الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَاعِلِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُولِي أَجْنِحَةٍ مَّثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ يَزِيدُ فِي الْخَلْقِ مَا يَشَاءُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

1a l-ḥamdu li-llāhi fāṭiri s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍi ǧāʿili l-malāʾikati rusulan
ʾulī ʾaǧniḥatin maṯnā wa-ṯulāṯa wa-rubāʿa
1b yazīdu fī l-ḫalqi mā yašāʾu
1c ʾinna llāha ʿalā kulli šayʾin qadīrun

Praise be to Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, Who appointeth the angels messengers having wings two, three and four. He multiplieth in creation what He will. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things. 1

一切讚頌，全歸真主——天地的創造者！他使每個天神具有兩翼，或三翼，或四翼

مَّا يَفْتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا وَمَا يُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

2a mā yaftaḥi llāhu li-n-nāsi min raḥmatin
2b fa-lā mumsika la-hā
2c wa-mā yumsik
2d fa-lā mursila la-hū min baʿdi-hī
2e wa-huwa l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

That which Allah openeth unto mankind of mercy none can withhold it; and that which He withholdeth none can release thereafter. He is the Mighty, the Wise. 2

無論真主賞賜你們甚麼恩惠，絕無人能加以阻攔；無論他扣留甚麼恩惠，在禁施之

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ هَلْ مِنْ خَالِقٍ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤْفَكُونَ

3a V yā-ʾayyu-hā n-nāsu
3a ḏkurū niʿmata llāhi ʿalay-kum
3b hal min ḫāliqin ġayru llāhi
3b R yarzuqu-kum mina s-samāʾi wa-l-ʾarḍi
3c lā ʾilāha ʾil-lā huwa
3d fa-ʾannā tuʾfakūna

O mankind! Remember Allah’s grace toward you! Is there any creator other than Allah who provideth for you from the sky and the earth? There is no God save Him. Whither then are ye turned? 3

人們啊！你們應當銘記真主所賜你們的恩惠，除真主外，還有甚麼創造者能從天上

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ

4a wa-ʾin yukaḏḏibū-ka
4b fa-qad kuḏḏibat rusulun min qabli-ka
4c wa-ʾilā llāhi turǧaʿu l-ʾumūru

And if they deny thee, (O Muhammad), messengers (of Allah) were denied before thee. Unto Allah all things are brought back. 4

如果他們否認你，那末，在你之前的使者們，已被否認了。萬事只歸真主。

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُورُ

5a V yā-ʾayyu-hā n-nāsu
5a ʾinna waʿda llāhi ḥaqqun
5b fa-lā taġuranna-kumu l-ḥayātu d-dunyā
5c wa-lā yaġurranna-kum bi-llāhi l-ġarūru

O mankind! Lo! the promise of Allah is true. So let not the life of the world beguile you, and let not the (avowed) beguiler beguile you with regard to Allah. 5

人們啊！真主的應許，確是真實的，所以絕不要讓今世的生活欺騙你們，絕不要讓

إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّا إِنَّمَا يَدْعُو حِزْبَهُ لِيَكُونُوا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ

6a ʾinna š-šayṭāna la-kum ʿadūwun
6b fa-ttaḫiḏū-hu ʿadūwan
6c ʾinna-mā yadʿū ḥizba-hū
6d li-yakūnū min ʾaṣḥābi s-saʿīri

Lo! the devil is an enemy for you, so treat him as an enemy. He only summoneth his faction to be owners of the flaming Fire. 6

惡魔確是你們的仇敵，所以你們應當認他為仇敵。他只號召他的黨羽，以便他們做

الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ

7a P llaḏīna kafarū
7a la-hum ʿaḏābun šadīdun
7b P wa-llaḏina ʾāmanū wa-ʿamilū ṣ-ṣāliḥāti
7b la-hum maġfiratun wa-ʾaǧrun kabīrun

Those who disbelieve, theirs will be an awful doom; and those who believe and do good works, theirs will be forgiveness and a great reward. 7

不信道者，將受嚴厲的刑罰；信道而且行善者，將蒙赦宥和重大的報酬。

أَفَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ فَرَآهُ حَسَنًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ فَلَا تَذْهَبْ نَفْسُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسَرَاتٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ

