Sūrat az-Zuḫruf (43)
bi-smi llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīmi

AZ-ZUKHRUF (ORNAMENTS OF GOLD, LUXURY) Total Verses: 89 Revealed At: MAKKA. In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

43 金飾古蘭經第四三章這章是麥加的，全章共計八九節。

حم

1 ḥāʾ-mīm

Ha. Mim. 1

哈一，米目。

وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

2 wa-l-kitābi l-mubīni

By the Scripture which maketh plain, 2

以明白的經典盟誓，

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

3a ʾin-nā ǧaʿalnā-hu qurʾānan ʿarabīyan
3b laʿalla-kum taʿqilūna

Lo! We have appointed it a Lecture, in Arabic that haply ye may understand. 3

我確已以此為阿拉伯文的《古蘭經》，以便你們了解。

وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ

4 wa-ʾinna-hū fī ʾummi l-kitābi laday-nā la-ʿalīyun ḥakīmun

And Lo! in the Source of Decrees, which We possess, it is indeed sublime, decisive. 4

在我那裡的天經原本中，它確是高尚的，確是睿智的。

أَفَنَضْرِبُ عَنكُمُ الذِّكْرَ صَفْحًا أَن كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا مُّسْرِفِينَ

5a ʾa-fa-naḍribu ʿan-kumu ḏ-ḏikra ṣafḥan
5b ʾan kuntum qawman musrifīna

Shall We utterly ignore you because ye are a wanton folk? 5

難道因為你們是過份的民眾，我就使你們不得受教訓嗎？

وَكَمْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن نَّبِيٍّ فِي الْأَوَّلِينَ

6 wa-kam ʾarsalnā min nabīyin fī l-ʾawwalīna

How many a prophet did We send among the men of old! 6

我曾派遣許多先知去教化古代的民族，

وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن نَّبِيٍّ إِلَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ

7a wa-mā yaʾtī-him min nabīyin
7b ʾil-lā kānū bi-hī yastahziʾūna

And never came there unto them a prophet but they used to mock him. 7

每有先知來臨他們的時候，他們都加以愚弄。

فَأَهْلَكْنَا أَشَدَّ مِنْهُم بَطْشًا وَمَضَىٰ مَثَلُ الْأَوَّلِينَ

8a fa-ʾahlaknā ʾašadda min-hum baṭšan
8b wa-maḍā maṯalu l-ʾawwalīna

Then We destroyed men mightier than these in prowess; and the example of the men of old hath gone (before them). 8

我曾毀滅了比你的宗族更強橫者，先民的實例已逝去了。

وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ الْعَزِيزُ الْعَلِيمُ

9a wa-la-ʾin saʾalta-hum
9b man ḫalaqa s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍa
9c la-yaqūlunna
9d ḫalaqa-hunna l-ʿazīzu l-ʿalīmu

And if thou (Muhammad) ask them: Who created the heavens and the earth, they will surely answer: The Mighty, the Knower created them; 9

如果你問他們：「誰創造了天地？」他們必定說：「萬能的、全知的主創造了天地。」

الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ مَهْدًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمْ فِيهَا سُبُلًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ

10a (9dR) llaḏī ǧaʿala la-kumu l-ʾarḍa mahdan
10b wa-ǧaʿala la-kum fī-hā subulan
10c laʿalla-kum tahtadūna

Who made the earth a resting-place for you, and placed roads for you therein, that haply ye may find your way; 10

他以大地為你們的安息之所，他為你們在大地上開闢許多道路，以便你們達到旅行的目的地。

وَالَّذِي نَزَّلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنشَرْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا كَذَٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ

11a (9dR) wa-llaḏī nazzala mina s-samāʾi māʾan bi-qadarin
11b fa-ʾanšarnā bi-hī baldatan maytan
11c ka-ḏālika tuḫraǧūna

And Who sendeth down water from the sky in (due) measure, and We revive a dead land therewith. Even so will ye be brought forth; 11

他從雲中降下有定量的雨水，借雨水而使已死的地方復活。你們將來要這樣從墳墓中被取出。

وَالَّذِي خَلَقَ الْأَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ الْفُلْكِ وَالْأَنْعَامِ مَا تَرْكَبُونَ

12a (9dR) wa-llaḏī ḫalaqa l-ʾazwāǧa kulla-hā
12b wa-ǧaʿala la-kum mina l-fulki wa-l-ʾanʿāmi mā tarkabūna

He Who created all the pairs, and appointed for you ships and cattle whereupon ye ride. 12

他創造萬類，而以船舶和牲畜供你們騎乘，

لِتَسْتَوُوا عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا اسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ

13a li-tastawū ʿalā ẓuhūri-hī
13b ṯumma taḏkurū niʿmata rabbi-kum
13c ʾiḏā stawaytum ʿalay-hi
13d wa-taqūlū
13e J subḥāna llaḏī saḫḫara la-nā hāḏā
13f wa-mā kunnā la-hū muqrinīna

That ye may mount upon their backs, and may remember your Lord’s favour when ye mount thereon, and may say: Glorified be He Who hath subdued these unto us, and we were not capable (of subduing them); 13

