Or say they: He hath invented it? Nay, but it is the Truth from thy Lord, that thou mayst warn a folk to whom no warner came before thee, that haply they may walk aright. 3

他們說：「他捏造它嗎？」不然！它是從你的主降示的真理，以便你警告在你之前

اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ

4a llāhu llaḏī ḫalaqa s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍa wa-mā bayna-humā fī sittati ʾayyāmin
4b ṯumma stawā ʿalā l-ʿarši
4c mā la-kum min dūni-hī min walīyin wa-lā šafīʿin
4d ʾa-fa-lā tataḏakkarūna

Allah it is Who created the heavens and the earth, and that which is between them, in six Days. Then He mounted the Throne. Ye have not, beside Him, a protecting friend or mediator. Will ye not then remember? 4

真主曾在六日內創造天地萬物，然後，升上寶座，除他外，你們沒有任何監護者和

يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ

5a yudabbiru l-ʾamra mina s-samāʾi ʾilā l-ʾarḍi
5b ṯumma yaʿruǧu ʾilay-hi fī yawmin
5b R kāna miqdāru-hū ʾalfa sanatin mim-mā taʿuddūna

He directeth the ordinance from the heaven unto the earth; then it ascendeth unto Him in a Day, whereof the measure is a thousand years of that ye reckon. 5

他治理自天至地的事物，然後那事物在一日之內上升到他那裡，那一日的長度，是

ذَٰلِكَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

6 ḏālika ʿālimu l-ġaybi wa-š-šahādati
l-ʿazīzu r-raḥīmu

Such is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, the Mighty, the Merciful, 6

那是全知幽明的、萬能的、至慈的主。

الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنسَانِ مِن طِينٍ

7a (6R) llaḏī ʾaḥsana kulla šayʾin
7a R ḫalaqa-hū
7b wa-badaʾa ḫalqa l-ʾinsāni min ṭīnin

Who made all things good which He created, and He began the creation of man from clay; 7

他精制他所創造的萬物，他最初用泥土創造人。

ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن مَّاءٍ مَّهِينٍ

8 ṯumma ǧaʿala nasla-hū min sulālatin min māʾin mahīnin

Then He made his seed from a draught of despised fluid; 8

然後用賤水的精華創造他的子孫。

ثُمَّ سَوَّاهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِهِ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ

9a ṯumma sawwā-hu
9b wa-nafaḫa fī-hi min rūḥi-hī
9c wa-ǧaʿala la-kumu s-samʿa wa-l-ʾabṣāra wa-l-ʾafʾidata
9d qalīlan mā taškurūna

Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His Spirit; and appointed for you hearing and sight and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 9

然後使他健全，並將他的精神吹在他的身體中，又為你們創造耳目心靈。你們很少

وَقَالُوا أَإِذَا ضَلَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَإِنَّا لَفِي خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ بَلْ هُم بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّهِمْ كَافِرُونَ

10a wa-qālū
10b ʾa-ʾiḏā ḍalalnā fī l-ʾarḍi
10c ʾa-ʾin-nā la-fī ḫalqin ǧadīdin
10d bal hum bi-liqāʾi rabbi-him kāfirūna

And they say: When we are lost in the earth, how can we then be re-created? Nay but they are disbelievers in the meeting with their Lord. 10

他們說：「我們消失在地下之後，難道我們必定重新受造嗎？」不然！他們不信將

قُلْ يَتَوَفَّاكُم مَّلَكُ الْمَوْتِ الَّذِي وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ

11a qul
11b yatawaffā-kum malaku l-mawti
11b R llaḏī wukkila bi-kum
11c ṯumma ʾilā rabbi-kum turǧaʿūna

Say: The angel of death, who hath charge concerning you, will gather you, and afterward unto your Lord ye will be returned. 11

你說：「奉命主管你們的生命的死神，將使你們死亡，然後你們將被召歸於你們的

وَلَوْ تَرَىٰ إِذِ الْمُجْرِمُونَ نَاكِسُو رُءُوسِهِمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ رَبَّنَا أَبْصَرْنَا وَسَمِعْنَا فَارْجِعْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا إِنَّا مُوقِنُونَ

12a wa-law tarā
12b ʾiḏi l-muǧrimūna nākisū ruʾūsi-him ʿinda rabbi-him
12c V rabba-nā
12c ʾabṣarnā
12d wa-samiʿnā
12e fa-rǧiʿ-nā
12f naʿmal ṣāliḥan
12g ʾin-nā mūqinūna

Couldst thou but see when the guilty hang their heads before their Lord, (and say): Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back; we will do right, now we are sure. 12

