Praise be to Allah, unto Whom belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. His is the praise in the Hereafter, and He is the Wise, the Aware. 1

一切讚頌，全歸真主！天地萬物，都是他的。後世的讚頌，只歸於他。他是至睿的

يَعْلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا وَمَا يَنزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَمَا يَعْرُجُ فِيهَا وَهُوَ الرَّحِيمُ الْغَفُورُ

2a yaʿlamu mā yaliǧu fi l-ʾarḍi wa-mā yaḫruǧu min-hā
wa-mā yanzilu mina s-samāʾi wa-mā yaʿruǧu fī-hā
2b wa-huwa r-raḥīmu l-ġafūru

He knoweth that which goeth into the earth and that which cometh forth from it, and that descendeth from the heaven and that which ascendeth into it. He is the Merciful, the Forgiving. 2

他知道潛入地下的，從地下發出的，從天上降下的，升到天上的。他是至慈的，是

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَا تَأْتِينَا السَّاعَةُ قُلْ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّي لَتَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْزُبُ عَنْهُ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا أَصْغَرُ مِن ذَٰلِكَ وَلَا أَكْبَرُ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ

3a wa-qāla llaḏīna kafarū
3b lā taʾtī-nā s-sāʿatu
3c qul
3d balā
wa-rabb-ī
3e la-taʾtiyanna-kum
3d ʿālimi l-ġaybi
3f lā yaʿzubu ʿan-hu miṯqālu ḏarratin fi s-samāwāti wa-lā fi l-ʾarḍi
3g wa-lā ʾaṣġaru min ḏālika wa-lā ʾakbaru ʾil-lā fī kitābin mubīnin

Those who disbelieve say: The Hour will never come unto us. Say: Nay, by my Lord, but it is coming unto you surely. (He is) the Knower of the Unseen. Not an atom’s weight, or less than that or greater, escapeth Him in the heavens or in the earth, but it is in a clear Record, 3

不信道的人們說：「復活時不會來臨我們。」你說：「不然。指我的主發誓，它必

لِّيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ

4a li-yaǧziya llaḏīna ʾāmanū wa-ʿamilū ṣ-ṣāliḥāti
4b P ʾulāʾika
4b la-hum maġfiratun wa-rizqun karīmun
5 P wa-llaḏīna saʿaw fī ʾāyāti-nā
muʿāǧizīna
ʾulāʾika

That He may reward those who believe and do good works. For them is pardon and a rich provision. 4

以便他在復活時報酬信道而行善的人們。這等人，將獲赦宥和優厚的給養。

وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مِّن رِّجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ

5 la-hum ʿaḏābun min riǧzin ʾalīmin

But those who strive against Our revelations, challenging (Us), theirs will be a painful doom of wrath. 5

竭力反對我的蹟象以為已經成功的人，將受痛苦的刑罰。

وَيَرَى الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ هُوَ الْحَقَّ وَيَهْدِي إِلَىٰ صِرَاطِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ

6a wa-yarā llaḏīna ʾūtū l-ʿilma
6b llaḏī ʾunzila ʾilay-ka min rabbi-ka huwa l-ḥaqqa
6c wa-yahdī ʾilā ṣirāṭi l-ʿazīzi l-ḥamīdi

Those who have been given knowledge see that what is revealed unto thee from thy Lord is the truth and leadeth unto the path of the Mighty, the Owner of Praise. 6

有學識的人們，知道從你的主降示你的經典，確是真理，能指示（世人走上）萬能

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هَلْ نَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ يُنَبِّئُكُمْ إِذَا مُزِّقْتُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ إِنَّكُمْ لَفِي خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ

7a wa-qāla llaḏīna kafarū
7b hal nadullu-kum ʿalā raǧulin
7b R yunabbiʾu-kum
7c ʾiḏā muzziqtum kulla mumazzaqin
7d ʾinna-kum la-fī ḫalqin ǧadīdin

Those who disbelieve say: Shall we show you a man who will tell you (that) when ye have become dispersed in dust with most complete dispersal still, even then, ye will be created anew? 7

不信道的人們說：「我們指示你們一個人好嗎？他會告訴你們，當你們被粉碎之後

أَفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَم بِهِ جِنَّةٌ بَلِ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ فِي الْعَذَابِ وَالضَّلَالِ الْبَعِيدِ

8a ʾa-ftarā ʿalā llāhi kaḏiban
8b ʾam bi-hī ǧinnatun
8c bali llaḏīna lā yuʾminūna bi-l-ʾāḫirati fi l-ʿaḏābi wa-ḍ-ḍalāli l-baʿīdi