以便你們端坐在上面。然後，在端坐的時候，想著你們主的恩典，並且說：「讚頌真主，超絕萬物！他為我們制服此物，我們對於它本是無能的。

وَإِنَّا إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ

14 wa-ʾin-nā ʾilā rabbi-nā la-munqalibūna

And lo! unto our Lord we surely are returning. 14

我們必定歸於我們的主。」

وَجَعَلُوا لَهُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ جُزْءًا إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَكَفُورٌ مُّبِينٌ

15a wa-ǧaʿalū la-hū min ʿibādi-hī ǧuzʾan
15b ʾinna l-ʾinsāna la-kafūrun mubīnun

And they allot to Him a portion of His bondmen! Lo! man is verily a mere ingrate. 15

他們把他的一部份僕人，當作他的兒子；人確是明顯的孤恩者。

أَمِ اتَّخَذَ مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ بَنَاتٍ وَأَصْفَاكُم بِالْبَنِينَ

16a ʾami ttaḫaḏa mim-mā yaḫluqu banātin
16b wa-ʾasfā-kum bi-l-banīna

Or chooseth He daughters of all that He hath created, and honoureth He you with sons? 16

難道他從自己所創造的眾生中自取女兒，而以男兒專歸你們嗎？

وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِمَا ضَرَبَ لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ مَثَلًا ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

17a wa-ʾiḏā buššira ʾaḥadu-hum bi-mā ḍaraba li-r-raḥmāni maṯalan
17b ẓalla waǧhu-hū muswaddan
17c wa-huwa kaẓīmun

And if one of them hath tidings of that which he likeneth to the Beneficent One, his countenance becometh black and he is full of inward rage. 17

他們妄言至仁主有女兒，但他們中的一個人聽說自己的妻子生女兒的時候，他的臉色變成暗淡的，而且他是拗怒的。

أَوَمَن يُنَشَّأُ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ

18a ʾa-wa-man yunaššaʾu fī l-ḥilyati
18b wa-huwa fī l-ḫiṣāmi ġayru mubīnin

(Liken they then to Allah) that which is bred up in outward show, and in dispute cannot make itself plain? 18

在首飾中長大，且不能雄辯者，難道他們以她歸真主嗎？

وَجَعَلُوا الْمَلَائِكَةَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ عِبَادُ الرَّحْمَٰنِ إِنَاثًا أَشَهِدُوا خَلْقَهُمْ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ وَيُسْأَلُونَ

19a wa-ǧaʿalū l-malāʾikata
19a R llaḏīna hum ʿibādu r-raḥmāni
19a ʾināṯan
19b ʾa-šahidū ḫalqa-hum
19c sa-tuktabu šahādatu-hum
19d wa-yusʾalūna

And they make the angels, who are the slaves of the Beneficent, females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded and they will be questioned. 19

眾天神本是真主的奴僕，他們卻以眾天神為女性。他們曾見証真主創造眾天神嗎？他們的見証將被記錄下來，他們也將被審問。

وَقَالُوا لَوْ شَاءَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ مَا عَبَدْنَاهُم مَّا لَهُم بِذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ

20a wa-qālū
20b law šāʾa r-raḥmānu
20c mā ʿabadnā-hum
20d mā la-hum bi-ḏālika min ʿilmin
20e ʾin hum ʾil-lā yaḫruṣūna

And they say: If the Beneficent One had (so) willed, we should not have worshipped them. They have no knowledge whatsoever of that. They do but guess. 20

他們說：「假若至仁主意欲，我們是不會崇拜他們的。」他們對於此說，毫無認識；他們只是在說謊話。

أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا مِّن قَبْلِهِ فَهُم بِهِ مُسْتَمْسِكُونَ

21a ʾam ʾātaynā-hum kitāban min qabli-hī
21b fa-hum bi-hī mustamsikūna

Or have We given them any scripture before (this Qur’an) so that they are holding fast thereto? 21

難道以前我曾賜他們一本天經，而他們是堅持那本天經的。

بَلْ قَالُوا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا عَلَىٰ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ آثَارِهِم مُّهْتَدُونَ

22a bal qālū
22b ʾin-nā waǧadnā ʾābāʾa-nā ʿalā ʾummatin
22c wa-ʾin-nā ʿalā ʾāṯāri-him muhtadūna

Nay, for they say only: Lo! we found our fathers following a religion, and we are guided by their footprints. 22

不然，他們說：「我們確已發現我們的祖先是信奉一種宗教的，我們確是遵循他們的遺蹟而得正道的。」

وَكَذَٰلِكَ مَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتْرَفُوهَا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا عَلَىٰ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ آثَارِهِم مُّقْتَدُونَ

23a wa-ka-ḏālika mā ʾarsalnā min qabli-ka fī qaryatin min naḏīrin
23b ʾil-lā qāla mutrafū-hā
23c ʾin-nā waǧadnā ʾābāʾa-nā ʿalā ʾummatin
23d wa-ʾin-nā ʿalā ʾāṯāri-him muqtadūna

