a fa-radadnā-hu ʾilā ʾummi-hī
13b kay taqarra ʿaynu-hā
13c wa-lā taḥzana
13d wa-li-taʿlama
13e ʾanna waʿda llāhi ḥaqqun
13f wa-lākinna ʾakṯara-hum lā yaʿlamūna 
So We restored him to his mother that she might be comforted and not grieve, and that she might know that the promise of Allah is true. But most of them know not. 13 
於是,我把他送還他的母親,以便她獲得慰藉,不再憂愁,而且知道真主的應許是 
وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَاسْتَوَىٰ آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ 
14a wa-lammā balaġa ʾašudda-hū
14b wa-stawā
14c ʾātaynā-hu ḥukman wa-ʿilman
14d wa-ka-ḏālika naǧzī l-muḥsinīna 
And when he reached his full strength and was ripe, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. Thus do We reward the good. 14 
當他體格強壯,智力健全的時候,我賞賜他智慧和學識。我要這樣報酬善人。 
وَدَخَلَ الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَىٰ حِينِ غَفْلَةٍ مِّنْ أَهْلِهَا فَوَجَدَ فِيهَا رَجُلَيْنِ يَقْتَتِلَانِ هَٰذَا مِن شِيعَتِهِ وَهَٰذَا مِنْ عَدُوِّهِ فَاسْتَغَاثَهُ الَّذِي مِن شِيعَتِهِ عَلَى الَّذِي مِنْ عَدُوِّهِ فَوَكَزَهُ مُوسَىٰ فَقَضَىٰ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ هَٰذَا مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ عَدُوٌّ مُّضِلٌّ مُّبِينٌ 
15a wa-daḫala l-madīnata ʿalā ḥīni ġaflatin min ʾahli-hā
15b fa-waǧada fī-hā raǧulayni
15b R yaqtatilāni
15c hāḏā min šīʿati-hī
15d wa-hāḏā min ʿadūwi-hī
15e fa-staġāṯa-hū llaḏī min šīʿati-hī ʿalā llaḏī min ʿadūwi-hī
15f fa-wakaza-hū mūsā
15g fa-qaḍā ʿalay-hi
15h qāla
15i hāḏā min ʿamali š-šayṭāni
15j ʾinna-hū ʿadūwun muḍillun mubīnun 
And he entered the city at a time of carelessness of its folk, and he found therein two men fighting, one of his own caste, and the other of his enemies; and he who was of his caste asked him for help against him who was of his enemies. So Moses struck him with his fist and killed him. He said: This is of the devil’s doing. Lo! he is an enemy, a mere misleader. 15 
乘城裡的人疏忽的時候,他走進城來,並在城裡發現了兩個人正在爭鬥,這個是屬 
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ 
16a qāla
16b V rabb-i
16b ʾin-nī ẓalamtu nafs-ī
16c fa-ġfir l-ī
16d fa-ġafara la-hū
16e ʾinna-hū huwa l-ġafūru r-raḥīmu 
He said: My Lord! Lo! I have wronged my soul, so forgive me. Then He forgave him. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. 16 
他說:「我的主啊!我確已自欺了,求你饒恕我吧。」真主就饒恕了他,他確是至 
قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَا أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ فَلَنْ أَكُونَ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ 
17a qāla
17b V rabb-i
17b bi-mā ʾanʿamta ʿalay-ya
17c fa-lan ʾakūna ẓahīran li-l-muǧrimīna 
He said: My Lord! Forasmuch as Thou hast favoured me, I will nevermore be a supporter of the guilty. 17 
他說:「我的主啊!我借你所賜我的恩典而求你保祐我,我絕不做犯罪者的助手。」 
فَأَصْبَحَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ خَائِفًا يَتَرَقَّبُ فَإِذَا الَّذِي اسْتَنصَرَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ يَسْتَصْرِخُهُ قَالَ لَهُ مُوسَىٰ إِنَّكَ لَغَوِيٌّ مُّبِينٌ 
18a fa-ʾaṣbaḥa fī l-madīnati ḫāʾifan
18b yataraqqabu
18c fa-ʾiḏā llaḏī stanṣara-hū bi-l-ʾamsi yastaṣriḫu-hū
18d qāla la-hū mūsā
18e ʾinna-ka la-ġawīyun mubīnun 
And morning found him in the city, fearing, vigilant, when behold! he who had appealed to him the day before cried out to him for help. Moses said unto him: Lo! thou art indeed a mere hothead. 18 
次日早晨,他在城裡戰戰兢兢的。昨日向他求救的那個人忽然又向他高聲求救。穆 
فَلَمَّا أَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَبْطِشَ بِالَّذِي هُوَ عَدُوٌّ لَّهُمَا قَالَ يَا مُوسَىٰ أَتُرِيدُ أَن تَقْتُلَنِي كَمَا قَتَلْتَ نَفْسًا بِالْأَمْسِ إِن تُرِيدُ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَ جَبَّارًا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا تُرِيدُ أَن تَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُصْلِحِينَ 
19a fa-lammā ʾan ʾarāda
19b ʾan yabṭiša bi-llaḏī huwa ʿadūwun la-humā
19c qāla
19d V yā-mūsā
19d ʾa-turīdu
19e ʾan taqtula-nī
19f ka-mā qatalta nafsan bi-l-ʾamsi
19g ʾin turīdu
19h ʾil-lā ʾan takūna ǧabbāran fī l-ʾarḍi
19i wa-mā turīdu
19j ʾan takūna mina l-muṣliḥīna 
And when he would have fallen upon the man who was an enemy unto them both, he said: O Moses! Wouldst thou kill me as thou didst kill a person yesterday. Thou wouldst be nothing but a tyrant in the land, thou wouldst not be of the reformers. 19 
當他欲撲擊他倆的敵人的時候,求救的那個人說:「穆薩啊!你要像昨日殺人樣殺 
وَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِّنْ أَقْصَى الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْعَىٰ قَالَ يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنَّ الْمَلَأَ يَأْتَمِرُونَ بِكَ لِيَقْتُلُوكَ فَاخْرُجْ إِنِّي لَكَ مِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ 
20a wa-ǧāʾa raǧulun min ʾaqṣā l-madīnati
20b yasʿā
20c qāla
20d V yā-mūsā
20d ʾinna l-malaʾa yaʾtamirūna bi-ka
20e li-yaqtulū-ka
20f fa-ḫruǧ
20g ʾin-nī la-ka mina n-nāṣiḥīna 
And a man came from the uttermost part of the city, running. He said: O Moses! Lo! the chiefs take counsel against thee to slay thee; therefor escape. Lo! I am of those who give thee good advice. 20 
有一個人,從城的極遠處忙來說:「穆薩啊!臣僕們的確正在商議要殺你,你快出 
فَخَرَجَ مِنْهَا خَائِفًا يَتَرَقَّبُ قَالَ رَبِّ نَجِّنِي مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ 
21a fa-ḫaraǧa min-hā ḫāʾifan
21b yataraqqabu
21c qāla
21d V rabb-i
21d naǧǧi-nī mina l-qawmi ẓ-ẓālimīna 
So he escaped from thence, fearing, vigilant. He said: My Lord! Deliver me from the wrongdoing folk. 21 
