Thus, a mustallaẗ ‘offprint’ is, basically, a copy *> smoothly drawn out’ of/from an original. – Cf. also ↗sulālaẗ ‘progeny, offspring’ with which ‘offprint’ shares the notion of a reproduction from an original source.