And even so We sent not a warner before thee (Muhammad) into any township but its luxurious ones said: Lo! we found our fathers following a religion, and we are following their footprints. 23

在你之前，每逢我這樣派遣警告者到一個城市去，那裡的豪華者總是說：「我們確已發現我們的祖先是信奉一種宗教的，我們確是遵循他們的遺蹟的。」

قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكُم بِأَهْدَىٰ مِمَّا وَجَدتُّمْ عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَكُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِ كَافِرُونَ

24a qāla
24b ʾa-wa-law ǧiʾtu-kum bi-ʾahdā mim-mā waǧadtum ʿalay-hi ʾābāʾa-kum
24c qālū
24d ʾin-nā bi-mā ʾursiltum bi-hī kāfirūna

(And the warner) said: What! Even though I bring you better guidance than that ye found your fathers following? They answered: Lo! in what ye bring we are disbelievers. 24

他說：「即使我顯示你們一種比你們祖先的宗教更為崇正的宗教，你們還要遵從你們的祖先嗎？」他們說：「我們確是不信你們所奉的使命的。」

فَانتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

25a fa-ntaqamnā min-hum
25b fa-nẓur
25c kayfa kāna ʿāqibatu l-mukaḏḏibīna

So We requited them. Then see the nature of the consequence for the rejecters! 25

故我懲罰了他們，你看看否認正道者的結局是怎樣的！

وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ إِنَّنِي بَرَاءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ

26a wa-ʾiḏ qāla ʾibrāhīmu li-ʾabī-hi wa-qawmi-hī
26b ʾinna-nī barāʾun mim-mā taʿbudūna

And when Abraham said unto his father and his folk: Lo! I am innocent of what ye worship 26

當時，易卜拉欣對他的父親和宗族說：「我與你們所崇拜的，確是沒有關係的，

إِلَّا الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي فَإِنَّهُ سَيَهْدِينِ

27a ʾil-lā llaḏī faṭara-nī
27b fa-ʾinna-hū sa-yahdī-ni

Save Him Who did create me, for He will surely guide me. 27

惟創造我的主則不然，他必定要引導我。」

وَجَعَلَهَا كَلِمَةً بَاقِيَةً فِي عَقِبِهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

28a wa-ǧaʿala-hā kalimatan bāqiyatan fī ʿaqibi-hī
28b laʿalla-hum yarǧiʿūna

And he made it a word enduring among his seed, that haply they might return. 28

他將這句話留贈他的後裔，以便他們悔悟。

بَلْ مَتَّعْتُ هَٰؤُلَاءِ وَآبَاءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ وَرَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ

29a bal mattaʿtu hāʾulāʾi wa-ʾabāʾa-hum
29b ḥattā ǧāʾa-humu l-ḥaqqu wa-rasūlun mubīnun

Nay, but I let these and their fathers enjoy life (only) till there should come unto them the Truth and a messenger making plain. 29

不然，我使這些人和他們的祖先享受，直到真理降臨，及宣道的使者誕生。

وَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ قَالُوا هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ وَإِنَّا بِهِ كَافِرُونَ

30a wa-lammā ǧāʾa-humu l-ḥaqqu
30b qālū
30c hāḏā siḥrun
30d wa-ʾin-nā bi-hī kāfirūna

And now that the Truth hath come unto them they say: This is mere magic, and lo! we are disbelievers therein. 30

真理降臨他們的時候，他們說：「這是魔術，我們必定不信它。」

وَقَالُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ

31a wa-qālū
31b law-lā nuzzila hāḏā l-qurʾānu ʿalā raǧulin mina l-qaryatayni ʿaẓīmun

And they say: If only this Qur’an had been revealed to some great man of the two towns? 31

他們說：「怎麼不把這本《古蘭經》降示兩城中任何一城的要人呢？」

أَهُمْ يَقْسِمُونَ رَحْمَتَ رَبِّكَ نَحْنُ قَسَمْنَا بَيْنَهُم مَّعِيشَتَهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَرَفَعْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِّيَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُهُم بَعْضًا سُخْرِيًّا وَرَحْمَتُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ

32a ʾa-hum yaqsimūna raḥmata rabbi-ka
32b naḥnu qasamnā bayna-hum maʿīšata-hum fī l-ḥayāti d-dunyā
32c wa-rafaʿnā baʿḍa-hum fawqa baʿḍin daraǧātin
32d li-yattaḫiḏa baʿḍu-hum baʿḍan suḫrīyan
32e wa-raḥmatu rabbi-ka ḫayrun mim-mā yaǧmaʿūna

Is it they who apportion thy Lord’s mercy? We have apportioned among them their livelihood in the life of the world, and raised some of them above others in rank that some of them may take labour from others; and the mercy of thy Lord is better than (the wealth) that they amass. 32

難道他們能分配你的主的恩惠嗎？我將他們在今世生活中的生計分配給他們，我使他們彼此相差若干級，以便他們層層節制。你的主的恩惠比他們所積蓄的更優美。

وَلَوْلَا أَن يَكُونَ النَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً لَّجَعَلْنَا لِمَن يَكْفُرُ بِالرَّحْمَٰنِ لِبُيُوتِهِمْ سُقُفًا مِّن فِضَّةٍ وَمَعَارِجَ عَلَيْهَا يَظْهَرُونَ