他就從城裡戰戰兢兢地逃出來了,他說:「我的主啊!求你使我脫離不義的民眾。」 
وَلَمَّا تَوَجَّهَ تِلْقَاءَ مَدْيَنَ قَالَ عَسَىٰ رَبِّي أَن يَهْدِيَنِي سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ 
22a wa-lammā tawaǧǧaha tilqāʾa madyana
22b qāla
22c ʿasā rabb-ī ʾan yahdiya-nī sawāʾa s-sabīli 
And when he turned his face toward Midian, he said: Peradventure my Lord will guide me in the right road. 22 
當他已趨向麥德彥的時候,他說:「我的主也許指示我正道。」 
وَلَمَّا وَرَدَ مَاءَ مَدْيَنَ وَجَدَ عَلَيْهِ أُمَّةً مِّنَ النَّاسِ يَسْقُونَ وَوَجَدَ مِن دُونِهِمُ امْرَأَتَيْنِ تَذُودَانِ قَالَ مَا خَطْبُكُمَا قَالَتَا لَا نَسْقِي حَتَّىٰ يُصْدِرَ الرِّعَاءُ وَأَبُونَا شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ 
23a wa-lammā warada māʾa madyana
23b waǧada ʿalay-hi ʾummatan mina n-nāsi
23b R yasqūna
23c wa-waǧada min dūni-himu mraʾatayni
23c R taḏūdāni
23d qāla
23e mā ḫaṭbu-kumā
23f qālatā
23g lā nasqī
23h ḥattā yuṣdira r-riʿāʾu
23i wa-ʾabū-nā šayḫun kabīrun 
And when he came unto the water of Midian he found there a whole tribe of men, watering. And he found apart from them two women keeping back (their flocks). He said: What aileth you? The two said: We cannot give (our flocks) to drink till the shepherds return from the water; and our father is a very old man. 23 
當他來到麥德彥的泉邊的時候,他看見有一群人在那裡飲羊,他發現除他們外還有 
فَسَقَىٰ لَهُمَا ثُمَّ تَوَلَّىٰ إِلَى الظِّلِّ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ 
24a fa-saqā la-humā
24b ṯumma tawallā ʾilā ẓ-ẓilli
24c fa-qāla
24d V rabb-i
24d ʾin-nī li-mā ʾanzalta ʾilay-ya min ḫayrin faqīrun 
So he watered (their flock) for them. Then he turned aside into the shade, and said: My Lord! I am needy of whatever good Thou sendest down for me. 24 
他就替她倆飲羊,然後退到樹蔭下,他說:「我的主啊!我確需求你所降給我的任 
فَجَاءَتْهُ إِحْدَاهُمَا تَمْشِي عَلَى اسْتِحْيَاءٍ قَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي يَدْعُوكَ لِيَجْزِيَكَ أَجْرَ مَا سَقَيْتَ لَنَا فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُ وَقَصَّ عَلَيْهِ الْقَصَصَ قَالَ لَا تَخَفْ نَجَوْتَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ 
25a fa-ǧāʾat-hu ʾiḥdā-humā
25b tamšī ʿalā stiḥyāʾin
25c qālat
25d ʾinna ʾab-ī yadʿū-ka
25e li-yaǧziya-ka ʾaǧra mā saqayta la-nā
25f fa-lammā ǧāʾa-hū
25g wa-qaṣṣa ʿalay-hi l-qaṣaṣa
25h qāla
25i lā taḫaf
25j naǧawta mina l-qawmi ẓ-ẓālimīna 
Then there came unto him one of the two women, walking shyly. She said: Lo! my father biddeth thee, that he may reward thee with a payment for that thou didst water (the flock) for us. Then, when he came unto him and told him the (whole) story, he said: Fear not! Thou hast escaped from the wrongdoing folk. 25 
那兩個女子中的一個,羞澀地來對他說:「我的父親的確要請你去,要酬謝你替我 
قَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا يَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ 
26a qālat ʾiḥdā-humā
26b V yā-ʾabat-i
26b staʾǧir-hu
26c ʾinna ḫayra mani staʾǧarta l-qawīyu l-ʾamīnu 
One of the two women said: O my father! Hire him! For the best (man) that thou canst hire in the strong, the trustworthy. 26 
那兩個女子中的一個說:「我的父親啊!請你顧用他。你最好顧用這個又強壯又忠 
قَالَ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُنكِحَكَ إِحْدَى ابْنَتَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ عَلَىٰ أَن تَأْجُرَنِي ثَمَانِيَ حِجَجٍ فَإِنْ أَتْمَمْتَ عَشْرًا فَمِنْ عِندِكَ وَمَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَيْكَ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ 
27a qāla
27b ʾin-nī ʾurīdu
27c ʾan ʾunkiḥa-ka ʾiḥdā bnatay-ya hātayni
27d ʿalā ʾan taʾǧura-nī ṯamāniya ḥiǧaǧin
27e fa-ʾin ʾatmamta ʿašran
27f fa-min ʿindi-ka
27g wa-mā ʾurīdu
27h ʾan ʾašuqqa ʿalay-ka
27i sa-taǧidu-nī
27j ʾin šāʾa llāhu
27i mina ṣ-ṣāliḥīna 
He said: Lo! I fain would marry thee to one of these two daughters of mine on condition that thou hirest thyself to me for (the term of) eight pilgrimages. Then if thou completest ten it will be of thine own accord, for I would not make it hard for thee. Allah willing, thou wilt find me of the righteous. 27 
他說:「我必定以我的這兩個女兒中的一個嫁給你,但你必須替我做八年工。如果 
قَالَ ذَٰلِكَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ أَيَّمَا الْأَجَلَيْنِ قَضَيْتُ فَلَا عُدْوَانَ عَلَيَّ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَا نَقُولُ وَكِيلٌ 
28a qāla
28b ḏālika bayn-ī wa-bayna-ka
28c ʾayya-mā l-ʾaǧalayni qaḍaytu
28d fa-lā ʿudwāna ʿalay-ya
28e wa-llāhu ʿalā mā naqūlu wakīlun 
He said: That (is settled) between thee and me. Whichever of the two terms I fulfil, there will be no injustice to me, and Allah is Surety over what we say. 28 
他說:「這是我與你所訂的合同,我無論做滿那一個期限對於我都不可有過份的要 
فَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ مُوسَى الْأَجَلَ وَسَارَ بِأَهْلِهِ آنَسَ مِن جَانِبِ الطُّورِ نَارًا قَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَّعَلِّي آتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ جَذْوَةٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ 
29a fa-lammā qaḍā mūsā l-ʾaǧala
29b wa-sāra bi-ʾahli-hī
29c ʾānasa min ǧānibi ṭ-ṭūri nāran
29d qāla li-ʾahli-hī
29e mkuṯū
29f ʾin-nī ʾānastu nāran
29g laʿall-ī ʾātī-kum min-hā bi-ḫabarin ʾaw ǧaḏwatin mina n-nāri
29h laʿalla-kum taṣṭalūna 
Then, when Moses had fulfilled the term, and was travelling with his housefolk, he saw in the distance a fire and said unto his housefolk: Bide ye (here). Lo! I see in the distance a fire; peradventure I shall bring you tidings thence, or a brand from the fire that ye may warm yourselves. 29 
當穆薩已做滿期限,而帶著他的家屬旅行的時候,他看見那座山的這邊有一處火光 