8a ʾa-fa-man zuyyina la-hū sūʾu ʿamali-hī
8b fa-raʾā-hu ḥasanan
8c fa-ʾinna llāha yuḍillu man yašāʾu
8d wa-yahdī man yašāʾu
8e fa-lā taḏhab nafsu-ka ʿalay-him ḥasarātin
8f ʾinna llāha ʿalīmun bi-mā yaṣnaʿūna

Is he, the evil of whose deeds is made fairseeming unto him so that he deemeth it good, (other than Satan’s dupe)? Allah verily sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will; so let not thy soul expire in sighings for them. Lo! Allah is Aware of what they do! 8

為自己的惡行所迷惑，因而認惡為善者，像真主所引導的人嗎？真主必使他所意欲

وَاللَّهُ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَسُقْنَاهُ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا كَذَٰلِكَ النُّشُورُ

9a wa-llāhu llaḏī ʾarsala r-riyāḥa
9b fa-tuṯīru saḥāban
9c fa-suqnā-hu ʾilā baladin mayyitin
9d fa-ʾaḥyaynā bi-hī l-ʾarḍa baʿda mawti-hā
9e ka-ḏālika n-nušūru

And Allah it is Who sendeth the winds and they raise a cloud; then We lead it unto a dead land and revive therewith the earth after its death. Such is the Resurrection. 9

真主使風去興起雲來，然後，把雲趕至一個已死的地方，而借它使已死的大地復活

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًا إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ وَالَّذِينَ يَمْكُرُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَكْرُ أُولَٰئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ

10a man kāna yurīdu l-ʿizzata
10b fa-li-llāhi l-ʿizzatu ǧamīʿan
10c ʾilay-hi yaṣʿadu l-kalimu ṭ-ṭayyibu
10d P wa-l-ʿamalu ṣ-ṣāliḥu
10d yarfaʿu-hū
10e P wa-llaḏīna yamkurūna s-sayyiʾāti
10e la-hum ʿaḏābun šadīdun
10f wa-makru ʾulāʾika huwa yabūru

Whoso desireth power (should know that) all power belongeth to Allah. Unto Him good words ascend, and the pious deed doth He exalt; but those who plot iniquities, theirs will be an awful doom; and the plotting of such (folk) will come to naught. 10

欲得光榮者，須知光榮全歸真主。良言將為他所知，他升起善行。圖謀不軌者，將

وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمَا تَحْمِلُ مِنْ أُنثَىٰ وَلَا تَضَعُ إِلَّا بِعِلْمِهِ وَمَا يُعَمَّرُ مِن مُّعَمَّرٍ وَلَا يُنقَصُ مِنْ عُمُرِهِ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ

11a wa-llāhu ḫalaqa-kum min turābin
11b ṯumma min nuṭfatin
11c ṯumma ǧaʿala-kum ʾazwāǧan
11d wa-mā taḥmilu min ʾunṯā
11e wa-lā taḍaʿu
ʾil-lā bi-ʿilmi-hī
11f wa-mā yuʿammaru min muʿammarin
11g wa-lā yunqaṣu min ʿumuri-hī
ʾil-lā fī kitābin
11h ʾinna ḏālika ʿalā llāhi yasīrun

Allah created you from dust, then from a little fluid, then He made you pairs (the male and female). No female beareth or bringeth forth save with His knowledge. And no-one groweth old who groweth old, nor is aught lessened of his life, but it is recorded in a Book, Lo! that is easy for Allah. 11

真主創造你們，先用泥土，繼用精液，然後，使你們成為配偶。任何女人的懷孕和

وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الْبَحْرَانِ هَٰذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ سَائِغٌ شَرَابُهُ وَهَٰذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَمِن كُلٍّ تَأْكُلُونَ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُونَ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ فِيهِ مَوَاخِرَ لِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

12a wa-mā yastawī l-baḥrāni
12b hāḏā ʿaḏbun furātun sāʾiġun šarābu-hū
12c wa-hāḏā milḥun ʾuǧāǧun
12d wa-min kullin taʾkulūna laḥman ṭarīyan
12e wa-tastaḫriǧūna ḥilyatan
12e R talbasūna-hā
12f wa-tarā l-fulka fī-hī mawāḫira
12g li-tabtaġū min faḍli-hī
12h wa-laʿalla-kum taškurūna

And the two seas are not alike: this, fresh, sweet, good to drink, this (other) bitter, salt. And from them both ye eat fresh meat and derive the ornament that ye wear. And thou seest the ship cleaving them with its prow that ye may seek of His bounty, and that haply ye may give thanks. 12