33a wa-law-lā ʾan yakūna n-nāsu ʾummatan waḥidatan
33b la-ǧaʿalnā li-man yakfuru bi-r-raḥmāni li-buyūti-him suqufan min fiḍḍatin
wa-maʿāriǧa
33b R ʿalay-hā yaẓharūna

And were it not that mankind would have become one community, We might well have appointed, for those who disbelieve in the Beneficent, roofs of silver for their houses and stairs (of silver) whereby to mount, 33

若不是為防世人變為一教，我必使不信至仁主的人們的房屋變成有銀頂的，和銀梯的，以便他們登臨其上；

وَلِبُيُوتِهِمْ أَبْوَابًا وَسُرُرًا عَلَيْهَا يَتَّكِئُونَ

34 wa-li-buyūti-him ʾabwāban wa-sururan
34 R ʿalay-hā yattakiʾūna

And for their houses doors (of silver) and couches of silver whereon to recline, 34

並將他們的房屋變成有銀門和銀床的，以便他們偃臥床上；

وَزُخْرُفًا وَإِن كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمَّا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةُ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

35a wa-zuḫrufan
35a wa-ʾin kullu ḏālika lammā matāʿu l-ḥayāti d-dunyā
35b wa-l-ʾāḫiratu ʿinda rabbi-ka li-l-muttaqīna

And ornaments of gold. Yet all that would have been but a provision of the life of the world. And the Hereafter with your Lord would have been for those who keep from evil. 35

並將他們的房屋變成有金飾的。這些無非是今世生活的享受；在你的主那裡的後世，是專歸敬畏者的。

وَمَن يَعْشُ عَن ذِكْرِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ نُقَيِّضْ لَهُ شَيْطَانًا فَهُوَ لَهُ قَرِينٌ

36a P wa-man yaʿšu ʿan ḏikri r-raḥmāni
36a nuqayyiḍ la-hū šayṭānan
36b fa-huwa la-hū qarīnun

And he whose sight is dim to the remembrance of the Beneficent, We assign unto him a devil who becometh his comrade; 36

誰要是無視至仁主的教悔，我就讓一個惡魔附在誰的身上，成為他的朋友。

وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ

37a wa-ʾinna-hum la-yaṣuddūna-hum ʿani s-sabīli
37b wa-yaḥsabūna
37c ʾanna-hum muhtadūna

And lo! they surely turn them from the way of Allah, and yet they deem that they are rightly guided; 37

那些惡魔，妨礙他們遵循正道，而他們卻以為自己是遵循正道的。

حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءَنَا قَالَ يَا لَيْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ بُعْدَ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ فَبِئْسَ الْقَرِينُ

38a ḥattā
38b ʾiḏā ǧāʾa-nā
38a qāla
38b J yā-layta bayn-ī wa-bayna-ka buʿda l-mašriqayni
38c J fa-biʾsa l-qarīnu

Till, when he cometh unto Us, he saith (unto his comrade): Ah, would that between me and thee there were the distance of the two horizons - an evil comrade! 38

待無視者來到我那裡的時候，他對他的朋友說：「但願我和你之間，有東西兩方的距離。你這朋友真惡劣！」

وَلَن يَنفَعَكُمُ الْيَوْمَ إِذ ظَّلَمْتُمْ أَنَّكُمْ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُونَ

39a wa-lan yanfaʿa-kumu l-yawma
39b ʾiḏ ẓalamtum
38c ʾanna-kum fī l-ʿaḏābi muštarikūna

And it profiteth you not this day, because ye did wrong, that ye will be sharers in the doom. 39

你們曾行不義，所以今日這種願望對於你們絕無裨益。因為你們要同受刑罰。

أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِي الْعُمْيَ وَمَن كَانَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

40a ʾa-fa-ʾanta tusmiʿu ṣ-ṣumma
40b ʾaw tahdī l-ʿumya wa-man kāna fī ḍalālin mubīnin

Canst thou (Muhammad) make the deaf to hear, or canst thou guide the blind or him who is in error manifest? 40

難道你能使聾子聽聞，或能引導瞎子和在明顯的迷誤中的人嗎？

فَإِمَّا نَذْهَبَنَّ بِكَ فَإِنَّا مِنْهُم مُّنتَقِمُونَ

41a fa-ʾimmā naḏhabanna bi-ka
41b fa-ʾin-nā min-hum muntaqimūna

And if We take thee away, We surely shall take vengeance on them, 41

如果我使你棄世，那末，我將來必定要懲罰他們；

أَوْ نُرِيَنَّكَ الَّذِي وَعَدْنَاهُمْ فَإِنَّا عَلَيْهِم مُّقْتَدِرُونَ

42a ʾaw nuriyanna-ka llaḏī waʿadnā-hum
42b fa-ʾin-nā ʿalay-him muqtadirūna

Or (if) We show thee that wherewith We threaten them; for lo! We have complete command of them. 42