فَلَمَّا أَتَاهَا نُودِيَ مِن شَاطِئِ الْوَادِ الْأَيْمَنِ فِي الْبُقْعَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ أَن يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنِّي أَنَا اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ 
30a fa-lammā ʾatā-hā
30b nūdiya min šāṭiʾi l-wādi l-ʾaymani fī l-buqʿati l-mubārakati mina š-šaǧarati
30c ʾan
30c V yā-mūsā
30c P ʾin-nī
30c ʾanā llāhu rabbu l-ʿālamīna 
And when he reached it, he was called from the right side of the valley in the blessed field, from the tree: O Moses! Lo! I, even I, am Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; 30 
他已來到那個火光的附近,山谷的右岸上,有叢林的吉祥處,發出呼聲說:「穆薩 
وَأَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ فَلَمَّا رَآهَا تَهْتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَانٌّ وَلَّىٰ مُدْبِرًا وَلَمْ يُعَقِّبْ يَا مُوسَىٰ أَقْبِلْ وَلَا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الْآمِنِينَ 
31a wa-ʾan ʾalqi ʿaṣā-ka
31b fa-lammā raʾā-hā
31c tahtazzu
31d ka-ʾanna-hā ǧānnun
31e wallā
mudbiran
31f wa-lam yuʿaqqib
31g V yā-mūsā
31g ʾaqbil
31h wa-lā taḫaf
31i ʾinna-ka mina l-ʾāminīna 
Throw down thy staff. And when he saw it writhing as it had been a demon, he turned to flee headlong, (and it was said unto him): O Moses! Draw nigh and fear not. Lo! thou art of those who are secure. 31 
你拋下你的手杖吧。」他看見那條手杖蜿蜒如蛇,就轉臉退避,不敢轉回去。「穆 
اسْلُكْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ وَاضْمُمْ إِلَيْكَ جَنَاحَكَ مِنَ الرَّهْبِ فَذَانِكَ بُرْهَانَانِ مِن رَّبِّكَ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ 
32a sluk yada-ka fī ǧaybi-ka
32b taḫruǧ bayḍāʾa min ġayri sūʾin
32c wa-ḍmum ʾilay-ka ǧanāḥa-ka mina r-rahbi
32d fa-ḏānika burhānāni min rabbi-ka ʾilā firʿawna wa-malāʾi-hī
32e ʾinna-hum kānū qawman fāsiqīna 
Thrust thy hand into the bosom of thy robe it will come forth white without hurt. And guard thy heart from fear. Then these shall be two proofs from your Lord unto Pharaoh and his chiefs. Lo! they are evil-living folk. 32 
你把你的手插入懷中,它將白亮亮地抽出來,卻無惡疾。你為恐怖而把你的手縮回 
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي قَتَلْتُ مِنْهُمْ نَفْسًا فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقْتُلُونِ 
33a qāla
33b V rabb-i
33b ʾin-nī qataltu min-hum nafsan
33c fa-ʾaḫāfu
33d ʾan yaqtulū-ni 
He said: My Lord! Lo! I killed a man among them and I fear that they will kill me. 33 
他說:「我的主啊!我確已殺過他們中的一個人,所以我怕他們殺我。 
وَأَخِي هَارُونُ هُوَ أَفْصَحُ مِنِّي لِسَانًا فَأَرْسِلْهُ مَعِيَ رِدْءًا يُصَدِّقُنِي إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ 
34a wa-ʾaḫ-ī hārūnu huwa ʾafṣaḥu minn-ī lisānan
34b fa-ʾarsil-hu maʿ-ī ridʾan
34c yusaddiqu-nī
34d ʾin-nī ʾaḫāfu
34e ʾan yukaḏḏibū-ni 
My brother Aaron is more eloquent than me in speech. Therefor send him with me as a helper to confirm me. Lo! I fear that they will give the lie to me. 34 
我的哥哥哈倫,口才比我好,求你派他同我去,做我的助手,証實我的使命;我的 
قَالَ سَنَشُدُّ عَضُدَكَ بِأَخِيكَ وَنَجْعَلُ لَكُمَا سُلْطَانًا فَلَا يَصِلُونَ إِلَيْكُمَا بِآيَاتِنَا أَنتُمَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَكُمَا الْغَالِبُونَ 
35a qāla
35b sa-našuddu ʿaḍuda-ka bi-ʾaḫī-ka
35c wa-naǧʿalu la-kumā sulṭānan
35d fa-lā yaṣilūna ʾilay-kumā bi-ʾāyāti-nā
35e ʾantumā wa-mani ttabaʿa-kumā l-ġālibūna 
He said: We will strengthen thine arm with thy brother, and We will give unto you both power so that they cannot reach you for Our portents. Ye twain, and those who follow you, will be the winners. 35 
真主說:「我將以你的哥哥助你一臂之力,我要給你們倆一種權力,所以他們不能 
فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُم مُّوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالُوا مَا هَٰذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّفْتَرًى وَمَا سَمِعْنَا بِهَٰذَا فِي آبَائِنَا الْأَوَّلِينَ 
36a fa-lammā ǧāʾa-hum mūsā bi-ʾāyāti-nā bayyinātin
36b qālū
36c mā hāḏā ʾil-lā siḥrun muftaran
36d wa-mā samiʿnā bi-hāḏā fī ʾābāʾi-nā l-ʾawwalīna 
But when Moses came unto them with Our clear tokens, they said: This is naught but invented magic. We never heard of this among our fathers of old. 36 
當穆薩已帶著我的許多明顯的蹟象來到他們面前的時候,他們說:「這個只是捏造 
وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ رَبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِمَن جَاءَ بِالْهُدَىٰ مِنْ عِندِهِ وَمَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدَّارِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ 
37a wa-qāla mūsā
37b rabbī ʾaʿlamu bi-man ǧāʾa bi-l-hudā min ʿindi-hī
wa-man takūnu la-hū ʿāqibatu d-dāri
37c ʾinna-hū lā yufliḥu ẓ-ẓālimūna 
And Moses said: My Lord is Best Aware of him who bringeth guidance from His presence, and whose will be the sequel of the Home (of bliss). Lo! wrong-doers will not be successful. 37 
穆薩說:「我的主知道誰帶來了從他那裡降臨的正道,誰得享受後世的善果。不義 
وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ مَا عَلِمْتُ لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرِي فَأَوْقِدْ لِي يَا هَامَانُ عَلَى الطِّينِ فَاجْعَل لِّي صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّي أَطَّلِعُ إِلَىٰ إِلَٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهُ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ 
38a wa-qāla firʿawnu
38b V yā-ʾayyu-hā l-malaʾu
38b mā ʿalimtu la-kum min ʾilāhin ġayr-ī
38c fa-ʾawqid l-ī
38d V yā-hāmānu
38d ʿalā ṭ-ṭīni
38e fa-ǧʿal l-ī ṣarḥan
38f laʿall-ī ʾaṭṭaliʿu ʾilā ʾilāhi mūsā
38g wa-ʾin-nī la-ʾaẓunnu-hū mina l-kāḏibīna 