兩海不一樣，這海是很甜的、可口的淡水，那海是很苦的鹹水。你們可吃每一海中

يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَالَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ مَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِن قِطْمِيرٍ

13a yūliǧu l-layla fi n-nahāri
13b wa-yūliǧu n-nahāra fi l-layli
13c wa-saḫḫara š-šamsa wa-l-qamara
13d kullun yaǧrī li-ʾaǧalin musamman
13e ḏālikumu llāhu rabbu-kum
13f la-hū l-mulku
13g wa-llaḏīna tadʿūna min dūni-hī mā yamlikūna min qiṭmīrin

He maketh the night to pass into the day and He maketh the day to pass into the night. He hath subdued the sun and moon to service. Each runneth unto an appointed term. Such is Allah, your Lord; His is the Sovereignty; and those unto whom ye pray instead of Him own not so much as the white spot on a date-stone. 13

他使黑夜侵入白晝，使白晝侵入黑夜；他制服日月，各自運行至一定期。這是真主

إِن تَدْعُوهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُوا دُعَاءَكُمْ وَلَوْ سَمِعُوا مَا اسْتَجَابُوا لَكُمْ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَكْفُرُونَ بِشِرْكِكُمْ وَلَا يُنَبِّئُكَ مِثْلُ خَبِيرٍ

14a ʾin tadʿū-hum
14b lā yasmaʿū duʿāʾa-kum
14c wa-law samiʿū
14d mā staǧābū la-kum
14e wa-yawma l-qiyāmati yakfurūna bi-širki-kum
14f wa-lā yunabbiʾu-ka miṯlu ḫabīrin

If ye pray unto them they hear not your prayer, and if they heard they could not grant it you. On the Day of Resurrection they will disown association with you. None can inform you like Him Who is Aware. 14

如果你們祈禱他們，他們聽不見你們的祈禱；即便聽見了，他們也不能答應你們；

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ أَنتُمُ الْفُقَرَاءُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

15a V yā-ʾayyu-hā n-nāsu
15a ʾantumu l-fuqarāʾu ʾilā llāhi
15b wa-llāhu huwa l-ġanīyu l-ḥamīdu

O mankind! Ye are the poor in your relation to Allah. And Allah! He is the Absolute, the Owner of Praise. 15

人們啊！你們才是需求真主的，真主確是無求的，確是可頌的。

إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَأْتِ بِخَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ

16a ʾin yašaʾ
16b yuḏhib-kum
16c wa-yaʾti bi-ḫalqin ǧadīdin

If He will, He can be rid of you and bring (instead of you) some new creation. 16

如果他意欲，他將毀滅你們，而創造新的眾生。

وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٍ

17 wa-mā ḏālika ʿalā llāhi bi-ʿazīzin

That is not a hard thing for Allah. 17

那對真主不是煩難的。

وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ وَإِن تَدْعُ مُثْقَلَةٌ إِلَىٰ حِمْلِهَا لَا يُحْمَلْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِالْغَيْبِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَمَن تَزَكَّىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَتَزَكَّىٰ لِنَفْسِهِ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ

18a wa-lā taziru wāziratun wizra ʾuḫrā
18b wa-ʾin tadʿu muṯqalatun ʾilā ḥimli-hā
18c lā yuḥmal min-hu šayʾun
18d wa-law kāna ḏā qurbā
18e ʾinna-mā tunḏiru llaḏīna yaḫšawna rabba-hum bi-l-ġaybi wa-ʾaqāmū ṣ-ṣalāta
18f wa-man tazakkā
18g fa-ʾinna-mā yatazakkā li-nafsi-hī
18h wa-ʾilā llāhi l-maṣīru

And no burdened soul can bear another’s burden, and if one heavy laden crieth for (help with) his load, naught of it will be lifted even though he (unto whom he crieth) be of kin. Thou warnest only those who fear their Lord in secret, and have established worship. He who groweth (in goodness), groweth only for himself, (he cannot by his merit redeem others). Unto Allah is the journeying. 18