Hath he invented a lie concerning Allah, or is there in him a madness? Nay, but those who disbelieve in the Hereafter are in torment and far error. 8

他假借真主的名義而捏造呢？還是他有瘋病？」不然！不信後世的人們是在刑罰和

أَفَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَىٰ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِن نَّشَأْ نَخْسِفْ بِهِمُ الْأَرْضَ أَوْ نُسْقِطْ عَلَيْهِمْ كِسَفًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُّنِيبٍ

9a ʾa-fa-lam yaraw ʾilā mā bayna ʾaydī-him wa-mā ḫalfa-hum
mina s-samāʾi wa-l-ʾarḍi
9b ʾin našaʾ
9c naḫsif bi-himu l-ʾarḍa
9d ʾaw nusqiṭ ʿalay-him kisafan mina s-samāʾi
9e ʾinna fī ḏālika la-ʾāyatan li-kulli ʿabdin munībin

Have they not observed what is before them and what is behind them of the sky and the earth? If We will, We can make the earth swallow them, or cause obliteration from the sky to fall on them. Lo! herein surely is a portent for every slave who turneth (to Allah) repentant. 9

難道他們沒有觀察在他們上面和下面的天地嗎？如果我意欲，我必使他們淪陷在地

وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ مِنَّا فَضْلًا يَا جِبَالُ أَوِّبِي مَعَهُ وَالطَّيْرَ وَأَلَنَّا لَهُ الْحَدِيدَ

10a wa-la-qad ʾātayna dāwūda min-nā faḍlan
10b V yā-ǧibālu
10b ʾawwibī maʿa-hū
10c wa-ṭ-ṭayra
10d wa-ʾalannā la-hū l-ḥadīda

And assuredly We gave David grace from Us, (saying): O ye hills and birds, echo his psalms of praise! And We made the iron supple unto him, 10

我確已賞賜達五德從我發出的恩惠。群山啊！眾鳥啊！你們應當和著他讚頌。我為

أَنِ اعْمَلْ سَابِغَاتٍ وَقَدِّرْ فِي السَّرْدِ وَاعْمَلُوا صَالِحًا إِنِّي بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ

11a ʾani ʿmal sābiġātin
11b wa-qaddir fi s-sardi
11c wa-ʿmalū ṣāliḥan
11d ʾin-nī bi-mā taʿmalūna baṣīrun

Saying: Make thou long coats of mail and measure the links (thereof). And do ye right. Lo! I am Seer of what ye do. 11

我對他說：「你應當制造完善的鎧甲，你應當定好鎧甲的寬度。你們應當行善，我

وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ غُدُوُّهَا شَهْرٌ وَرَوَاحُهَا شَهْرٌ وَأَسَلْنَا لَهُ عَيْنَ الْقِطْرِ وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَن يَعْمَلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَمَن يَزِغْ مِنْهُمْ عَنْ أَمْرِنَا نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ

12a wa-li-sulaymāna r-rīḥa
12a R1 ġudūwu-hā šahrun
12a R2 wa-rawāḥu-hā šahrun
12b wa-ʾasalnā la-hū ʿayna l-qiṭri
12c wa-mina l-ǧinni man yaʿmalu bayna yaday-hi bi-ʾiḏni rabbi-hī
12d wa-man yaziġ min-hum ʿan ʾamri-nā
12e nuḏiq-hu min ʿaḏābi s-saʿīri

And unto Solomon (We gave) the wind, whereof the morning course was a month’s journey and the evening course a month’s journey, and We caused the fount of copper to gush forth for him, and (We gave him) certain of the jinn who worked before him by permission of his Lord. And such of them as deviated from Our command, them We caused to taste the punishment of flaming fire. 12

我曾使風供素萊曼的驅使，風在上午走一月的路程，在下午也走一月的路程。我為

يَعْمَلُونَ لَهُ مَا يَشَاءُ مِن مَّحَارِيبَ وَتَمَاثِيلَ وَجِفَانٍ كَالْجَوَابِ وَقُدُورٍ رَّاسِيَاتٍ اعْمَلُوا آلَ دَاوُودَ شُكْرًا وَقَلِيلٌ مِّنْ عِبَادِيَ الشَّكُورُ

13a yaʿmalūna la-hū mā yašāʾu min maḥārība wa-tamāṯīla
wa-ǧifānin ka-l-ǧawābi wa-qudūrin rāsiyātini
13b ʿmalū ʾāla dāwūda šukran
13c wa-qalīlun min ʿibād-iya š-šakūru

They made for him what he willed: synagogues and statues, basins like wells and boilers built into the ground. Give thanks, O House of David! Few of My bondmen are thankful. 13