And Pharaoh said: O chiefs! I know not that ye have a god other than me, so kindle for me (a fire), O Haman, to bake the mud; and set up for me a lofty tower in order that I may survey the god of Moses; and lo! I deem him of the liars. 38 
法老說:「臣僕們啊!我不知道除我外還有別的神靈。哈曼啊!你應當替我燒磚, 
وَاسْتَكْبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنُودُهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا يُرْجَعُونَ 
39a wa-stakbara huwa wa-ǧunūdu-hū fī l-ʾarḍi bi-ġayri l-ḥaqqi
39b wa-ẓannū
39c ʾanna-hum ʾilay-nā lā yurǧaʿūna 
And he and his hosts were haughty in the land without right, and deemed that they would never be brought back to Us. 39 
他和他的軍隊,在國中妄自尊大,他們猜想自己不被召歸於我。 
فَأَخَذْنَاهُ وَجُنُودَهُ فَنَبَذْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِينَ 
40a fa-ʾaḫaḏnā-hu wa-ǧunūda-hū
40b fa-nabaḏnā-hum fī l-yammi
40c fa-nẓur
40d kayfa kāna ʿāqibatu ẓ-ẓālimīna 
Therefor We seized him and his hosts, and abandoned them unto the sea. Behold the nature of the consequence for evil-doers! 40 
我就懲治他和他的軍隊,把他們投入海中。你看看不義者的結局是怎樣的。 
وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُنصَرُونَ 
41a wa-ǧaʿalnā-hum ʾaʾimmatan
41a R yadʿūna ʾilā n-nāri
41b wa-yawma l-qiyāmati lā yunṣarūna 
And We made them patterns that invite unto the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped. 41 
我以他們為召人於火獄的罪魁,復活日,他們將不獲援助。 
وَأَتْبَعْنَاهُمْ فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ هُم مِّنَ الْمَقْبُوحِينَ 
42a wa-ʾatbaʿnā-hum fī hāḏihī d-dunyā laʿnatan
42b wa-yawma l-qiyāmati hum mina l-maqbūḥīna 
And We made a curse to follow them in this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they will be among the hateful. 42 
在今世我使詛罵追隨他們;復活日,他們的面目將變成醜惡的。 
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا أَهْلَكْنَا الْقُرُونَ الْأُولَىٰ بَصَائِرَ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ 
43a wa-la-qad ʾātaynā mūsā l-kitāba
43b min baʿdi mā ʾahlaknā l-qurūna l-ʾūlā
43a baṣāʾira li-n-nāsi wa-hudan wa-raḥmatan
43b laʿalla-hum yataḏakkarūna 
And We verily gave the Scripture unto Moses after We had destroyed the generations of old: clear testimonies for mankind, and a guidance and a mercy, that haply they might reflect. 43 
在毀滅遠古的各世代之後,我確已把經典賞賜穆薩,以作世人的明証、向導和恩惠 
وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ الْغَرْبِيِّ إِذْ قَضَيْنَا إِلَىٰ مُوسَى الْأَمْرَ وَمَا كُنتَ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ 
44a wa-mā kunta bi-ǧānibi l-ġarbīyi
44b ʾiḏ qaḍaynā ʾilā mūsā l-ʾamra
44c wa-mā kunta mina š-šāhidīna 
And thou (Muhammad) wast not on the western side (of the Mount) when We expounded unto Moses the commandment, and thou wast not among those present; 44 
當我以我的命令啟示穆薩的時候,你沒有在西山邊,也沒有親眼看見。 
وَلَٰكِنَّا أَنشَأْنَا قُرُونًا فَتَطَاوَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعُمُرُ وَمَا كُنتَ ثَاوِيًا فِي أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ تَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا وَلَٰكِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ 
45a wa-lākinna ʾanšaʾnā qurūnan
45b fa-taṭāwala ʿalay-himu l-ʿumuru
45c wa-mā kunta ṯāwiyan fī ʾahli madyana
45d tatlū ʿalay-him ʾāyāti-nā
45e wa-lākin-nā kunnā mursilīna 
But We brought forth generations, and their lives dragged on for them. And thou wast not a dweller in Midian, reciting unto them Our revelations, but We kept sending (messengers to men). 45 
但我創造了許多世紀,那些世代曾經過漫長的歲月。你沒有居住在麥德彥人之間, 
وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ الطُّورِ إِذْ نَادَيْنَا وَلَٰكِن رَّحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّا أَتَاهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ 
46a wa-mā kunta bi-ǧānibi ṭ-ṭūri
46b ʾiḏ nādaynā
46c wa-lākin raḥmatan min rabbi-ka
46d li-tunḏira qawman
46e mā ʾatā-hum min naḏīrin min qabli-ka
46f laʿalla-hum yataḏakkarūna 
And thou was not beside the Mount when We did call; but (the knowledge of it is) a mercy from thy Lord that thou mayst warn a folk unto whom no warner came before thee, that haply they may give heed. 46 
當我召喚(穆薩)的時候,你沒有在山邊,但這是從你的主降下的恩惠,以便你警 
وَلَوْلَا أَن تُصِيبَهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ وَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ 
47a wa-law-lā ʾan tuṣība-hum muṣībatun bi-mā qaddamat ʾaydī-him
47b fa-yaqūlū
47c V rabba-nā
47c law-lā ʾarsalta ʾilay-nā rasūlan
47d fa-nattabiʿa ʾāyāti-ka
47e wa-nakūna mina l-muʾminīna 
Otherwise, if disaster should afflict them because of that which their own hands have sent before (them), they might say: Our Lord! Why sentest Thou no messenger unto us, that we might have followed Thy revelations and been of the believers? 47 
若不是他們將為自己犯罪而遭殃,並且說:「我們的主啊!你怎麼不派一個使者來 
فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ عِندِنَا قَالُوا لَوْلَا أُوتِيَ مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفُرُوا بِمَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ مِن قَبْلُ قَالُوا سِحْرَانِ تَظَاهَرَا وَقَالُوا إِنَّا بِكُلٍّ كَافِرُونَ 
48a fa-lammā ǧāʾa-humu l-ḥaqqu min ʿindi-nā
48b qālū
48c law-lā ʾūtiya miṯla mā ʾūtiya mūsā
48d ʾa-wa-lam yakfurū bi-mā ʾūtiya mūsā min qablu
48e qālū
48f siḥrāni
48f R taẓāharā
48g wa-qālū
48h ʾin-nā bi-kullin kāfirūna 
But when there came unto them the Truth from Our presence, they said: Why is he not given the like of what was given unto Moses? Did they not disbelieve in that which was given unto Moses of old? They say: Two magics that support each other; and they say: Lo! in both we are disbelievers. 48 