一個負罪者，不再負別人的罪；一個負重罪者，如果叫別人來替他負罪，那末，別

وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الْأَعْمَىٰ وَالْبَصِيرُ

19 wa-mā yastawī l-ʾaʿmā wa-l-baṣīru

The blind man is not equal with the seer; 19

盲人和非盲人不相等，

وَلَا الظُّلُمَاتُ وَلَا النُّورُ

20 wa-lā ẓ-ẓulumātu wa-lā n-nūru

Nor is darkness (tantamount to) light; 20

黑暗與光明也不相等，

وَلَا الظِّلُّ وَلَا الْحَرُورُ

21 wa-lā ẓ-ẓillu wa-lā l-ḥarūru

Nor is the shadow equal with the sun’s full heat; 21

背陰和當陽也不相等，

وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الْأَحْيَاءُ وَلَا الْأَمْوَاتُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُسْمِعُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَا أَنتَ بِمُسْمِعٍ مَّن فِي الْقُبُورِ

22a wa-mā yastawī l-ʾaḥyāʾu wa-lā l-ʾamwātu
22b ʾinna llāha yusmiʿu man yašāʾu
22c wa-mā ʾanta bi-musmiʿin man fi l-qubūri

Nor are the living equal with the dead. Lo! Allah maketh whom He will to hear. Thou canst not reach those who are in the graves. 22

活人和死人也不相等。真主必使他所意欲者能聽聞，你絕不能使在墳中的人能聽聞，

إِنْ أَنتَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ

23 ʾin ʾanta ʾil-lā naḏīrun

Thou art but a warner. 23

你只是一個警告者。

إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا وَإِن مِّنْ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٌ

24a ʾin-nā ʾarsalnā-ka bi-l-ḥaqqi bašīran wa-naḏīran
24b wa-ʾin min ʾummatin ʾil-lā ḫalā fī-hā naḏīrun

Lo! We have sent thee with the Truth, a bearer of glad tidings and a warner; and there is not a nation but a warner hath passed among them. 24

我確已使你本真理而為報喜者和警告者。沒有一個民族則已，只要有一個民族，其

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالزُّبُرِ وَبِالْكِتَابِ الْمُنِيرِ

25a wa-ʾin yukaḏḏibū-ka
25b fa-qad kaḏḏaba llaḏīna min qabli-him
25c ǧāʾat-hum rusulu-hum bi-l-bayyināti wa-bi-z-zuburi wa-bi-l-kitābi l-munīri

And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah’s Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light. 25

如果他們否認你，那末，在他們之前逝去者，已否認了；他們族中的使者曾昭示他

ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ

26a ṯumma ʾaḫaḏtu llaḏīna kafarū
26b fa-kayfa kāna nakīr-i

Then seized I those who disbelieved, and how intense was My abhorrence! 26

然後，我懲罰了不信道者，我的譴責是怎樣的？

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ ثَمَرَاتٍ مُّخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهَا وَمِنَ الْجِبَالِ جُدَدٌ بِيضٌ وَحُمْرٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهَا وَغَرَابِيبُ سُودٌ

27a ʾa-lam tara
27b ʾanna llāha ʾanzala mina s-samāʾi māʾan
27c fa-ʾaḫraǧnā bi-hī ṯamarātin muḫtalifan ʾalwānu-hā
27d wa-mina l-ǧibāli ǧudadun bīḍun wa-ḥumrun muḫtalifun ʾalwānu-hā
wa-ġarābību sūdun

Hast thou not seen that Allah causeth water to fall from the sky, and We produce therewith fruit of divers hues; and among the hills are streaks white and red, of divers hues, and (others) raven-black; 27

難道你還不知道嗎？真主從雲中降下雨水，然後借雨水而生產各種果實。山上有白

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ وَالدَّوَابِّ وَالْأَنْعَامِ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ كَذَٰلِكَ إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ غَفُورٌ

28a wa-mina n-nāsi wa-d-dawābbi wa-l-ʾanʿāmi muḫtalifun ʾalwānu-hū
28b ka-ḏālika ʾinna-mā yaḫša llāha min ʿibādi-hī l-ʿulamāʾu
28c ʾinna llāha ʿazīzun ġafūrun

And of men and beasts and cattle, in like manner, divers hues? The erudite among His bondmen fear Allah alone. Lo! Allah is Mighty, Forgiving. 28

人類，野獸和牲畜中，也同樣地有不同的種類。真主的僕人中，只有學者敬畏他。

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنفَقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً يَرْجُونَ تِجَارَةً لَّن تَبُورَ