他們為他修建他所欲修建的宮殿、雕像、水池般的大盤、固定的大鍋。（我說）：

فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَوْتَ مَا دَلَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَوْتِهِ إِلَّا دَابَّةُ الْأَرْضِ تَأْكُلُ مِنسَأَتَهُ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّ أَن لَّوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ الْغَيْبَ مَا لَبِثُوا فِي الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِينِ

14a fa-lammā qaḍaynā ʿalay-hi l-mawta
14b mā dalla-hum ʿalā mawti-hī ʾil-lā dābbatu l-ʾarḍi
14b R taʾkulu minsaʾata-hū
14c fa-lammā ḫarra
14d tabayyanati l-ǧinnu
14e ʾan
14f law kānū yaʿlamūna l-ġayba
14e mā labiṯū fi l-ʿaḏābi l-muhīni

And when We decreed death for him, nothing showed his death to them save a creeping creature of the earth which gnawed away his staff. And when he fell the jinn saw clearly how, if they had known the Unseen, they would not have continued in despised toil. 14

我決定他死亡的時候，只有吃他的手杖的蛀蟲，指示他們他已經死了。當他倒下的

لَقَدْ كَانَ لِسَبَإٍ فِي مَسْكَنِهِمْ آيَةٌ جَنَّتَانِ عَن يَمِينٍ وَشِمَالٍ كُلُوا مِن رِّزْقِ رَبِّكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لَهُ بَلْدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَرَبٌّ غَفُورٌ

15a la-qad kāna li-sabaʾin fī maskani-him ʾāyatun
ǧannatāni ʿan yamīnin wa-šimālin
15b kulū min rizqi rabbi-kum
15c wa-škurū la-hū
15d baldatun ṭayyibatun
15e wa-rabbun ġafūrun

There was indeed a sign for Sheba in their dwelling-place: Two gardens on the right hand and the left (as who should say): Eat of the provision of your Lord and render thanks to Him. A fair land and an indulgent Lord! 15

賽伯邑族，在他們的居處，確有一種蹟象：兩個園圃，分列左右。「你們可以吃你

فَأَعْرَضُوا فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَيْلَ الْعَرِمِ وَبَدَّلْنَاهُم بِجَنَّتَيْهِمْ جَنَّتَيْنِ ذَوَاتَيْ أُكُلٍ خَمْطٍ وَأَثْلٍ وَشَيْءٍ مِّن سِدْرٍ قَلِيلٍ

16a fa-ʾaʿraḍū
16b fa-ʾarsalnā ʿalay-him sayla l-ʿarimi
16c wa-baddalnā-hum bi-ǧannatay-him ǧannatayni
ḏawātay ʾukulin ḫamṭin wa-ʾaṯlin wa-šayʾin min sidrin qalīlin

But they were froward, so We sent on them the flood of ’Iram, and in exchange for their two gardens gave them two gardens bearing bitter fruit, the tamarisk and here and there a lote-tree. 16

隨後，他們悖逆，所以我使水庫的急流去淹役他們，我把他們的兩個園圃，變成兩

ذَٰلِكَ جَزَيْنَاهُم بِمَا كَفَرُوا وَهَلْ نُجَازِي إِلَّا الْكَفُورَ

17a ḏālika ǧazaynā-hum bi-mā kafarū
17b wa-hal nuǧāzī ʾil-lā l-kafūra

This We awarded them because of their ingratitude. Punish We ever any save the ingrates? 17

我因他們的忘恩而以這報酬他們，我只懲罰忘恩的人。

وَجَعَلْنَا بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ الْقُرَى الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا قُرًى ظَاهِرَةً وَقَدَّرْنَا فِيهَا السَّيْرَ سِيرُوا فِيهَا لَيَالِيَ وَأَيَّامًا آمِنِينَ

18a wa-ǧaʿalnā bayna-hum wa-bayna l-qurā
18a R llatī bāraknā fī-hā
18a quran ẓāhiratan
18b wa-qaddarnā fī-hā s-sayra
18c sīrū fī-hā layāliya wa-ʾayyāman
ʾāminīna

And We set, between them and the towns which We had blessed, towns easy to be seen, and We made the stage between them easy, (saying): Travel in them safely both by night and day. 18

我在他們與我所福祐的那些城市之間，建設了許多顯著的城市，我均分各站間的距

فَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَاهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ

19a fa-qālū
19b V rabba-nā
19b bāʿid bayna ʾasfāri-nā
19c wa-ẓalamū ʾanfusa-hum
19d fa-ǧaʿalnā-hum ʾaḥādīṯa
19e wa-mazzaqnā-hum kulla mumazzaqin
19f ʾinna fī ḏālika la-ʾāyātin li-kulli ṣabbārin šakūrin

But they said: Our Lord! Make the stage between our journeys longer. And they wronged themselves, therefore We made them bywords (in the land) and scattered them abroad, a total scattering. Lo! herein verily are portents for each steadfast, grateful (heart). 19

然後，他們說：「我們的主啊！求你放長各站之間的距離。」他們自欺，所以我以

وَلَقَدْ صَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِبْلِيسُ ظَنَّهُ فَاتَّبَعُوهُ إِلَّا فَرِيقًا مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

20a wa-la-qad ṣaddaqa ʿalay-him ʾiblīsu ẓanna-hū
20b fa-ttabaʿū-hu ʾil-lā farīqan mina l-muʾminīna

And Satan indeed found his calculation true concerning them, for they follow him, all save a group of true believers. 20

易卜劣廝確已發現他對他們的猜測是正確的，因為他們都追隨他；只有一伙信士除

وَمَا كَانَ لَهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّن سُلْطَانٍ إِلَّا لِنَعْلَمَ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِالْآخِرَةِ مِمَّنْ هُوَ مِنْهَا فِي شَكٍّ وَرَبُّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَفِيظٌ

21a wa-mā kāna la-hū ʿalay-him min sulṭānin
21b ʾil-lā li-naʿlama man yuʾminu bi-l-ʾāḫirati mim-man huwa min-hā fī šakkin
21c wa-rabbu-ka ʿalā kulli šayʾin ḥafīẓun

And he had no warrant whatsoever against them, save that We would know him who believeth in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt thereof; and thy Lord (O Muhammad) taketh note of all things. 21

他對他們所以有權力者，只為我要辨別誰是信仰後世的，誰是懷疑後世的。你的主

قُلِ ادْعُوا الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِيهِمَا مِن شِرْكٍ وَمَا لَهُ مِنْهُم مِّن ظَهِيرٍ

22a quli
22b dʿu llaḏīna zaʿamtum min dūni llāhi
22c lā yamlikūna miṯqāla ḏarratin fi s-samāwāti wa-lā fi l-ʾarḍi
22d wa-mā la-hum fī-hima min širkin
22e wa-mā la-hū min-hum min ẓahīrin

Say (O Muhammad): Call upon those whom ye set up beside Allah! They possess not an atom’s weight either in the heavens or in the earth, nor have they any share in either, nor hath He an auxiliary among them. 22

你說：「你們捨真主而認作神靈的，你們祈禱他們吧：他們不能管理天地間微塵之

وَلَا تَنفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ عِندَهُ إِلَّا لِمَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فُزِّعَ عَن قُلُوبِهِمْ قَالُوا مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ قَالُوا الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ

23a wa-lā tanfaʿu š-šafāʿatu ʿinda-hū ʾil-lā li-man ʾaḏina la-hū
23b ḥattā
23c ʾiḏā fuzziʿa ʿan qulūbi-him
23b qālū
23d māḏā qāla rabbu-kum
23e qālū l-ḥaqqa
23f wa-huwa l-ʿalīyu l-kabīru

No intercession availeth with Him save for him whom He permitteth. Yet, when fear is banished from their hearts, they say: What was it that your Lord said? They say: The Truth. And He is the Sublime, the Great. 23

除真主所許可者外，在真主那裡，說情將無裨益。直到他們心中的恐懼被排除的時

قُلْ مَن يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّهُ وَإِنَّا أَوْ إِيَّاكُمْ لَعَلَىٰ هُدًى أَوْ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

24a qul
24b man yarzuqu-kum mina s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍi
24c quli
24d llāhu
24e wa-ʾin-nā ʾaw ʾīyā-kum la-ʿalā hudan ʾaw fī ḍalālin mubīnin

Say: Who giveth you provision from the sky and the earth? Say: Allah, Lo! we or you assuredly are rightly guided or in error manifest. 24

你說：「誰從天上和地下供給你們？」你說：「真主。我們或你們，是在正道上的

قُل لَّا تُسْأَلُونَ عَمَّا أَجْرَمْنَا وَلَا نُسْأَلُ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ

25a qul
25b lā tusʾalūna ʿam-mā ʾaǧramnā
25c wa-lā nusʾalu ʿam-mā taʿmalūna

Say: Ye will not be asked of what we committed, nor shall we be asked of what ye do. 25