假若你得見犯罪者在他們的主那裡垂頭喪氣地說：「我們的主啊！我們已經看見了

وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَآتَيْنَا كُلَّ نَفْسٍ هُدَاهَا وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ مِنِّي لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ

13a wa-law šiʾnā
13b la-ʾātaynā kulla nafsin hudā-hā
13c wa-lākin ḥaqqa l-qawlu minn-ī
13d la-ʾamlaʾanna ǧahannama mina l-ǧinnati wa-n-nāsi ʾaǧmaʿīna

And if We had so willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me concerning evildoers took effect: that I will fill hell with the jinn and mankind together. 13

假若我意欲，必以向導賦予每個人，但從我發出的判詞已確定了，我必以精靈和人

فَذُوقُوا بِمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا إِنَّا نَسِينَاكُمْ وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْخُلْدِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

14a fa-ḏūqū bi-mā nasītum liqāʾa yawmi-kum hāḏā
14b ʾin-nā nasīnā-kum
14c wa-ḏūqū ʿaḏāba l-ḫuldi bi-mā kuntum taʿmalūna

So taste (the evil of your deeds). Forasmuch as ye forgot the meeting of this your day, lo! We forget you. Taste the doom of immortality because of what ye used to do. 14

你們嘗試吧！因為你們忘記今日的相會，我確已忘記你們了。你們因為自己的行為

إِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهَا خَرُّوا سُجَّدًا وَسَبَّحُوا بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ

15a ʾinna-mā yuʾminu bi-ʾāyāti-nā llaḏīna
15b ʾiḏā ḏukkirū bi-hā
15a ḫarrū suǧǧadan wa-sabbaḥū bi-ḥamdi rabbi-him
15b wa-hum lā yastakbirūna

Only those believe in Our revelations who, when they are reminded of them, fall down prostrate and hymn the praise of their Lord, and they are not scornful, 15

信仰我的蹟象的，只有那等人：別人以我的蹟象勸戒他們的時候，他們便俯伏叩頭

تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ

16a tataǧāfā ǧunūbu-hum ʿani l-maḍāǧiʿi
16b yadʿūna rabba-hum ḫawfan wa-ṭamaʿan
16c wa-mim-mā razaqnā-hum yunfiqūna

Who forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of that We have bestowed on them. 16

他們肋不落床，他們以恐懼和希望的心情祈禱他們的主；他們分捨我所賜予他們的。

فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَّا أُخْفِيَ لَهُم مِّن قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

17 fa-lā taʿlamu nafsun mā ʾuḫfiya la-hum min qurrati ʾaʿyunin
ǧazāʾan bi-mā kānū yaʿmalūna

No soul knoweth what is kept hid for them of joy, as a reward for what they used to do. 17

任何人都不知道已為他們貯藏了甚麼慰藉，以報酬他們的行為。

أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا لَّا يَسْتَوُونَ

18a ʾa-fa-man kāna muʾminan ka-man kāna fāsiqan
18b lā yastawūna

Is he who is a believer like unto him who is an evil-liver? They are not alike. 18

信道者與悖逆者一樣嗎？他們是不相等的。

أَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَلَهُمْ جَنَّاتُ الْمَأْوَىٰ نُزُلًا بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

19 P ʾammā llaḏīna ʾāmanū wa-ʿamilū ṣ-ṣāliḥāti
19 fa-la-hum ǧannātu l-maʾwā nuzulan bi-mā kānū yaʿmalūna

But as for those who believe and do good works, for them are the Gardens of Retreat - a welcome (in reward) for what they used to do. 19

至於信道而且行善者，將來得以樂園為歸宿，那是為了報酬他們的行為的。

وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ

20a P wa-ʾammā llaḏīna fasaqū
20a fa-maʾwā-humu n-nāru
20b kulla-mā ʾarādū
20c ʾan yaḫruǧū min-hā
20d ʾuʿīdū fī-hā
20e wa-qīla la-hum
20f ḏūqū ʿaḏāba n-nāri
20f R llaḏī kuntum bi-hī tukaḏḏibūna

And as for those who do evil, their retreat is the Fire. Whenever they desire to issue forth from thence, they are brought back thither. Unto them it is said: Taste the torment of the Fire which ye used to deny. 20

至於悖逆者，他們的歸宿，只是火獄，每當他們要想逃出，都被攔回去。有聲音對

وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَدْنَىٰ دُونَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

21a wa-la-nuḏīqanna-hum mina l-ʿaḏābi l-ʾadnā dūna l-ʿaḏābi l-ʾakbari
21b laʿalla-hum yarǧiʿūna