設或我要昭示你我所用以警告他們的刑罰，那末，我對他們，確是全能的。

فَاسْتَمْسِكْ بِالَّذِي أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

43a fa-stamsik bi-llaḏī ʾūḥiya ʾilay-ka
43b ʾinna-ka ʿalā ṣirāṭin mustaqīmin

So hold thou fast to that which is inspired in thee. Lo! thou art on a right path. 43

所以你應當堅持你所受的啟示，你確是在正道上的。

وَإِنَّهُ لَذِكْرٌ لَّكَ وَلِقَوْمِكَ وَسَوْفَ تُسْأَلُونَ

44a wa-ʾinna-hū la-ḏikrun la-ka wa-li-qawmi-ka
44b wa-sawfa tusʾalūna

And lo! it is in truth a Reminder for thee and for thy folk; and ye will be questioned. 44

《古蘭經》確是你和你的宗族的榮譽，你們將來要被審問。

وَاسْأَلْ مَنْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَا أَجَعَلْنَا مِن دُونِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ آلِهَةً يُعْبَدُونَ

45a wa-sʾal
45b man ʾarsalnā min qabli-ka min rusuli-nā
45c ʾaǧaʿalnā min dūni r-raḥmāni ʾālihatan
45c R yuʿbadūna

And ask those of Our messengers whom We sent before thee: Did We ever appoint gods to be worshipped beside the Beneficent? 45

你問問在你之前所派遣的眾使者，我曾否在至仁主之外指定許多神靈供人崇拜。

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

46a wa-la-qad ʾarsalnā mūsā bi-ʾāyāti-nā ʾilā firʿawna wa-malāʾi-hī
46b fa-qāla
46c ʾin-nī rasūlu rabbi l-ʿālamīna

And verily We sent Moses with Our revelations unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, and he said: I am a messenger of the Lord of the Worlds. 46

我確已派遣穆薩帶著我的許多蹟象，去教化法老和他的貴族們，他說：「我確是全世界的主的使者。」

فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُم بِآيَاتِنَا إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَضْحَكُونَ

47a fa-lammā ǧāʾa-hum bi-ʾāyāti-nā
47b ʾiḏā hum min-hā yaḍḥakūna

But when he brought them Our tokens, behold! they laughed at them. 47

當他把我的許多蹟象昭示他們的時候，他們立刻嘲笑那些蹟象。

وَمَا نُرِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ إِلَّا هِيَ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ أُخْتِهَا وَأَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

48a wa-mā nurī-him min ʾāyatin
48b ʾil-lā hiya ʾakbaru min ʾuḫti-hā
48c wa-ʾaḫaḏnā-hum bi-l-ʿaḏābi
48d laʿalla-hum yarǧiʿūna

And every token that We showed them was greater than its sister (token), and We grasped them with the torment, that haply they might turn again. 48

我所昭示他們的蹟象，一件比一件大。我曾以刑罰懲治他們，以便他們悔悟。

وَقَالُوا يَا أَيُّهَ السَّاحِرُ ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِندَكَ إِنَّنَا لَمُهْتَدُونَ

49a wa-qālū
49b V yā-ʾayyu-hā s-sāḥiru
49b dʿu la-nā rabba-ka bi-mā ʿahida ʿinda-ka
49c ʾinna-nā la-muhtadūna

And they said: O wizard! Entreat thy Lord for us by the pact that He hath made with thee. Lo! we verily will walk aright. 49

他們曾說：「術士啊！請你為我們祈禱你的主，因為他曾與你訂約的緣故，我們必定要遵循正道。」

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمْ يَنكُثُونَ

50a fa-lammā kašafnā ʿan-humu l-ʿaḏāba
50b ʾiḏā hum yankuṯūna

But when We eased them of the torment, behold! they broke their word. 50

當我解除他們所遭的刑罰的時候，他們立刻爽約。

وَنَادَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فِي قَوْمِهِ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَلَيْسَ لِي مُلْكُ مِصْرَ وَهَٰذِهِ الْأَنْهَارُ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِي أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ

51a wa-nādā firʿawnu fī qawmi-hī
51b qāla
51c V yā-qawm-i
51c ʾa-laysa l-ī mulku miṣra
51d wa-hāḏihī l-ʾanhāru taǧrī min taḥt-ī
51e ʾa-fa-lā tubṣirūna

And Pharaoh caused a proclamation to be made among his people saying: O my people! Is not mine the sovereignty of Egypt and these rivers flowing under me? Can ye not then discern? 51

法老曾喊叫他的百姓說：「我的百姓啊！密斯爾（埃及）的國權，和在我腳下奔流的江河，不都是我的嗎？難道你們看不見？

أَمْ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي هُوَ مَهِينٌ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ

52 ʾam ʾanā ḫayrun min hāḏā
52 R1 llaḏī huwa mahīnun
52 R2 wa-lā yakādu yubīnu

I am surely better than this fellow, who is despicable and can hardly make (his meaning) plain! 52