你說：「對於我們所犯的罪，你們不受審問；對於你們所做的事，我們也不受審問。」

قُلْ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا رَبُّنَا ثُمَّ يَفْتَحُ بَيْنَنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَهُوَ الْفَتَّاحُ الْعَلِيمُ

26a qul
26b yaǧmaʿu bayna-nā rabbu-nā
26c ṯumma yaftaḥu bayna-nā bi-l-ḥaqqi
26d wa-huwa l-fattāḥu l-ʿalīmu

Say: Our Lord will bring us all together, then He will judge between us with truth. He is the All-knowing Judge. 26

你說：「我們的主，將召集我們，然後，依真理而為我們裁判，他確是最善於裁判

قُلْ أَرُونِيَ الَّذِينَ أَلْحَقْتُم بِهِ شُرَكَاءَ كَلَّا بَلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

27a qul
27b ʾarū-niya llaḏīna ʾalḥaqtum bi-hī šurakāʾa
27c kallā
27d bal huwa llāhu l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

Say: Show me those whom ye have joined unto Him as partners. Nay (ye dare not)! For He is Allah, the Mighty, the Wise. 27

你說：「你們告訴我，你們所稱為他的伙伴的。」決不能的。不然，他是真主，是

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا كَافَّةً لِّلنَّاسِ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

28a wa-mā ʾarsalnā-ka ʾil-lā kāffatan li-n-nāsi bašīran wa-naḏīran
28b wa-lākinna ʾakṯara n-nāsi lā yaʿlamūna

And We have not sent thee (O Muhammad) save as a bringer of good tidings and a warner unto all mankind; but most of mankind know not. 28

我只派遣你為全人類的報喜者和警告者，但世人大半不知道。

وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

29a wa-yaqūlūna
29b matā hāḏā l-waʿdu
29c ʾin kuntum ṣādiqīna

And they say: When is this promise (to be fulfilled) if ye are truthful? 29

他們說：「如果你是說實話的，這個警告甚麼時候實現呢？」

قُل لَّكُم مِّيعَادُ يَوْمٍ لَّا تَسْتَأْخِرُونَ عَنْهُ سَاعَةً وَلَا تَسْتَقْدِمُونَ

30a qul
30b la-kum mīʿādu yawmin
30b R1 lā tastaʾḫirūna ʿan-hu sāʿatan
30b R2 wa-lā tastaqdimūna

Say (O Muhammad): Yours is the promise of a Day which ye cannot postpone nor hasten by an hour. 30

你說：「你們的約期是有時日的，你們不得稍稍遲到，也不得稍稍早到。」

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَن نُّؤْمِنَ بِهَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا بِالَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلَوْ تَرَىٰ إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ مَوْقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ الْقَوْلَ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا لَوْلَا أَنتُمْ لَكُنَّا مُؤْمِنِينَ

31a wa-qāla llaḏīna kafarū
31b lan nuʾmina bi-hāḏā l-qurʾāni wa-lā bi-llaḏī bayna yaday-hi
31c wa-law tarā
31d ʾiḏi ẓ-ẓālimūna mawqūfūna ʿinda rabbi-him
31e yarǧiʿu baʿḍu-hum ʾilā baʿḍini l-qawla
31f yaqūlu llaḏīna stuḍʿifū li-llaḏīna stakbarū
31g law-lā ʾantum
31h la-kunnā muʾminīna

And those who disbelieve say: We believe not in this Qur’an nor in that which was before it; but oh, if thou couldst see, when the wrong-doers are brought up before their Lord, how they cast the blame one to another; how those who were despised (in the earth) say unto those who were proud: But for you, we should have been believers. 31

不信道的人們說：「我們決不信這《古蘭經》，也不信以前的經典。」假若你得見

قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا أَنَحْنُ صَدَدْنَاكُمْ عَنِ الْهُدَىٰ بَعْدَ إِذْ جَاءَكُم بَلْ كُنتُم مُّجْرِمِينَ

32a qāla llaḏīna stakbarū li-llaḏīna stuḍʿifū
32b ʾa-naḥnu ṣadadnā-kum ʿani l-hudā
32c baʿda ʾiḏ ǧāʾa-kum
32d bal kuntum muǧrimīna

Those who were proud say unto those who were despised: Did we drive you away from the guidance after it had come unto you? Nay, but ye were guilty. 32

驕傲的人們將對被欺負的人們說：「當正道來臨你們的時候，我們曾妨礙你們遵循

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا بَلْ مَكْرُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ إِذْ تَأْمُرُونَنَا أَن نَّكْفُرَ بِاللَّهِ وَنَجْعَلَ لَهُ أَندَادًا وَأَسَرُّوا النَّدَامَةَ لَمَّا رَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ وَجَعَلْنَا الْأَغْلَالَ فِي أَعْنَاقِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هَلْ يُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