29 ʾinna llaḏīna yatlūna kitāba llāhi wa-ʾaqāmū ṣ-ṣalāta
wa-ʾanfaqū mim-mā razaqnā-hum sirran wa-ʿalāniyatan yarǧūna tiǧāratan
29 R lan tabūra

Lo! those who read the Scripture of Allah, and establish worship, and spend of that which We have bestowed on them secretly and openly, they look forward to imperishable gain, 29

誦讀真主的經典，且謹守拜功，並秘密地或公開地分捨我所賜予他們的財物者，他

لِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أُجُورَهُمْ وَيَزِيدَهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِ إِنَّهُ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ

30a li-yuwaffiya-hum ʾuǧūra-hum
30b wa-yazīda-hum min faḍli-hī
30c ʾinna-hū ġafūrun šakūrun

That He will pay them their wages and increase them of His grace. Lo! He is Forgiving, Responsive. 30

以便他使他們享受自己的完全的報酬，並把他的恩惠加賜他們；他確是至赦的，確

وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِعِبَادِهِ لَخَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ

31a wa-llaḏī ʾawḥaynā ʾilay-ka mina l-kitābi huwa l-ḥaqqu
muṣaddiqan li-mā bayna yaday-hi
31b ʾinna llāha bi-ʿibādi-hī la-ḫabīrun baṣīrun

As for that which We inspire in thee of the Scripture, it is the Truth confirming that which was (revealed) before it. Lo! Allah is indeed Observer, Seer of His slaves. 31

我所啟示你的，確是真理，足証以前的經典是真實的。真主對於他的僕人們確是徹

ثُمَّ أَوْرَثْنَا الْكِتَابَ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَيْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا فَمِنْهُمْ ظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهِ وَمِنْهُم مُّقْتَصِدٌ وَمِنْهُمْ سَابِقٌ بِالْخَيْرَاتِ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْكَبِيرُ

32a ṯumma ʾawraṯnā l-kitāba llaḏīna ṣṭafaynā min ʿibādi-nā
32b fa-min-hum ẓālimun li-nafsi-hī
32c wa-min-hum muqtaṣidun
32d wa-min-hum sābiqun bi-l-ḫayrāti bi-ʾiḏni llāhi
32e ḏālika huwa l-faḍlu l-kabīru

Then We gave the Scripture as inheritance unto those whom We elected of Our bondmen. But of them are some who wrong themselves and of them are some who are lukewarm, and of them are some who outstrip (others) through good deeds, by Allah’s leave. That is the great favour! 32

然後，我使我所揀選的僕人們繼承經典；他們中有自欺的，有中和的，有奉真主的

جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ يَدْخُلُونَهَا يُحَلَّوْنَ فِيهَا مِنْ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٍ وَلُؤْلُؤًا وَلِبَاسُهُمْ فِيهَا حَرِيرٌ

33a ǧannātu ʿadnin
33a R1 yadḫulūna-hā
33a R2 yuḥallawna fī-hā min ʾasāwira min ḏahabin wa-luʾluʾan
33b wa-libāsu-hum fī-hā ḥarīrun

Gardens of Eden! They enter them wearing armlets of gold and pearl and their raiment therein is silk. 33

常住的樂園，他們將入其中，他們在裡面，戴的是金鐲和珍珠，穿的是絲綢。

وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنَّا الْحَزَنَ إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ

34a wa-qālū
34b l-ḥamdu li-llāhi
34b R llaḏī ʾaḏhaba ʿan-nā l-ḥazana
34c ʾinna rabba-nā la-ġafūrun šakūrun

And they say: Praise be to Allah Who hath put grief away from us. Lo! Our Lord is Forgiving, Bountiful, 34

他們說：「一切讚頌，全歸真主！他祛除我們的憂愁。我們的主，確是至赦的，確

الَّذِي أَحَلَّنَا دَارَ الْمُقَامَةِ مِن فَضْلِهِ لَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا نَصَبٌ وَلَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا لُغُوبٌ

35a (34R) allaḏī ʾaḥalla-nā dāra l-muqāmati min faḍli-hī
35b lā yamassu-nā fī-hā naṣabun
35c wa-lā yamassu-nā fī-hā luġūbun

Who, of His grace, hath installed us in the mansion of eternity, where toil toucheth us not nor can weariness affect us. 35

他使我們居住在常住的房屋中，那是出於他的恩惠。我們在裡面，毫不辛苦，毫不

وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَهُمْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يُقْضَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ فَيَمُوتُوا وَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُم مِّنْ عَذَابِهَا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي كُلَّ كَفُورٍ