難道我不是比這卑賤而且含糊的人更強嗎？

فَلَوْلَا أُلْقِيَ عَلَيْهِ أَسْوِرَةٌ مِّن ذَهَبٍ أَوْ جَاءَ مَعَهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ مُقْتَرِنِينَ

53a fa-law-lā ʾulqiya ʿalay-hi ʾaswiratun min ḏahabin
53b ʾaw ǧāʾa maʿa-hū l-malāʾikatu
muqtarinīna

Why, then, have armlets of gold not been set upon him, or angels sent along with him? 53

怎麼沒有黃金的手鐲，加在他的手上呢？或者是眾天神同他接踵降臨呢？」

فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ

54a fa-staḫaffa qawma-hū
54b fa-ʾaṭāʿū-hu
54c ʾinna-hum kānū qawman fāsiqīna

Thus he persuaded his people to make light (of Moses), and they obeyed him. Lo! they were a wanton folk. 54

他曾鼓動他的百姓，他們就服從他；他們確是悖逆者。

فَلَمَّا آسَفُونَا انتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

55a fa-lammā ʾāsafū-nā
55b ntaqamnā min-hum
55c fa-ʾaġraqnā-hum ʾaǧmaʿīna

So, when they angered Us, We punished them and drowned them every one. 55

當他們觸犯我的時候，我懲治他們，故使他們統統淹死，

فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ سَلَفًا وَمَثَلًا لِّلْآخِرِينَ

56 fa-ǧaʿalnā-hum salafan wa-maṯalan li-l-ʾāḫirīna

And We made them a thing past, and an example for those after (them). 56

我以他們為後世的鑒戒。

وَلَمَّا ضُرِبَ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ مَثَلًا إِذَا قَوْمُكَ مِنْهُ يَصِدُّونَ

57a wa-lammā ḍuriba bnu maryama maṯalan
57b ʾiḏā qawmu-ka min-hu yaṣiddūna

And when the son of Mary is quoted as an example, behold! the folk laugh out, 57

當麥爾彥的兒子被舉為例的時候，你的宗族立刻喧嘩，

وَقَالُوا أَآلِهَتُنَا خَيْرٌ أَمْ هُوَ مَا ضَرَبُوهُ لَكَ إِلَّا جَدَلًا بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ خَصِمُونَ

58a wa-qālū
58b ʾa-ʾālihatu-nā ḫayrun ʾam huwa
58c mā ḍarabū-hu la-ka ʾil-lā ǧadalan
58d bal hum qawmun ḫaṣimūna

And say: Are our gods better, or is he? They raise not the objection save for argument. Nay! but they are a contentious folk. 58

他們說：「我們的眾神靈更好呢？還是他更好呢？」他們只是為強詞奪理而舉他為例，不然，他們是好辯的民眾。

إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا عَبْدٌ أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَجَعَلْنَاهُ مَثَلًا لِّبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ

59 ʾin huwa ʾil-lā ʿabdun
59 R1 ʾanʿamnā ʿalay-hi
59 R2 wa-ǧaʿalnā-hu maṯalan li-banī ʾisrāʾīla

He is nothing but a slave on whom We bestowed favour, and We made him a pattern for the Children of Israel. 59

他只是一個僕人，我賜他恩典，並以他為以色列後裔的示範。

وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَجَعَلْنَا مِنكُم مَّلَائِكَةً فِي الْأَرْضِ يَخْلُفُونَ

60a wa-law našāʾu
60b la-ǧaʿalnā min-kum malāʾikatan fī l-ʾarḍi
60b R yaḫlufūna

And had We willed We could have set among you angels to be viceroys in the earth. 60

假若我意欲，我必捨你們而創造許多天神，在大地上繼承你們。

وَإِنَّهُ لَعِلْمٌ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمْتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَاتَّبِعُونِ هَٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

61a wa-ʾinna-hū la-ʿilmun li-s-sāʿati
61b fa-lā tamtarunna bi-hā
61c wa-ttabiʿū-ni
61d hāḏā ṣirāṭun mustaqīmun

And lo! verily there is knowledge of the Hour. So doubt ye not concerning it, but follow Me. This is the right path. 61

他確是復活時的預兆，你切莫懷疑它，你應當順從我，這是正路。

وَلَا يَصُدَّنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

62a wa-lā yaṣuddanna-kumu š-šayṭānu
62b ʾinna-hū la-kum ʿadūwun mubīnun

And let not Satan turn you aside. Lo! he is an open enemy for you. 62

絕不要讓惡魔妨礙你們，他確是你們的明敵。

وَلَمَّا جَاءَ عِيسَىٰ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ قَالَ قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي تَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

63a wa-lammā ǧāʾa ʿīsā bi-l-bayyināti
63b qāla
63c qad ǧiʾtu-kum bi-l-ḥikmati
63d wa-li-ʾubayyina la-kum baʿḍa llaḏī taḫtalifūna fī-hi
63e fa-ttaqū llāha
63f wa-ʾaṭīʿū-ni

When Jesus came with clear proofs (of Allah’s Sovereignty), he said: I have come unto you with wisdom, and to make plain some of that concerning which ye differ. So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 63