33a wa-qāla llaḏīna stuḍʿifū li-llaḏīna stakbarū
33b bal makru l-layli wa-n-nahāri
33c ʾiḏ taʾmurūna-nā
33d ʾan nakfura bi-llāhi
33e wa-naǧʿala la-hū ʾandādan
33f wa-ʾasarrū n-nadāmat
33g lammā raʾawu l-ʿaḏāba
33h wa-ǧaʿalnā l-ʾaġlāla fī ʾaʿnāqi llaḏīna kafarū
33i hal yuǧzawna ʾil-lā mā kānū yaʿmalūna

Those who were despised say unto those who were proud: Nay but (it was your) scheming night and day, when ye commanded us to disbelieve in Allah and set up rivals unto Him. And they are filled with remorse when they behold the doom; and We place carcans on the necks of those who disbelieved. Are they requited aught save what they used to do? 33

被欺負的人們將對驕傲的人們說：「不然！這是你們晝夜的計謀。當時，你們教

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتْرَفُوهَا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِ كَافِرُونَ

34a wa-mā ʾarsalnā fī qaryatin min naḏīrin
34b ʾil-lā qāla mutrafū-hā
34c ʾin-nā bi-mā ʾursiltum bi-hī kāfirūna

And We sent not unto any township a warner, but its pampered ones declared: Lo! we are disbelievers in that wherewith ye have been sent. 34

每逢我派遣警告者到一個城市去，其中豪華的人們總是說：「我們的確不信你的使

وَقَالُوا نَحْنُ أَكْثَرُ أَمْوَالًا وَأَوْلَادًا وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ

35a wa-qālū
35b naḥnu ʾakṯaru ʾamwālan wa-ʾawlādan
35c wa-mā naḥnu bi-muʿaḏḏabīna

And they say: We are more (than you) in wealth and children. We are not the punished! 35

他們說：「我們財產更富，兒子更多，我們將來絕不會受懲罰。」

قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

36a qul
36b ʾinna rabb-ī yabsuṭu r-rizqa li-man yašāʾu
36c wa-yaqdiru
36d wa-lākinna ʾakṯara n-nāsi lā yaʿlamūna

Say (O Muhammad): Lo! my Lord enlargeth the provision for whom He will and narroweth it (for whom He will). But most of mankind know not. 36

你說：「我的主欲使誰的給養寬裕，就使他寬裕；欲使誰的給養窘迫，就使他窘迫

وَمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُكُم بِالَّتِي تُقَرِّبُكُمْ عِندَنَا زُلْفَىٰ إِلَّا مَنْ آمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَأُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ جَزَاءُ الضِّعْفِ بِمَا عَمِلُوا وَهُمْ فِي الْغُرُفَاتِ آمِنُونَ

37a wa-mā ʾamwālu-kum wa-lā ʾawlādu-kum bi-llatī tuqarribu-kum ʿinda-nā zulfā
37b P ʾil-lā man ʾāmana wa-ʿamila ṣāliḥan
fa-ʾulāʾika
37b la-hum ǧazāʾu ḍ-ḍiʿfi bi-mā ʿamilū
37c wa-hum fi l-ġurufāti ʾāminūna

And it is not your wealth nor your children that will bring you near unto Us, but he who believeth and doeth good (he draweth near). As for such, theirs will be twofold reward for what they did and they will dwell secure in lofty halls. 37

你們的財產、你們的兒子，都不能使你們稍稍地親近我；但信道而且行善的人們，

وَالَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ

38 P wa-llaḏīna yasʿawna fī ʾāyāti-nā
muʿāǧizīna
38 ʾulāʾika fi l-ʿaḏābi muḥḍarūna

And as for those who strive against Our revelations, challenging, they will be brought to the doom. 38

竭力反對我的蹟象的人們，將被拘禁在刑罰中。

قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُ وَمَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ يُخْلِفُهُ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ

39a qul
39b ʾinna rabb-ī yabsuṭu r-rizqa li-man yašāʾu min ʿibādi-hī
39c wa-yaqdiru la-hū
39d P wa-mā ʾanfaqtum min šayʾin
39d fa-huwa yuḫlifu-hū
39e wa-huwa ḫayru r-rāziqīna

Say: Lo! my Lord enlargeth the provision for whom He will of His bondmen, and narroweth (it) for him. And whatsoever ye spend (for good) He replaceth it. And He is the Best of Providers. 39