當我所啟示的真理降臨他們的時候,他們說:「他為甚麼不能獲得像穆薩所獲得的 
قُلْ فَأْتُوا بِكِتَابٍ مِّنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ هُوَ أَهْدَىٰ مِنْهُمَا أَتَّبِعْهُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ 
49a qul
49b fa-ʾtū bi-kitābin min ʿindi llāhi
49b R huwa ʾahdā min-humā
49c ʾattabiʿ-hu
49d ʾin kuntum ṣādiqīna 
Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Then bring a scripture from the presence of Allah that giveth clearer guidance than these two (that) I may follow it, if ye are truthful. 49 
你說:「如果你們是誠實的人,那末,你們拿一部經典來,只要是真主所啟示的, 
فَإِن لَّمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكَ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ اتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِّنَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ 
50a fa-ʾin lam yastaǧībū la-ka
50b fa-ʿlam
50c ʾanna-mā yattabiʿūna ʾahwāʾa-hum
50d wa-man ʾaḍallu mim-mani ttabaʿa hawā-hu bi-ġayri hudan mina llāhi
50e ʾinna llāha lā yahdī l-qawma ẓ-ẓālimīna 
And if they answer thee not, then know that what they follow is their lusts. And who goeth farther astray than he who followeth his lust without guidance from Allah. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk. 50 
如果他們不答應你,那末,你應當知道他們只是順從自己的私欲。捨真主所啟示的 
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّلْنَا لَهُمُ الْقَوْلَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ 
51a wa-la-qad waṣṣalnā la-humu l-qawla
51b laʿalla-hum yataḏakkarūna 
And now verily We have caused the Word to reach them, that haply they may give heed. 51 
我確已續示真言,以便他們記念。 
الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِهِ هُم بِهِ يُؤْمِنُونَ 
52 llaḏīna ʾātaynā-humu l-kitāba min qabli-hī hum bi-hī yuʾminūna 
Those unto whom We gave the Scripture before it, they believe in it, 52 
在啟示這真言之前,曾蒙我賞賜天經的人,是確信這真言的。 
وَإِذَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِهِ إِنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلِهِ مُسْلِمِينَ 
53a wa-ʾiḏā yutlā ʿalay-him
53b qālū
53c ʾāmannā bi-hī
53d ʾinna-hū l-ḥaqqu min rabbi-nā
53e ʾin-nā kunnā min qabli-hī muslimīna 
And when it is recited unto them, they say: We believe in it. Lo! it is the Truth from our Lord. Lo! even before it we were of those who surrender (unto Him). 53 
當有人對他們宣讀這真言的時候,他們說:「我們確信這真言,它確是從我們的主 
أُولَٰئِكَ يُؤْتَوْنَ أَجْرَهُم مَّرَّتَيْنِ بِمَا صَبَرُوا وَيَدْرَءُونَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ السَّيِّئَةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ 
54a ʾulāʾika yuʾtawna ʾaǧra-hum marratayni bi-mā ṣabarū
54b wa-yadraʾūna bi-l-ḥasanati s-sayyiʾata
54c wa-mim-mā razaqnā-hum yunfiqūna 
These will be given their reward twice over, because they are steadfast and repel evil with good, and spend of that wherewith We have provided them, 54 
這等人,因能堅忍,且能以德報怨,並分捨我所賜予他們的,故得加倍的報酬。 
وَإِذَا سَمِعُوا اللَّغْوَ أَعْرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا نَبْتَغِي الْجَاهِلِينَ 
55a wa-ʾiḏā samiʿū l-laġwa
55b ʾaʿraḍū ʿan-hu
55c wa-qālū
55d la-nā ʾaʿmālu-nā
55e wa-lakum ʾaʿmālu-kum
55f salāmun ʿalay-kum
55g lā nabtaġī l-ǧahilīna 
And when they hear vanity they withdraw from it and say: Unto us our works and unto you your works. Peace be unto you! We desire not the ignorant. 55 
當他們聽到惡言的時候,立即退避,他們說:「我們有我們的行為,你們有你們的 
إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ 
56a ʾinna-ka lā tahdī man ʾaḥbabta
56b wa-lākinna llāha yahdī man yašāʾu
56c wa-huwa ʾaʿlamu bi-l-muhtadīna 
Lo! thou (O Muhammad) guidest not whom thou lovest, but Allah guideth whom He will. And He is Best Aware of those who walk aright. 56 
你必定不能使你所喜愛的人遵循正道,真主卻能使他所意欲的人遵循正道,他知道 
وَقَالُوا إِن نَّتَّبِعِ الْهُدَىٰ مَعَكَ نُتَخَطَّفْ مِنْ أَرْضِنَا أَوَلَمْ نُمَكِّن لَّهُمْ حَرَمًا آمِنًا يُجْبَىٰ إِلَيْهِ ثَمَرَاتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ رِّزْقًا مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 
57a wa-qālū
57b ʾin nattabiʿi l-hudā maʿa-ka
57c nutaḫaṭṭaf min ʾarḍi-nā
57d ʾa-wa-lam numakkin la-hum ḥaraman ʾāminan
57d R yuǧbā ʾilay-hi ṯamarātu kulli šayʾin rizqan min ladun-nā
57e wa-lākinna ʾakṯara-hum lā yaʿlamūna 
And they say: If we were to follow the Guidance with thee we should be torn out of our land. Have We not established for them a sure sanctuary, whereunto the produce of all things is brought (in trade), a provision from Our presence? But most of them know not. 57 
他們說:「如果我們與你共同遵守正道,我們將被驅逐出境。」難道我沒有為他們 
وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ بَطِرَتْ مَعِيشَتَهَا فَتِلْكَ مَسَاكِنُهُمْ لَمْ تُسْكَن مِّن بَعْدِهِمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا وَكُنَّا نَحْنُ الْوَارِثِينَ 
58a wa-kam ʾahlaknā min qaryatin
58a R baṭirat maʿīšata-hā
58b fa-tilka masākinu-hum lam tuskan min baʿdi-him ʾil-lā qalīlan
58c wa-kunnā naḥnu l-wāriṯīna 
And how many a community have We destroyed that was thankless for its means of livelihood! And yonder are their dwellings, which have not been inhabited after them save a little. And We, even We, were the inheritors. 58 
我曾毀滅許多城市,那些城市裡的居民,過一種驕奢的生活。這些是他們的居住地 
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبْعَثَ فِي أُمِّهَا رَسُولًا يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا وَمَا كُنَّا مُهْلِكِي الْقُرَىٰ إِلَّا وَأَهْلُهَا ظَالِمُونَ 
59a wa-mā kāna rabbu-ka muhlika l-qurā
59b ḥattā yabʿaṯa fī ʾummi-hā rasūlan