當爾撒帶著許多明証來臨的時候，他說：「我確已把智慧帶來給你們，以便我為你們解釋你們所爭論的一部分律例。故你們應當敬畏真主，應當服從我。

إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُوهُ هَٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

64a ʾinna llāha huwa rabb-ī wa-rabbu-kum
64b fa-ʿbudū-hu
64c hāḏā ṣirāṭun mustaqīmun

Lo! Allah, He is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. This is a right path. 64

真主確是我的主，也是你們的主，所以你們應當崇拜他，這是正路。」

فَاخْتَلَفَ الْأَحْزَابُ مِن بَيْنِهِمْ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمٍ أَلِيمٍ

65a fa-ḫtalafa l-ʾaḥzābu min bayni-him
65b J fa-waylun li-llaḏīna ẓalamū min ʿaḏābi yawmin ʾalīmin

But the factions among them differed. Then woe unto those who do wrong from the doom of a painful day. 65

各教派的人，彼此紛爭。哀哉不義的人們！將來要受痛苦日的刑罰。

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا السَّاعَةَ أَن تَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ

66a hal yanẓurūna ʾil-lā s-sāʿata
66b ʾan taʾtiya-hum baġtatan
66c wa-hum lā yašʿurūna

Await they aught save the Hour, that it shall come upon them suddenly, when they know not? 66

他們只企望著復活時不知不覺地忽然來臨他們。

الْأَخِلَّاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا الْمُتَّقِينَ

67 P l-ʾaḫillāʾu
67 yawmaʾiḏin baʿḍu-hum li-baʿdin ʿadūwun ʾil-lā l-muttaqīna

Friends on that day will be foes one to another, save those who kept their duty (to Allah). 67

在那日，一般朋友將互相仇視，惟敬畏者則不然。

يَا عِبَادِ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمُ الْيَوْمَ وَلَا أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ

68a V yā-ʿibād-i
68a lā ḫawfun ʿalay-kumu l-yawma
68b wa-lā ʾantum taḥzanūna

O My slaves! For you there is no fear this day, nor is it ye who grieve; 68

「我的眾僕啊！今日，你們沒有恐懼，也沒有憂愁。」

الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَ

69 (68bR) llaḏīna ʾāmanū bi-ʾāyāti-nā wa-kānū muslimīna

(Ye) who believed Our revelations and were self-surrendered, 69

他們曾歸信我的蹟象，他們原是順服的。

ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ أَنتُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ تُحْبَرُونَ

70a dḫulū l-ǧannata ʾantum wa-ʾazwāǧu-kum
70b tuḥbarūna

Enter the Garden, ye and your wives, to be made glad. 70

「你們和你們的妻子，愉炔地進樂園去吧！

يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِصِحَافٍ مِّن ذَهَبٍ وَأَكْوَابٍ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِيهِ الْأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ الْأَعْيُنُ وَأَنتُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

71a yuṭāfu ʿalay-him bi-ṣiḥāfin min ḏahabin wa-ʾakwābin
71b wa-fī-hā mā taštahī-hi l-ʾanfusu wa-talaḏḏu l-ʾaʿyunu
71c wa-ʾantum fī-hā ḫālidūna

Therein are brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that souls desire and eyes find sweet. And ye are immortal therein. 71

將有金盤和金杯，在他們之間挨次傳遞，樂園中有心所戀慕，眼所欣賞的樂趣，你們將永居其中。

وَتِلْكَ الْجَنَّةُ الَّتِي أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

72 wa-tilka l-ǧannatu llatī ʾūriṯtumū-hā bi-mā kuntum taʿmalūna

This is the Garden which ye are made to inherit because of what ye used to do. 72

這是他們因自己的善行而得繼承的樂園。

لَكُمْ فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ كَثِيرَةٌ مِّنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ

73 la-kum fī-hā fākihatun kaṯīratun
73 R min-hā taʾkulūna

Therein for you is fruit in plenty whence to eat. 73

你們在其中，將有許多水果，供你們取食。」

إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِي عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدُونَ

74 ʾinna l-muǧrimīna fī ʿaḏābi ǧahannama ḫālidūna

Lo! the guilty are immortal in hell’s torment. 74

罪人們將來必永居於火獄的刑罰中，

لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ وَهُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ

75a lā yufattaru ʿan-hum
75b wa-hum fī-hi mublisūna

It is not relaxed for them, and they despair therein. 75

那刑罰不稍減輕，他們將在其中沮喪。

وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوا هُمُ الظَّالِمِينَ

76a wa-mā ẓalamnā-hum
76b wa-lākin kānū humu ẓ-ẓālimīna

We wronged them not, but they it was who did the wrong. 76

我沒有虧枉他們，但他們自欺。

وَنَادَوْا يَا مَالِكُ لِيَقْضِ عَلَيْنَا رَبُّكَ قَالَ إِنَّكُم مَّاكِثُونَ

77a wa-nādaw
77b V yā-māliku
77b li-yaqḍi ʿalay-nā rabbu-ka
77c qāla
77d ʾinna-kum mākiṯūna