你說：「我的主，的確欲使哪個僕人的給養寬裕，就使他寬裕；欲使哪個僕人的給

وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يَقُولُ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ أَهَٰؤُلَاءِ إِيَّاكُمْ كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ

40a wa-yawma yaḥšuru-hum ǧamīʿan
40b ṯumma yaqūlu li-l-malāʾikati
40c ʾa-hāʾulāʾi ʾīyā-kum kānū yaʿbudūna

"Was it you that these men used to worship?" P: And on the day when He will gather them all together, He will say unto the angels: Did these worship you? 40

在那日，他要將他們統統集合起來，然後對天神們說：「這些人崇拜過你們嗎？」

قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ أَنتَ وَلِيُّنَا مِن دُونِهِم بَلْ كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ الْجِنَّ أَكْثَرُهُم بِهِم مُّؤْمِنُونَ

41a qālū
41b J subḥāna-ka
41c ʾanta walīyu-nā min dūni-him
41d bal kānū yaʿbudūna l-ǧinna
41e ʾakṯaru-hum bi-him muʾminūna

They will say: Be Thou Glorified. Thou (alone) art our Guardian, not them! Nay, but they worshipped the jinn; most of them were believers in them. 41

他們說：「我們讚你超絕萬物！你是我們的主，他們不是我們的奴僕。他們卻是崇

فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ

42a fa-l-yawma lā yamliku baʿḍu-kum li-baʿḍin nafʿan wa-lā ḍarran
42b wa-naqūlu li-llaḏīna ẓalamū
42c ḏūqū ʿaḏāba n-nāri
42c R llatī kuntum bi-hā tukaḏḏibūna

That day ye will possess no use nor hurt one for another. And We shall say unto those who did wrong: Taste the doom of the Fire which ye used to deny. 42

今日，他們不能互利，也不能相害；我將對不義的人們說：「你們嘗試你們所否認

وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالُوا مَا هَٰذَا إِلَّا رَجُلٌ يُرِيدُ أَن يَصُدَّكُمْ عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَقَالُوا مَا هَٰذَا إِلَّا إِفْكٌ مُّفْتَرًى وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ

43a wa-ʾiḏā tutlā ʿalay-him ʾāyātu-nā bayyinātin
43b qālū
43c mā hāḏā ʾil-lā raǧulun
43c R yurīdu
43d ʾan yaṣudda-kum ʿam-mā kāna yaʿbudu ʾābāʾu-kum
43e wa-qālū
43f mā hāḏā ʾil-lā ʾifkun muftaran
43g wa-qāla llaḏīna kafarū li-l-ḥaqqi
43h lammā ǧāʾa-hum
43i ʾin hāḏā ʾil-lā siḥrun mubīnun

And if Our revelations are recited unto them in plain terms, they say: This is naught else than a man who would turn you away from what your fathers used to worship; and they say: This is naught else than an invented lie. Those who disbelieve say of the truth when it reacheth them: This is naught else than mere magic. 43

有人對他們宣讀我的明白的蹟象時，他們說：「這個人只想妨礙你們崇拜你們的祖

وَمَا آتَيْنَاهُم مِّن كُتُبٍ يَدْرُسُونَهَا وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ قَبْلَكَ مِن نَّذِيرٍ

44a wa-mā ʾātaynā-hum min kutubin
44a R yadrusūna-hā
44b wa-mā ʾarsalnā ʾilay-him qabla-ka min naḏīrin

And We have given them no scriptures which they study, nor sent We unto them, before thee, any warner. 44

我沒有把他們所能誦習的任何經典賞賜他們，在你之前，我沒有派遣任何警告者去

وَكَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَمَا بَلَغُوا مِعْشَارَ مَا آتَيْنَاهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوا رُسُلِي فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ

45a wa-kaḏḏaba llaḏīna min qabli-him
45b wa-mā balaġū miʿšāra mā ʾātaynā-hum
45c fa-kaḏḏabū rusul-ī
45d fa-kayfa kāna nakīr-i

Those before them denied, and these have not attained a tithe of that which We bestowed on them (of old); yet they denied My messengers. How intense then was My abhorrence (of them)! 45

在他們之前逝去的人們曾否認真理，他們沒有達到我所賜予前人的十分之一，但前

قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَعِظُكُم بِوَاحِدَةٍ أَن تَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ مَثْنَىٰ وَفُرَادَىٰ ثُمَّ تَتَفَكَّرُوا مَا بِصَاحِبِكُم مِّن جِنَّةٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ لَّكُم بَيْنَ يَدَيْ عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ

46a qul
46b ʾinna-mā ʾaʿiẓu-kum bi-wāḥidatin
46c ʾan taqūmū li-llāhi maṯnā wa-furādā
46d ṯumma tatafakkarū mā bi-ṣāḥibi-kum min ǧinnatin
46e ʾin huwa ʾil-lā naḏīrun la-kum bayna yaday ʿaḏābin šadīdin

Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I exhort you unto one thing only: that ye awake, for Allah’s sake, by twos and singly, and then reflect: There is no madness in your comrade. He is naught else than a warner unto you in face of a terrific doom. 46

你說：「我只以一件事勸導你們，你們應當為真主而雙雙地或單獨地站起來，然後

قُلْ مَا سَأَلْتُكُم مِّنْ أَجْرٍ فَهُوَ لَكُمْ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى اللَّهِ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

47a qul
47b mā saʾaltu-kum min ʾaǧrin
47c fa-huwa la-kum
47d ʾin ʾaǧr-iya ʾil-lā ʿalā llāhi
47e wa-huwa ʿalā kulli šayʾin šahīdun

Say: Whatever reward I might have asked of you is yours. My reward is the affair of Allah only. He is Witness over all things. 47

你說：「我不向你們索取甚麼報酬，它全歸你們；我的報酬，只歸真主負擔。他是

قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ

48a qul
48b ʾinna rabb-ī yaqḏifu bi-l-ḥaqqi
48c ʿallāmu l-ġuyūbi

Say: Lo! my Lord hurleth the truth. (He is) the Knower of Things Hidden. 48

你說：「我的主，以真理射擊虛偽，他是全知幽玄的。」

قُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَمَا يُبْدِئُ الْبَاطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ

49a qul
49b ǧāʾa l-ḥaqqu
49c wa-mā yubdiʾu l-bāṭilu
49d wa-mā yuʿīdu

Say: The Truth hath come, and falsehood showeth not its face and will not return. 49

你說：「真理已來臨了，虛偽將幻滅，而不復出。」

قُلْ إِن ضَلَلْتُ فَإِنَّمَا أَضِلُّ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِي وَإِنِ اهْتَدَيْتُ فَبِمَا يُوحِي إِلَيَّ رَبِّي إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ

50a qul
50b ʾin ḍalaltu
50c fa-ʾinna-mā ʾaḍillu ʿalā nafs-ī
50d wa-ʾini htadaytu
50e fa-bi-mā yūḥī ʾilay-ya rabb-ī
50f ʾinna-hū samīʿun qarībun

Say: If I err, I err only to my own loss, and if I am rightly guided it is because of that which my Lord hath revealed unto me. Lo! He is Hearer, Nigh. 50

你說：「如果我誤入歧途，則我自受其害；如果我遵循正道，則由於我的主所啟示

وَلَوْ تَرَىٰ إِذْ فَزِعُوا فَلَا فَوْتَ وَأُخِذُوا مِن مَّكَانٍ قَرِيبٍ

51a wa-law tarā
51b ʾiḏ faziʿū
51c fa-lā fawta
51d wa-ʾuḫiḏū min makānin qarībin

Couldst thou but see when they are terrified with no escape, and are seized from near at hand, 51

假若你得見當時他們恐怖而無處逃避，在一個不遠的地方被逮捕。

وَقَالُوا آمَنَّا بِهِ وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ التَّنَاوُشُ مِن مَّكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ

52a wa-qālū
52b ʾāmannā bi-hī
52c wa-ʾan-nā la-humu t-tanāwušu min makānin baʿīdin

And say: We (now) believe therein. But how can they reach (faith) from afar off, 52

他們將說：「我們已信仰他了。」他們怎能從遙遠的地方獲得信仰呢？

وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِهِ مِن قَبْلُ وَيَقْذِفُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ مِن مَّكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ

53a wa-qad kafarū bi-hī min qablu
53b wa-yaqḏifūna bi-l-ġaybi min makānin baʿīdin

When they disbelieved in it of yore. They aim at the unseen from afar off. 53

他們以前不信仰他，他們從遙遠的地方妄談幽玄，

وَحِيلَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ مَا يَشْتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشْيَاعِهِم مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا فِي شَكٍّ مُّرِيبٍ

54a wa-ḥīla bayna-hum wa-bayna mā yaštahūna
ka-mā fuʿila bi-ʾašyāʿi-him min qablu
54b ʾinna-hum kānū fī šakkin murībin

And a gulf is set between them and that which they desire, as was done for people of their kind of old. Lo! they were in hopeless doubt. 54

他們將因障礙而不能獲得他們所欲望的。猶如他們的同類以前受障礙一樣，他們確