59b R yatlū ʿalay-him ʾāyāti-nā
59c wa-mā kunnā muhlikī l-qurā
59d ʾil-lā wa-ʾahlu-hā ẓālimūna 
And never did thy Lord destroy the townships, till He had raised up in their mother(-town) a messenger reciting unto them Our revelations. And never did We destroy the townships unless the folk thereof were evil-doers. 59 
你的主,不會毀滅各城市,直到他在首邑中派遣一個使者,對各城市的居民宣讀他 
وَمَا أُوتِيتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَمَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتُهَا وَمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ 
60a wa-mā ʾūtītum min šayʾin fa-matāʿu l-ḥayāti d-dunyā wa-zīnatu-hā
60b wa-mā ʿinda llāhi ḫayrun wa-ʾabqā
60c ʾa-fa-lā taʿqilūna 
And whatsoever ye have been given is a comfort of the life of the world and an ornament thereof; and that which Allah hath is better and more lasting. Have ye then no sense? 60 
你們所受賜的,無論甚麼,都是今世生活的給養和裝飾,在真主那裡的(報酬)是 
أَفَمَن وَعَدْنَاهُ وَعْدًا حَسَنًا فَهُوَ لَاقِيهِ كَمَن مَّتَّعْنَاهُ مَتَاعَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ هُوَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِينَ 
61a ʾa-fa-man waʿadnā-hu waʿdan ḥasanan
61b fa-huwa lāqī-hi
61a ka-man mattaʿnā-hu matāʿa l-ḥayāti d-dunyā
61c ṯumma huwa yawma l-qiyāmati mina l-muḥḍarīna 
Is he whom We have promised a fair promise which he will find (true) like him whom We suffer to enjoy awhile the comfort of the life of the world, then on the Day of Resurrection he will be of those arraigned? 61 
得到我的美好的應許,而將獲得實惠的人,與在今世生活中獲得我的給養而在復活 
وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ 
62a wa-yawma yunādī-him
62b fa-yaqūlu
62c ʾayna šurakāʾ-iya
62c R llaḏīna kuntum tazʿumūna 
On the day when He will call unto them and say: Where are My partners whom ye imagined? 62 
在那日,真主將召喚他們說:「你們所妄稱我的伙伴者,如今在那裡呢?」 
قَالَ الَّذِينَ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقَوْلُ رَبَّنَا هَٰؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ أَغْوَيْنَا أَغْوَيْنَاهُمْ كَمَا غَوَيْنَا تَبَرَّأْنَا إِلَيْكَ مَا كَانُوا إِيَّانَا يَعْبُدُونَ 
63a qāla llaḏīna ḥaqqa ʿalay-himu l-qawlu
63b V rabba-nā
63b hāʾulāʾ llaḏīna ʾaġwaynā ʾaġwaynā-hum
63c ka-mā ġawaynā
63d tabarraʾnā ʾilay-ka
63e mā kānū ʾīyā-nā yaʿbudūna 
Those concerning whom the Word will have come true will say: Our Lord! These are they whom we led astray. We led them astray even as we ourselves were astray. We declare our innocence before Thee: us they never worshipped. 63 
受判決的人們說:「我們的主啊!我們曾使這些人迷誤,固然我們迷誤他們,但他 
وَقِيلَ ادْعُوا شُرَكَاءَكُمْ فَدَعَوْهُمْ فَلَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَهُمْ وَرَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَهْتَدُونَ 
64a wa-qīla
64b dʿū šurakāʾa-kum
64c fa-daʿaw-hum
64d fa-lam yastaǧībū la-hum
64e wa-raʾawū l-ʿaḏāba
64f law ʾanna-hum kānū yahtadūna 
And it will be said: Cry unto your (so-called) partners (of Allah). And they will cry unto them, and they will give no answer unto them, and they will see the Doom. Ah, if they had but been guided! 64 
將用聲音召喚他們說:「你們把你們的配主召喚來吧!」他們就召喚他們,但他們 
وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَا أَجَبْتُمُ الْمُرْسَلِينَ 
65a wa-yawma yunādī-him
65b fa-yaqūlu
65c māḏā ʾaǧabtumu l-mursalīna 
And on the Day when He will call unto them and say: What answer gave ye to the messengers? 65 
在那日,真主將召喚他們說:「你們所用以答覆使者們的是甚麼呢?」 
فَعَمِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَنبَاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَهُمْ لَا يَتَسَاءَلُونَ 
66a fa-ʿamiyat ʿalay-himu l-ʾanbāʾu yawmaʾiḏin
66b fa-hum lā yatasāʾalūna 
On that day (all) tidings will be dimmed for them, nor will they ask one of another, 66 
在那日,一切口供將對他們變成曖昧的,所以他們不相詢問。 
فَأَمَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَعَسَىٰ أَن يَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُفْلِحِينَ 
67 P fa-ʾammā man tāba wa-ʾāmana wa-ʿamila ṣāliḥan
67 fa-ʿasā ʾan yakūna mina l-mufliḥīna 
But as for him who shall repent and believe and do right, he haply may be one of the successful. 67 
至於悔罪、信道和行善的人,或許是成功的。 
وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ 
68a wa-rabbu-ka yaḫluqu mā yašāʾu
68b wa-yaḫtāru
68c mā kāna la-humu l-ḫiyarātu
68d J subḥāna llāhi
68e wa-taʿālā ʿam-mā yušrikūna 
Thy Lord bringeth to pass what He willeth and chooseth. They have never any choice. Glorified be Allah and Exalted above all that they associate (with Him)! 68 
你的主,創造他所意欲的,選擇他所意欲的,他們沒有選擇的權利。讚頌真主,超 
وَرَبُّكَ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ 
69 wa-rabbu-ka yaʿlamu mā tukinnu ṣudūru-hum wa-mā yuʿlinūna 
And thy Lord knoweth what their breasts conceal, and what they publish. 69 
你的主知道他們的胸中所隱藏的和他們(的口頭)所表白的。 
وَهُوَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْأُولَىٰ وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ 
70a wa-huwa llāhu
70b lā ʾilāha ʾil-lā huwa
70c la-hū l-ḥamdu fī l-ʾūlā wa-l-ʾāḫirati
70d wa-la-hū l-ḥukmu
70e wa-ʾilay-hi turǧaʿūna 
And He is Allah; there is no God save Him. His is all praise in the former and the latter (state), and His is the command, and unto Him ye will be brought back. 70 
他是真主,除他外,絕無應受崇拜的,今世後世的讚頌全歸他,判決只由他作出。 
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ اللَّيْلَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِضِيَاءٍ أَفَلَا تَسْمَعُونَ 
71a qul
71b ʾa-raʾaytum
71c ʾin ǧaʿala llāhu ʿalay-kumu l-layla sarmadan ʾilā yawmi l-qiyāmati
71d man ʾilāhun ġayru llāhi yaʾtī-kum bi-ḍiyāʾin