And they cry: O master! Let thy Lord make an end of us. He saith: Lo! here ye must remain. 77

他們將喊叫說：「馬立克啊！請你的主處決我們吧！」他說：「你們必定要留在刑罰中。」

لَقَدْ جِئْنَاكُم بِالْحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَكُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ

78a la-qad ǧiʾnā-kum bi-l-ḥaqqi
78b wa-lākinna ʾakṯara-kum li-l-ḥaqqi kārihūna

We verily brought the Truth unto you, but ye were, most of you, averse to the Truth. 78

我確已把真理昭示你們，但你們大半是厭惡真理的。

أَمْ أَبْرَمُوا أَمْرًا فَإِنَّا مُبْرِمُونَ

79a ʾam ʾabramū ʾamran
79b fa-ʾin-nā mubrimūna

Or do they determine any thing (against the Prophet)? Lo! We (also) are determining. 79

他們已決定一件事了嗎？我也必決定一件事。

أَمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسْمَعُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَاهُم بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيْهِمْ يَكْتُبُونَ

80a ʾam yaḥsabūna
80b ʾan-nā lā nasmaʿu sirra-hum
80c wa-naǧwā-hum
80d balā
80e wa-rusulu-nā laday-him yaktubūna

Or deem they that We cannot hear their secret thoughts and private confidences? Nay, but Our envoys, present with them, do record. 80

他們以為我聽不見他們的秘密和私議嗎？不然，我的天使們就在他們的跟前，記錄他們的言行。

قُلْ إِن كَانَ لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ وَلَدٌ فَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْعَابِدِينَ

81a qul
81b ʾin kāna li-r-raḥmāni waladun
81c fa-ʾanā ʾawwalu l-ʿābidīna

Say (O Muhammad): If the Beneficent One hath a son, then, I shall be first among the worshippers. (But there is no son). 81

你說：「如果至仁主有兒女，那末，我是首先崇拜其兒女的。」

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

82 J subḥāna rabbi s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍi rabbi l-ʿarši ʿam-mā yaṣifūna

Glorified be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from that which they ascribe (unto Him)! 82

讚頌天地的主，寶座的主，他是超乎他們的敘述的！

فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا وَيَلْعَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ

83a fa-ḏar-hum
83b yaḫūḍū
83c wa-yalʿabū
83d ḥattā yulāqū yawma-humu
83d R llaḏī yūʿadūna

So let them flounder (in their talk) and play until they meet the Day which they are promised. 83

你讓他們妄談吧！讓他們嬉戲吧！直到他們看到他們被警告的日子。

وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِلَٰهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَٰهٌ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ

84a wa-huwa llaḏī fī s-samāʾi ʾilāhun wa-fī l-ʾarḍi ʾilāhun
84b wa-huwa l-ḥakīmu l-ʿalīmu

And He it is Who in the heaven is Allah, and in the earth Allah. He is the Wise, the Knower. 84

他在天上是應受崇拜的，在地上也是應受崇拜的；他確是至睿的，確是全知的。

وَتَبَارَكَ الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

85a wa-tabāraka llaḏī la-hū mulku s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍi wa-mā bayna-humā
85b wa-ʿinda-hū ʿilmu s-sāʿati
85c wa-ʾilay-hi turǧaʿūna

And blessed be He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Whom is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Whom ye will be returned. 85

多福哉，有天地的國權和天地間的萬物者！復活時的知識只有他知道，你們只被召歸於他。

وَلَا يَمْلِكُ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ الشَّفَاعَةَ إِلَّا مَن شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ

86a wa-lā yamliku llaḏīna yadʿūna min dūni-hī š-šafāʿata
ʾil-lā man šahida bi-l-ḥaqqi
86b wa-hum yaʿlamūna

And those unto whom they cry instead of Him possess no power of intercession, saving him who beareth witness unto the Truth knowingly. 86

他們捨他而祈禱的，沒有替人說情的權柄；惟依真理而作証，且深知其証辭的人們，則不然。

وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ اللَّهُ فَأَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ

87a wa-la-ʾin saʾalta-hum
87b man ḫalaqa-hum
87c la-yaqūlunna
87d llāhu
87e fa-ʾannā yuʾfakūna

And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 87

如果你問他們，誰創造他們，他們必定說：「真主。」他們是如何悖謬的呢！

وَقِيلِهِ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ هَٰؤُلَاءِ قَوْمٌ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ

88a wa-qīli-hī
88b V yā-rabb-i
88b ʾinna hāʾulāʾi qawmun
88b R lā yuʾminūna

And he saith: O my Lord! Lo! these are a folk who believe not. 88

他說：「我的主啊！這些人確是不信道的民眾。」

فَاصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلَامٌ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ

89a fa-ṣfaḥ ʿan-hum
89b wa-qul
89c salāmun
89d fa-sawfa yaʿlamūna

Then bear with them (O Muhammad) and say: Peace. But they will come to know. 89

你應當原諒他們，你應當說：「祝你們平安！」他們不久就知道了。