36a P wa-llaḏīna kafarū
36a la-hum nāru ǧahannama
36b lā yuqḍā ʿalay-him
36c fa-yamūtū
36d wa-lā yuḫaffafu ʿan-hum min ʿaḏābi-hā
36e ka-ḏālika naǧzī kulla kafūrin

But as for those who disbelieve, for them is fire of hell; it taketh not complete effect upon them so that they can die, nor is its torment lightened for them. Thus We punish every ingrate. 36

不信道者，將遭火獄的火刑，既不判他們死刑，讓他們死亡；又不減輕他們所遭的

وَهُمْ يَصْطَرِخُونَ فِيهَا رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ أَوَلَمْ نُعَمِّرْكُم مَّا يَتَذَكَّرُ فِيهِ مَن تَذَكَّرَ وَجَاءَكُمُ النَّذِيرُ فَذُوقُوا فَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِن نَّصِيرٍ

37a wa-hum yaṣṭariḫūna fī-hā
37b V rabba-nā
37b ʾaḫriǧ-nā
37c naʿmal ṣāliḥan
ġayra llaḏī kunnā naʿmalu
37d ʾa-wa lam nuʿammir-kum
37e mā yataḏakkaru fī-hi man taḏakkara
37f wa-ǧāʾa-kumu n-naḏīru
37g fa-ḏūqū
37h fa-mā li-ẓ-ẓālimīna min naṣīrin

And they cry for help there, (saying): Our Lord! Release us; we will do right, not (the wrong) that we used to do. Did not We grant you a life long enough for him who reflected to reflect therein? And the warner came unto you. Now taste (the flavour of your deeds), for evil-doers have no helper. 37

他們在裡面求救說：「我們的主啊！求你放我們出去，我們將改過遷善。」難道我

إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَالِمُ غَيْبِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ

38a ʾinna llāha ʿālimu ġaybi s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍi
38b ʾinna-hū ʿalīmun bi-ḏāti ṣ-ṣudūri

Lo! Allah is the Knower of the Unseen of the heavens and the earth. Lo! He is Aware of the secret of (men’s) breasts. 38

真主確是全知大地的幽玄的，他確是全知心事的。

هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَائِفَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَن كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الْكَافِرِينَ كُفْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا مَقْتًا وَلَا يَزِيدُ الْكَافِرِينَ كُفْرُهُمْ إِلَّا خَسَارًا

39a huwa llaḏī ǧaʿala-kum ḫalāʾifa fi l-ʾarḍi
39b fa-man kafara
39c fa-ʿalay-hi kufru-hū
39d wa-lā yazīdu l-kāfirīna kufru-hum ʿinda rabbi-him ʾil-lā maqtan
39e wa-lā yazīdu l-kāfirīna kufru-hum ʾil-lā ḫasāran

He it is Who hath made you regents in the earth; so he who disbelieveth, his disbelief be on his own head. Their disbelief increaseth for the disbelievers, in their Lord’s sight, naught save abhorrence. Their disbelief increaseth for the disbelievers naught save loss. 39

他使你們為大地上的代治者。不信道者自受其不信的報酬；不信道者的不信，只使

قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ شُرَكَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُوا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا فَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَتٍ مِّنْهُ بَلْ إِن يَعِدُ الظَّالِمُونَ بَعْضُهُم بَعْضًا إِلَّا غُرُورًا

40a qul
40b ʾa-raʾaytum šurakāʾa-kumu
40b R llaḏīna tadʿūna min dūni llāhi
40c ʾarū-nī
40d māḏā ḫalaqū mina l-ʾarḍi
40e ʾam la-hum širkun fi s-samāwāti
40f ʾam ʾātaynā-hum kitāban
40g fa-hum ʿalā bayyinatin min-hu
40h bal ʾin yaʿidu ẓ-ẓālimūna baʿḍu-hum baʿḍan ʾil-lā ġurūran

Say: Have ye seen your partner-gods to whom ye pray beside Allah? Show me what they created of the earth! Or have they any portion in the heavens? Or have We given them a scripture so they act on clear proof therefrom? Nay, the evil-doers promise one another only to deceive. 40