71e ʾa-fa-lā tasmaʿūna 
Say: Have ye thought, if Allah made night everlasting for you till the Day of Resurrection, who is a god beside Allah who could bring you light? Will ye not then hear? 71 
你說:「你們告訴我吧!如果真主使黑夜為你們延長到復活日,那末,除真主外, 
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ النَّهَارَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِلَيْلٍ تَسْكُنُونَ فِيهِ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ 
72a qul
72b ʾa-raʾaytum
72c ʾin ǧaʿala llāhu ʿalay-kumu n-nahāra sarmadan ʾilā yawmi l-qiyāmati
72d man ʾilāhun ġayru llāhi yaʾtī-kum bi-laylin
72d R taskunūna fī-hi
72e ʾa-fa-lā tubṣirūna 
Say: Have ye thought, if Allah made day everlasting for you till the Day of Resurrection, who is a god beside Allah who could bring you night wherein ye rest? Will ye not then see? 72 
你說:「你們告訴我吧!如果真主使白晝為你們延長到復活日,那末,除真主外, 
وَمِن رَّحْمَتِهِ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ لِتَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ 
73a wa-min raḥmati-hī ǧaʿala la-kumu l-layla wa-n-nahāra
73b li-taskunū fī-hi
73c wa-li-tabtaġū min faḍli-hī
73d wa-laʿalla-kum taškurūna 
Of His mercy hath He appointed for you night and day, that therein ye may rest, and that ye may seek His bounty, and that haply ye may be thankful. 73 
他為憐恤你們而為你們創造黑夜和白晝,以便你們在黑夜安息,而在白晝尋求他的 
وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ 
74a wa-yawma yunādī-him
74b fa-yaqūlu
74c ʾayna šurakāʾ-iya
74c R llaḏīna kuntum tazʿumūna 
And on the Day when He shall call unto them and say: Where are My partners whom ye pretended? 74 
在那日,他將召喚他們說:「你們所妄稱為我的伙伴的,如今在那裡呢?」 
وَنَزَعْنَا مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا فَقُلْنَا هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ فَعَلِمُوا أَنَّ الْحَقَّ لِلَّهِ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ 
75a wa-nazaʿnā min kulli ʾummatin šahīdan
75b fa-qulnā
75c hātū burhāna-kum
75d fa-ʿalimū
75e ʾanna l-ḥaqqa li-llāhi
75f wa-ḍalla ʿan-hum mā kānū yaftarūna 
And We shall take out from every nation a witness and We shall say: Bring your proof. Then they will know that Allah hath the Truth, and all that they invented will have failed them. 75 
我將從每一個民族中選拔一個証人,並且說:「你們把你們的証據拿來吧!」他們 
إِنَّ قَارُونَ كَانَ مِن قَوْمِ مُوسَىٰ فَبَغَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْكُنُوزِ مَا إِنَّ مَفَاتِحَهُ لَتَنُوءُ بِالْعُصْبَةِ أُولِي الْقُوَّةِ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُ قَوْمُهُ لَا تَفْرَحْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَرِحِينَ 
76a ʾinna qārūna kāna min qawmi mūsā
76b fa-baġā ʿalay-him
76c wa-ʾātaynā-hu mina l-kunūzi
76d mā ʾinna mafātiḥa-hū la-tanūʾu bi-l-ʿuṣbati ʾulī l-qūwati
76e ʾiḏ qāla la-hū qawmu-hū
76f lā tafraḥ
76g ʾinna llāha lā yuḥibbu l-fariḥīna 
Now Korah was of Moses’ folk, but he oppressed them; and We gave him so much treasure that the stores thereof would verily have been a burden for a troop of mighty men. When his own folk said unto him: Exult not; lo! Allah loveth not the exultant; 76 
戈倫的確屬於穆薩的宗族,但他虐待他們。我曾賞賜他許多財寶,那些財寶的鑰匙 
وَابْتَغِ فِيمَا آتَاكَ اللَّهُ الدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ وَلَا تَنسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَأَحْسِن كَمَا أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ 
77a wa-btaġi fī mā ʾātā-ka llāhu d-dāra l-ʾāḫirata
77b wa-lā tansā naṣība-ka mina d-dunyā
77c wa-ʾaḥsin
77d ka-mā ʾaḥsana llāhu ʾilay-ka
77e wa-lā tabġi l-fasāda fī l-ʾarḍi
77f ʾinna llāha lā yuḥibbu l-mufsidīna 
But seek the abode of the Hereafter in that which Allah hath given thee and neglect not thy portion of the world, and be thou kind even as Allah hath been kind to thee, and seek not corruption in the earth; lo! Allah loveth not corrupters, 77 
你應當借真主賞賜你的財富而營謀後世的住宅,你不要忘卻你在今世的定分。你當 
قَالَ إِنَّمَا أُوتِيتُهُ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ عِندِي أَوَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَهْلَكَ مِن قَبْلِهِ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مَنْ هُوَ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُ قُوَّةً وَأَكْثَرُ جَمْعًا وَلَا يُسْأَلُ عَن ذُنُوبِهِمُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ 
78a qāla
78b ʾinna-mā ʾūtītu-hū ʿalā ʿilmin ʿind-ī
78c ʾa-wa-lam yaʿlam
78d ʾanna llāha qad ʾahlaka min qabli-hī mina l-qurūni
man huwa ʾašaddu min-hu qūwatan wa-ʾakṯaru ǧamʿan
78e wa-lā yusʾalu ʿan ḏunūbi-himu l-muǧrimūna 
He said: I have been given it only on account of knowledge I possess. Knew he not that Allah had destroyed already of the generations before him men who were mightier than him in strength and greater in respect of following? The guilty are not questioned of their sins. 78 
他說:「我獲得這項財富,只是因為我有特殊的知識罷了。」難道他不知道嗎?在 
فَخَرَجَ عَلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ فِي زِينَتِهِ قَالَ الَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا يَا لَيْتَ لَنَا مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ قَارُونُ إِنَّهُ لَذُو حَظٍّ عَظِيمٍ 
79a fa-ḫaraǧa ʿalā qawmi-hī fī zīnati-hī
79b qāla llaḏīna yurīdūna l-ḥayata d-dunyā
79c J yā-layta la-nā miṯla mā ʾūtiya qārūnu
79d ʾinna-hū la-ḏū ḥaẓẓin ʿaẓīmin 
Then went he forth before his people in his pomp. Those who were desirous of the life of the world said: Ah, would that we had the like of what hath been given unto Korah! Lo! he is lord of rare good fortune. 79 
戈倫曾盛裝出游,以豪華誇示自己的宗族。愛今世生活的人說:「但願我們獲得戈 