And verily We make them taste the lower punishment before the greater, that haply they may return. 21

在最大的刑罰之前，我必使他們嘗試最近的刑罰，以便他們悔悟。

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِ ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا إِنَّا مِنَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ

22a wa-man ʾaẓlamu mim-man ḏukkira bi-ʾāyāti rabbi-hī
22b ṯumma ʾaʿraḍa ʿan-hā
22c ʾinna mina l-muǧrimīna muntaqimūna

And who doth greater wrong than he who is reminded of the revelations of his Lord, then turneth from them. Lo! We shall requite the guilty. 22

有人以主的蹟象勸戒他，而他不肯聽從，這樣的人，誰比他還不義呢？我必然要懲

وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَلَا تَكُن فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِّن لِّقَائِهِ وَجَعَلْنَاهُ هُدًى لِّبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ

23a wa-la-qad ʾātaynā mūsā l-kitāba
23b fa-lā takun fī miryatin min liqāʾi-hī
23c wa-ǧaʿalnā-hu hudan li-banī ʾisrāʾīla

We verily gave Moses the Scripture; so be not ye in doubt of his receiving it; and We appointed it a guidance for the Children of Israel. 23

我確已把經典賞賜穆薩，所以你們對於接受經典，不要陷於猶豫中，我曾以那部經

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُوا وَكَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا يُوقِنُونَ

24a wa-ǧaʿalnā min-hum ʾaʾimmatan
24a R yahdūna bi-ʾamri-nā
24b lammā ṣabarū
24c wa-kānū bi-ʾāyāti-nā yūqinūna

And when they became steadfast and believed firmly in Our revelations, We appointed from among them leaders who guided by Our command. 24

我曾以他們中的一部分人為表率，當他們忍受艱難，確信我的蹟象的時候，奉我的

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ

25 ʾinna rabba-ka huwa yafṣilu bayna-hum yawma l-qiyāmati
fī-mā kānū fī-hi yaḫtalifūna

Lo! thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they used to differ. 25

復活日，你的主必定判決他們所爭論的是非。

أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ أَفَلَا يَسْمَعُونَ

26a ʾa-wa-lam yahdi la-hum
26b ʾam ʾahlaknā min qabli-him mina l-qurūni
26b R yamšūna fī masākini-him
26c ʾinna fī ḏālika la-ʾāyātin
26d ʾa-fa-lā yasmaʿūna

Is it not a guidance for them (to observe) how many generations We destroyed before them, amid whose dwelling places they do walk? Lo! therein verily are portents! Will they not then heed? 26

難道他們還不曉得嗎？在他們之前，我曾毀滅了許多世代，他們常常經過那些人的

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا نَسُوقُ الْمَاءَ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ الْجُرُزِ فَنُخْرِجُ بِهِ زَرْعًا تَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ أَنْعَامُهُمْ وَأَنفُسُهُمْ أَفَلَا يُبْصِرُونَ

27a ʾa-wa-lam yaraw
27b ʾan-nā nasūqu l-māʾa ʾilā l-ʾarḍi l-ǧuruzi
27c fa-nuḫriǧu bi-hī zarʿan
27c R taʾkulu min-hu ʾanʿāmu-hum wa-ʾanfusu-hum
27d ʾa-fa-lā yubṣirūna

Have they not seen how We lead the water to the barren land and therewith bring forth crops whereof their cattle eat, and they themselves? Will they not then see? 27

他們還不知道嗎？我把雨水趕到無草的地方，而借它生出他們的牲畜和他們自己所

وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْفَتْحُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

28a wa-yaqūlūna
28b matā hāḏā l-fatḥu
28c ʾin kuntum ṣādiqīna

And they say: When cometh this victory (of yours) if ye are truthful? 28

他們說：「這種判決甚麼時候實現呢？如果你們是說實話的。」

قُلْ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَنفَعُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِيمَانُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ

29a qul
29b yawma l-fatḥi lā yanfaʿu llaḏīna kafarū ʾīmānu-hum
28c wa-lā hum yunẓarūna

Say (unto them): On the day of the victory the faith of those who disbelieve (and who then will believe) will not avail them, neither will they be reprieved. 29

你說：「不信道者，在判決日，雖信無益，並且不獲得寬待。」

فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَانتَظِرْ إِنَّهُم مُّنتَظِرُونَ

30a fa-ʾaʿriḍ ʿan-hum
30b wa-ntaẓir
30c ʾinna-hum muntaẓirūna

So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), and await (the event). Lo! they (also) are awaiting (it). 30

你應當避開他們，你應當等待，他們必定是等待的。