你說：「你們告訴我吧，你們捨真主而祈禱的那些配主，怎麼應受崇拜呢？你們告

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُمْسِكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ أَن تَزُولَا وَلَئِن زَالَتَا إِنْ أَمْسَكَهُمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِّن بَعْدِهِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًا

41a ʾinna llāha yumsiku s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍa
41b ʾan tazūla
41c wa-la-ʾin zālatā
41d ʾin ʾamsaka-humā min ʾaḥadin min baʿdi-hī
41e ʾinna-hū kāna ḥalīman ġafūran

Lo! Allah graspeth the heavens and the earth that they deviate not, and if they were to deviate there is not one that could grasp them after Him. Lo! He is ever Clement, Forgiving. 41

真主的確維持天地，以免毀滅；如果天地要毀滅，則除真主外，任何人不能維持它

وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِن جَاءَهُمْ نَذِيرٌ لَّيَكُونُنَّ أَهْدَىٰ مِنْ إِحْدَى الْأُمَمِ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ نَذِيرٌ مَّا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا نُفُورًا

42a wa-ʾaqsamū bi-llāhi ǧahda ʾaymāni-him
42b la-ʾin ǧāʾa-hum naḏīrun
42c la-yakūnunna ʾahdā min ʾiḥdā l-ʾumami
42d fa-lammā ǧāʾa-hum naḏīrun
42e mā zāda-hum ʾil-lā nufūran

And they swore by Allah, their most binding oath, that if a warner came unto them they would be more tractable than any of the nations; yet, when a warner came unto them it aroused in them naught save repugnance, 42

他們指真主而發出最嚴重的誓言說：「如果有一個警告者來臨我們，那末，我們遵

اسْتِكْبَارًا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَكْرَ السَّيِّئِ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ فَهَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا سُنَّتَ الْأَوَّلِينَ فَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللَّهِ تَحْوِيلًا

43a istikbāran fi l-ʾarḍi wa-makra s-sayyiʾi
43b wa-lā yaḥīqu l-makru s-sayyiʾu ʾil-lā bi-ʾahli-hī
43c fa-hal yanẓurūna ʾil-lā sunnata l-ʾawwalīna
43d fa-lan taǧida li-sunnati llāhi tabdīlan
43e wa-lan taǧida li-sunnati llāhi taḥwīlan

(Shown in their) behaving arrogantly in the land and plotting evil; and the evil plot encloseth but the men who make it. Then, can they expect aught save the treatment of the folk of old? Thou wilt not find for Allah’s way of treatment any substitute, nor wilt thou find for Allah’s way of treatment aught of power to change. 43

在地方上更加自大，更加圖謀不軌。陰謀只困其創作者，他們除了等待古人所遭受

أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَكَانُوا أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيُعْجِزَهُ مِن شَيْءٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَلِيمًا قَدِيرًا

44a ʾa-wa lam yasīrū fi l-ʾarḍi
44b fa-yanẓurū
44c kayfa kāna ʿāqibatu llaḏīna min qabli-him
44d wa-kānū ʾašadda min-hum qūwatan
44e wa-mā kāna llāhu li-yuʿǧiza-hū min šayʾin fi s-samāwāti wa-lā fi l-ʾarḍi
44f ʾinna-hū kāna ʿalīman qadīran

Have they not travelled in the land and seen the nature of the consequence for those who were before them, and they were mightier than these in power? Allah is not such that aught in the heavens or in the earth escapeth Him. Lo! He is the Wise, the Mighty. 44

難道他們沒有在大地上旅行，以觀察前人的結局是怎樣的嗎？前人比他們勢力更大

وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ اللَّهُ النَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُوا مَا تَرَكَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِ بَصِيرًا

45a wa-law yuʾāḫiḏu llāhu n-nāsa bi-mā kasabū
45b mā taraka ʿalā ẓahri-hā min dābbatin
45c wa-lākin yuʾaḫḫiru-hum ʾilā ʾaǧalin musamman
45d fa-ʾiḏā ǧāʾa ʾaǧalu-hum
45e fa-ʾinna llāha kāna bi-ʿibādi-hī baṣīran

If Allah took mankind to task by that which they deserve, He would not leave a living creature on the surface of the earth; but He reprieveth them unto an appointed term, and when their term cometh - then verily (they will know that) Allah is ever Seer of His slaves. 45

假若真主為世人所犯的罪惡而懲治他們，那末，他不留一個人在地面上；但他讓他