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَيْلَكُمْ ثَوَابُ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ لِّمَنْ آمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا وَلَا يُلَقَّاهَا إِلَّا الصَّابِرُونَ 
80a wa-qāla llaḏīna ʾūtū l-ʿilma
80b J wayla-kum
80c ṯawābu llāhi ḫayrun li-man ʾāmana wa-ʿamila ṣāliḥan
80d wa-lā yulaqqā-hā ʾil-lā ṣ-ṣābirūna 
But those who had been given knowledge said: Woe unto you! The reward of Allah for him who believeth and doeth right is better, and only the steadfast will obtain it. 80 
有學識的人說:「傷哉你們!真主的報酬,對於信道而且行善的人,是更好的,只 
فَخَسَفْنَا بِهِ وَبِدَارِهِ الْأَرْضَ فَمَا كَانَ لَهُ مِن فِئَةٍ يَنصُرُونَهُ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُنتَصِرِينَ 
81a fa-ḫasafnā bi-hī wa-bi-dāri-hī l-ʾarḍa
81b fa-mā kāna la-hū min fiʾatin
81b R yanṣurūna-hū min dūni llāhi
81c wa-mā kāna mina l-muntaṣirīna 
So We caused the earth to swallow him and his dwelling-place. Then he had no host to help him against Allah, nor was he of those who can save themselves. 81 
我使他和他的房屋淪陷在地面下,他沒有黨羽協助他抵抗真主,他也不能自衛。 
وَأَصْبَحَ الَّذِينَ تَمَنَّوْا مَكَانَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ يَقُولُونَ وَيْكَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَوْلَا أَن مَّنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا لَخَسَفَ بِنَا وَيْكَأَنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ 
82a wa-ʾaṣbaḥa llaḏīna tamannaw makāna-hū bi-l-ʾamsi yaqūlūna
82b way-ka-ʾanna llāha yabṣuṭu r-rizqa li-man yašāʾu min ʿibādi-hī
82c wa-yaqdiru
82d law-lā ʾan manna llāhu ʿalay-nā
82e la-ḫasafa bi-nā
82f way-ka-ʾanna-hū lā yufliḥu l-kāfirūna 
And morning found those who had coveted his place but yesterday crying: Ah, welladay! Allah enlargeth the provision for whom He will of His slaves and straiteneth it (for whom He will). If Allah had not been gracious unto us He would have caused it to swallow us (also). Ah, welladay! the disbelievers never prosper. 82 
昨天羡慕戈倫的境遇的人說:「你不見嗎?真主要使哪個僕人的給養寬裕,就使他 
تِلْكَ الدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ نَجْعَلُهَا لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُرِيدُونَ عُلُوًّا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فَسَادًا وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ 
83a tilka d-dāru l-ʾāḫiratu
83b naǧʿalu-hā li-llaḏīna lā yurīdūna ʿulūwan fī l-ʾarḍi wa-lā fasādan
83c wa-l-ʿāqibatu li-l-muttaqīna 
As for that Abode of the Hereafter We assign it unto those who seek not oppression in the earth, nor yet corruption. The sequel is for those who ward off (evil). 83 
這是後世的住宅,我要用來報答那不願傲慢也不願墮落的人。善果只歸敬畏的人。 
مَن جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهَا وَمَن جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجْزَى الَّذِينَ عَمِلُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ إِلَّا مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ 
84a man ǧāʾa bi-l-ḥasanati
84b fa-la-hū ḫayrun min-hā
84c P wa-man ǧāʾa bi-s-sayyiʾati
84c fa-lā yuǧzā llaḏīna ʿamilū s-sayyiʾāti ʾil-lā mā kānū yaʿmalūna 
Whoso bringeth a good deed, he will have better than the same; while as for him who bringeth an ill-deed, those who do ill-deeds will be requited only what they did. 84 
行善的人將得更好的報酬,作惡的人,只受作惡事的報酬。 
إِنَّ الَّذِي فَرَضَ عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْآنَ لَرَادُّكَ إِلَىٰ مَعَادٍ قُل رَّبِّي أَعْلَمُ مَن جَاءَ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَمَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ 
85a ʾinna llaḏī faraḍa ʿalay-ka l-qurʾāna la-rāddu-ka ʾilā maʿādin
85b qul
85c rabb-ī ʾaʿlamu man ǧāʾa bi-l-hudā wa-man huwa fī ḍalālin mubīnin 
Lo! He Who hath given thee the Qur’an for a law will surely bring thee home again. Say: My Lord is Best Aware of him who bringeth guidance and him who is in error manifest. 85 
把《古蘭經》降示給你的,必使你復返故鄉。你說:「我的主知道誰是昭示正道的 
وَمَا كُنتَ تَرْجُو أَن يُلْقَىٰ إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابُ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْكَافِرِينَ 
86a wa-mā kunta tarǧū
86b ʾan yulqā ʾilay-ka l-kitābu ʾil-lā raḥmatan min rabbi-ka
86c fa-lā takūnanna ẓahīran li-l-kāfirīna 
Thou hadst no hope that the Scripture would be inspired in thee; but it is a mercy from thy Lord, so never be a helper to the disbelievers. 86 
你並未希望真主把這部經典賞賜你,但那是由於你的主的恩惠。你絕不要做不信道 
وَلَا يَصُدُّنَّكَ عَنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ بَعْدَ إِذْ أُنزِلَتْ إِلَيْكَ وَادْعُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ 
87a wa-lā yaṣuddunna-ka ʿan ʾāyāti llāhi
87b baʿda ʾiḏ ʾunzilat ʾilay-ka
87c wa-dʿu ʾilā rabbi-ka
87d wa-lā takūnanna mina l-mušrikīna 
And let them not divert thee from the revelations of Allah after they have been sent down unto thee; but call (mankind) unto thy Lord, and be not of those who ascribe partners (unto Him). 87 
真主的蹟象降示你之後,你絕不要任他們妨礙你宣揚那些蹟象。你應當召人來歸順 
وَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ هَالِكٌ إِلَّا وَجْهَهُ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ 
88a wa-lā tadʿu maʿa llāhi ʾilāhan ʾāḫara
88b lā ʾilāha ʾil-lā huwa
88c kullu šayʾin hālikun ʾil-lā waǧha-hū
88d la-hū l-ḥukmu
88e wa-ʾilay-hi turǧaʿūna 
And cry not unto any other god along with Allah. There is no God save Him. Everything will perish save His countenance. His is the command, and unto Him ye will be brought back. 88 
除真主外,你不要祈禱別的任何神靈,除他外,絕無應受崇拜的。除他的本體外,
