▪ For Sem, Orel&Stolbova1994#2582 reconstruct *yašar‑ ‘straight’, for LEC *sir‑ < *s˅y˅r‑ (with metathesis), and for HEC *sayar‑ ‘straight’. The ancestor common to all of these may have been AfrAs *yasar‑ ‘straight’.
